I'm still here :D
"I've never been a fan of them myself either" came a voice from behind Ted. Turning around Ted would see the old man from a few days ago, Scott Nexton, standing there alone with his cane firmly grasped in both hands.

"I take it that you're interested in the job." Scott said simply as he looked at the boy. As he stood there Scott began thinking twice about his decision judging from the scene before him, a beat up tough guy with a cigarette in hand. Scott was about to suggest that he himself had made a mistake and would just send the boy on his way. It was then that Scott once again realized that Ted was pretty much his last choice before he began just asking anyone who would listen.

Like it or not Ted was probably his last chance to get The Vigilante going again.
Sklog sat on the metallic boxes for about a minute before he go bored. His now rapidly thinking processor had analyzed everything in his field of view and now this minimal task had become agony as he was forced to look at the same thing for longer than needed. The still-self-considered-Dinobot got up and began walking back into the 'operation' room and hoisted up his old chassis in his arms and began heading for the stairs, planning on finding somewhere to call home as per the suggestion of Nightscream. He eventually found himself a nice piece of residency and sat his old chassis down on a chair so that it almost looked like it wasn't devoid of a spark.

Sklog was about to say something but even he realized it would be pretty weird if he started talking to his own, dead chassis. He just felt like apologizing to himself even though he wasn't mad or anything, it just felt wrong to exist though now that the initial flurry of emotions had subsided he began to come to terms with his situation and was a little curious about what his two new alt-modes were since he didn't do a full, proper scan of his old chassis it was a mystery for Sklog as to what his new forms would be.
Got rid of the Dick in the alias so now thats just his name.

One of you guys can post again, I'm just gonna have Sklog sulk in the corner for a little longer.
Grognak scratched his chin for a moment at the explosive man's suggestion. He wasn't so much thinking of which one to choose but more thinking about what the word utilitarian meant. Eventually he just decided to go with what he knew "Grognak want Demon hill story armour. People need know that Grognak help." the Supernatant said somewhat awkwardly in his grammar as he began to get exited at the prospect of wearing armour like what Grognak the Barbarian had once worn. Grognak didn't actually like the Grognak comics a whole lot due to the difficulty of reading them and the sometimes crude drawings but the character of Grognak was why the super mutant sought after the comic books.
Scott was about to take off when he saw the boy collapse a little and his knife wound. Newton got out of his car and went by the boy to hoist him up and help him into the car. "Come on, I'll drive you to the hospital so you don't bleed out here." Scott said hoping the boy wouldn't fight the help he was giving to him. It was a shame that the city was like this now, everyone out for themselves but then again it had always been like that in Edging city... but maybe it didn't need to be. After helping the boy into the car and driving him to the hospital, Scott began to get an idea in his head that he hadn't truly thought about for years. It was high time the city had The Vigilante again. Scott knew that he couldn't do it again, not after what had happened so long ago but he knew just the person for the job.

After that person called Scott a lunatic and said they wanted nothing to do with The Vigilante, Scott went for his second choice, Ted. During the car ride Ted had lost quite a bit of blood and was currently being held overnight at the hospital. As Ted laid there, awake or asleep, a ominous wind blew something through the window and onto the sheets of Ted's hospital bed. It was a letter which in of itself was odd since nobody used paper anymore, but the oddest part was the infamous 'V' logo of The Vigilante on the front. The note read as follows:

As Sklog finally gained control over himself he just shook his arms a little to test wether they still worked. After everyone left he simply sat on the floor for a while as he felt his strange new joints as they touched the cold metal of his new chassis. Eventually he got up and turned to look at his old chassis that still played on the table with an almost peaceful expression to it. Sklog walked up to it and stared at it for a while as he contemplated about everything. Was he even still Sklog? Sure he had all the memories and spark to prove it but here he was, looking over the offline Dinobot chassis that had once been full of movement hours earlier. Sklog felt like a monster, like he shouldn't exist but somehow did despite the odds.

After a few moments of just idly standing over the dinobot Sklog chassis, he lifted his new arm up hesitantly and proceeded to poke around at the old chassis. Sklog began to fill with rage again but unlike before he did not show it, not out of respect for the other but out of the want to be left alone at the moment. "Goodbye Sklog." the Predawn said as he put his hand back to his side and began to scan his old chassis. He didn't make himself a perfect copy out of respect to the fallen chassis but he made it a decent mixture between his new form and old form. Lastly Sklog walked over and placed his old mace on his chassis's chest.

Sklog then stood there again for a little while and turned to leave the room and rejoin the others outside. He wasn't ready for talking but that was a good thing, Sklog had never been much of a talker. "I keep old chassis." Sklog said as he left the room to no one in particular but loud enough for anyone nearby to hear him. With that Sklog went over and sat down on a couple of metallic boxes.
@The Kid Lantern

I created a type of monster for Gauntlet to fight. I call them Hush Puppies, they are the spawns of extra-dimensional demons and they get the name 'Hush' from making everywhere they attack go eerily silent. They feed off of insanity, fear and flesh.

...and hugs right?
