I've got a different idea that I might go with now (Unless I change my mind again) but them being related could be sweet! (If not actual blood relation than defiantly mentally or emotionally or whatever. Kinda like adopted siblings)

Also just an idea that I was gonna use with my Half-breed Kryptonian that maybe you'd like to use is due to the imperfect part of the Kyrptonian DNA, the cells can't hold solar energy as easy/for as long so as time went on in a fight, the half-kryptonian's powers would get weaker since the cells can't recharge fast enough.

I had nearly the exact same idea except I was gonna have a guy clone and make him a 'clone' of Supergirl.

EDIT: Also you kinda solved my problem that I mentioned above a few posts since the character I was working on, I was planning on having been a quasi-clone of beast boy in the same vein as Superboy. Now I can work out something else. (Although, if you and @Master Crim don't mind, I might still use the Cadmus origin in my new character's backstory though if thats not all right then I'm completely fine with it too. )

EDIT2: Also I feel that I should mention that I really like Celeste, I'm always a sucker for clone characters / Half-breed Kryptonians.

Pano-Zu may have had super-speed but after living in Legion headquarters for a day now, he still wasn't done decorating his quarters with his various Legion of Superheroes memorabilia and a few pieces of ancient merchandise from back in the day when they used to make action figures out of plastic. As Pano-Zu carefully adjusted his ancient, mint condition, Batman figurine in an action pose, he heard the call to arms from the intercom and immediately rushed for the door. It was finally time for Momentum to make his big debut to the universe in glorious, heroic combat!

Pano impatiently waited for the door to his room to open, one of the disadvantages of having an overclocker brain is everything seems to take five thousand percent longer to happen. He then made a mental note to himself that it wasn't actually five thousand percent and it was likely a a great deal more, maybe he should look into that aspect of his power more later on. Finally the door slid open enough for Pano to super side-step out of his room and take off for the main hall, as he assumed this was where the group would meet up. Just as a precaution, Pano rushed to an intercom to make sure it was alright for him to go on the mission.

"Momentum reporting in! I'm more than ready slash prepared to kick some mechanical cephalopod beak!" Pano said excitedly into the intercom as he began to vibrate in excitement. As soon as Pano became aware of his body vibrating the action stopped much to Pano's dismay. He had heard that many of the Speedster of the 21st century could do countless seemingly impossible feats but the science behind their feats just wasn't there so Pano assumed most of these reports to be falsified such as the Flash being able to vibrate straight through a solid surface or being able to hurl lightning. However, while the science wasn't there, Pano was still somewhat disappointed by his inability to even come close to many of these secondary abilities so easily preformed by his predecessors.

@Master Crim Hey, are my character's powers fine? The main reason I posted the WIP was to make sure that the powers were alright as I can kinda see them being seen as a little overpowered. I've got quite a few ideas for other characters (in all honesty, making a character would probably be easier if you shot down this idea) so if they're not ok then I'm fine with that.

Here's my WIP just so ya know I'm not just making empty promises of trying to get a CS together.

Name: Cropping #472
Title/Alias: Galaxium
Picture/Description:
Powers/Abilities: 472 has the ability to take on the appearance and abilities of a select few creatures, most are of extra-terrestrial origin. 472 however, cannot fully use the powers of these beings to their full potential and can only use each form for a small amount of time (10 minutes tops). His forms include Tamaranean, Gorilla, Cheetah, Titanian, Bolovaxians and Havanians. Most of his forms have downsides of their own however such as how after reverting back from either his Tamaranean form, he gets a massive dose of UV radiation as his cells discharge the radiation at an alarms rate which could lead to radiation sickness of even cancer. Bolovaxians and Havanians have a hard time blending in which could be an issue on some missions. Galaxium is also adept at hand to hand combat. Also, due to his upbringing, 472 has a bunch of mental triggers used by his creators for maintenance and utility purposes such as commands that trap 472 in his DNA donor's form for the full ten minutes or phrases that make him freeze up.
Gear(optional): He possesses a suit which he is able to change the look of with only a thought but it is incapable of going in depth so it is unable to create very intricate designs.

Name - Pano-Zu

Alias - Momentum

Powers/Primary Skills -
Speed Force Conduit: Pano-Zu has all the basic powers of a speedster such as super speed, Anti-friction forcefield, vibrational phasing and accelerated healing.
Xudarian Intellect: Pano-Zu is very smart like most of those of his species, however, most of his intelligence is very specific and not nearly as broad as others.

Weaknesses -
-Pano can still be cut, impaled, vaporized, etc just like any other member of his species.
-Due to Pano’s ingrained concepts about physics, he is limited in his top speed as it’s said that a speedster can go as fast as they think they can go. Due to having a scientific mind, Pano’s idea of a top speed might be lower than someone who has more imagination.

Appearance -


Brief Bio - Pano-Zu grew up with a great amount of admiration of the superheroes of the past. His particular favourite was the amazing Booster Gold (as there seemed to be a lot of information about him floating around in the form of everything from trading cards to B-rate movies). After the formation of the Legion of Superheroes, Pano-Zu decided he would try his hand at becoming a costumed hero. Pano-Zu began to furiously work at trying to emulate any one of the super-heroes that he knew of but his experiments always ended up ending in failure. He finally found success after researching about the Speedsters of the 21st century such as Johnny Quick and the flash. Pano-Zu began to research the phenomenon called the 'Speed Force’, supposedly the main cause of most speedster’s powers. After tireless experiments Pano-Zu once again failed to gain access to the Speed Force and in an act of fury, he broke a great deal of containers that held various chemicals he was working with. Just as his arms collided with the chemicals, a strike of lightning from the storm outside struck Pano-Zu, horribly burning him. He fell to the ground and sat there in his lab for an hour until he felt something begin to happen to him. He suddenly began to feel alright once again as he noticed he could once more move his limbs. In an act of anger filled desperation, Pano managed to achieve his goal and gain access to the Speed-Force, making him the first speedster in nearly a thousand years. He immediately packed his things and left to join the Legion of Superheroes.
