Xiao laughed in his perpeptual light hearted manner as he stuffed his face with toasted bread with lemon marmalade spread along it. There was something they would need to know about Xiao; he notorious for being horrible at giving presents to people despite how hard he tries to find the best ones. Most of the presents he gave were the opposite of the intended person's interests or they were just extremely tacky. One time Xiao gave Wilhelm a subscription to Play Boy magazine to help 'relax' him. Wilhelm ended up sending letters to Xiao with letters directly cut out from those magazines to never send him gifts ever again. Another time he gave Hellena a cd of Chinese opera and out of politeness the whole labratory listened to Chinese opera for a week.

It seemed like everyone was relaxed around him save for both Abel, who was standing as far away from him as possible and Terrence, who was very vocal of his suspicions. However, one of the guards did not take kindly to Terrence's tone. "Have some respect kid. You're talking to a colonel and he is generously offering his time and money to-"

Xiao stood up, motioning the guard to pipe down. "Hey I'm not taking any offense to it. Calm down and have some food before it gets cold." The guards had given Terrence the evil eye and walked towards the island counter to enjoy some breakfast. The colonel sauntered over to Terrence and Abel. "Heh, well I can't pull a fast one on you guys and say that you're exactly free, but to say this place is a prison and I'm your warden? Now you're just being dramatic." Chuckling, he slid his hands in his coat pockets and shook his head. How could someone be so distrustful when they were the ones that signed up for Seraphim in the first place? "If you want answers then you won't need to wait long. Just relax and have some fun! I plan on showing you guys around the place!"

He wrapped his arms around Terrence and Abel's shoulders, with the latter looking very stiff as they were led to where the rest were. Xiao forced the two of them to sit down and pushed some food in front of the two of them.

Abel, after hearing his stomach growl, relented and grabbed wurst between two soft buns and bit down on it. This was the best damned thing he had in the last three months. "Uh, yeah what Kasuka said. What exactly do you mean by training? And what exactly are we?"

Xiao arched his brow and looked at him with shock. "What? Were you not paying attention when they explained the whole schtick??"

So we GMs have decided the Grand Magic Games have run long enough and have come up with a solution to end them so we might move forwards with things again. However, this has resulted in no clear winner for the Games. As the initial idea was mine, I apologize for the lack of a winner but we have been going on this arc for almost a year and every one has other things that need to be done IC soon.
