@pyroman I know this is pretty unrelated but do you think you'll ever try to reboot Deadpool and the odd squad again? I always looked forwards to that starting but it always sputtered out before we could get to the good stuff. Plus I thought of the best character for it the other day.

Transformers - One Shall Fall

Earlier...

Sklog shambled down the corridor with his brothers and sisters as they were lead onto the decepticon ship the Nemesis. The 'com and his brethren walked in silence only with a couple of grunts and the clanking sound of their large feet. With his usual neutral expression, Sklog prepared to get on the Nemesis to kill for his superiors but something unusual happened. The ship was already begging get to take off while the Dino-bots hustled to get on but one rouge con still on the ground drew their weapon and prepared to fire at the ship. Sklog seemed to be the only 'con to notice this rouge and made a mad dash to take out the bot that was threatening his faction.

While Sklog managed to get the bit to miss the ship, the weapon still went off in a close proximity to both Sklog and the rouge bot. The blast managed to kill the other bot and knock some circuits loose in Sklog, making him unresponsive. As the Nemesis took off, Sklog was left behind with no guidance.

Present...

Sklog booted back up thanks to the new signal being pumped to him from someone named Prism. Sklog got to his feet and got his bearings on what had happened. After recalling the previous events Sklog felt a new feeling that he hadn't felt before. It was a hollow sort of feeling, a bad feeling.

It was loneliness.

He looked at where the ship once was then looked to the sky imagining his brothers and sisters going on without him into the vast unknown. This thought made Sklog sad as he came to the realization that he would likely never see them again. After standing and begging sad for a while a loud booming sound brought Sklog back to reality. He didn't know what to do so he went with the newest orders that he had been given which were to report to the Arc Hanger and help rebuild cybertron. Sklog transformed and dashed off in the direction of the Arc Hanger. Sklog wasn't the fastest bit but he wasn't extremely slow either. He got there just as another bot had been waiting at the door. Sklog transformed once again and walked to the door, ignoring the other bot for the most part.

Justice League: Futures End

Billy headed out with the rest of the team as they took off towards the city but along the way got distracted by a group of techno-drone zombies just waltzing about. Captain Marvel hadn't had much to punch other then simulations prior to today so he was taking this as an opportunity to get the feel for the art of warfare again. Captain Marvel showed up just in time to hear his name along with Static's at the request of the hairy hero Superbeast.

"Help's my middle name!" Captain Marvel exclaimed, as he came flying straight at the drone generator tower before shooting upwards mere centimeters from the surface of the building.

"See ya at the top beastie boy!" Marvel teased at Superbeast.

After a moment Billy thought about how clever his comment really was calling Superbeast beastie boy. The teen chuckled to himself as he reached the top of the building and landed in a triumphing pose. The red lightning beast form of Superbeast reached the top as well super charging the generator's power supply with the alien lightning from it's body. The generator's green glowing bits began glowing brighter. Smoke began erupting from specific areas. And then Cap asked a stupid question, mind you he doesn't think things through....

"So how are we going to go about thi-- you know what, never mind I think I can probably guess." the teen called down to Superbeast as he shot once more into the sky above the clouds.

Calling upon the mighty powers of Zues, Billy summoned storm clouds below. With no words, only a smile, the hero plummeted downwards towards the building just as when he would assume Superbeast would be getting out of his striking distance on top of the evil skyscraper. As the divinely empowered teen neared the building he reeled his fist back and struck the skyscraper. Captain Marvel's fist hit dead in the center of the largest glowing 'bulb' just as lightning struck the same very spot. The raw power made a large indentation in the building bulb and fried some of the innards.

The Captain turned to look at Superbeast, "I've got the volts but not the amps. Or I have the amps but not the volts. No wait its-- basically I have a lot of power but it's not constant enough." he sputtered out as he once more charged energy in the clouds, readying another strike.

The excessive electrical discharge would probably be good for his compadre Static as well. To Billy's understanding, Virgil got his electrical charge from actual static charge in the air or something weird like that. Cap didn't usually pay attention to any convoluted description of other metahumans' powers. He dug the young hero's style. The goggles, the suit, the flying metal discs that formed his current glider. Marvel pondered switching his cape out for a cool coat.

"Better to keep with the classic.." he thought, readying another strike from above.

"You got this, Marvel!" Superbeast screamed upwards as more techno-zombie drones entered the area below.

Ted looked out into the night with almost absolute horror as the other Titans went about making preparations. Nightlife had a lot of strengths but his one biggest weakness was his lack of courage, at least in the given situation. He had freaked out at the prospect of fighting one evil bird bat thing but now the team would have to fight an army of the creatures along with a now very intimidating former Amazonian teammate. The only thing Ted thought might give him an edge would be that he had yet to flaunt his powers to the group. He told them about his super yelling but withheld actually using the ability since he did not have a good amount of control over it. He hoped that he might be able to use his powers to take the Amazonian by surprise or drop a few winged monsters with his screech.

Overall though Ted wasn't likening his odds in the fight.

He turned to see that someone had put on some sweet tunes and that all of the Titans were taking positions as were the training dummies which Ted assumed were brought out for fighting the beasts. "Please let those thing not get in here, please let those things not get in here" Ted chanted under his breath as he took up his position beside El Sasquatcho. He hoped that being in close proximity to another Titan would help his odds in the fight.
