Actually, I'd like that. If anyone at all can drop a Mention tag for me whenever something important is mentioned or anything that's relevant to the IC is said, I'd absolutely adore that. If it's a hassle though, I appreciate the notion anyway. :>

@Raijinslayer - Hm, well, I wouldn't suggest letting any part of the body being caught by an Esper Ridge Eagle's mouth, they have a pretty nasty set up with their beaks; jagged and have teeth spanning down their throats that impales and cuts up their prey when they swallow them whole - usually alive - and can expand their jaws wide similar to a snake. They crush opponents with their talons, pinning them in place or grabbing them in a vice in order to hold them still so they can be taken in one go.

But, the most dangerous weapon they have are their wings - they use those for their Phantasm and their element attack: Vile Gust.

If you went that route with James, the Eagle would attempt to swallow him whole, rather than bite off an arm, their intellect is enough that they recognize an armoured opponent, so they'd attempt to get rid of them without snapping down - I imagine the Cerburus Armour would be strong enough to withstand the beak snapping closed and a predator like the Eagles wouldn't want to risk that.

You could go either route in this, honestly, I leave the battle posts to your creativity. Maybe look up the image of an eagle's skull to get a reference if you plan to remove the eye in the original way you intend?

We could always go simple and anything you have to say that pertains to the roleplay is bold and red. I dunno. Whatever you guys decide. I understand the frustration of going through a bunch of pages of ooc trying to find something specific.

I'm just going to use the mention-tags for anything of importance, that way everyone has a notification and I'll use that idea to bold and colourize the text of importance so they know what's needed to be read.

My reasoning for considering using some off-site is particularly for players who all behind in the ooc, those with busy schedules, or different time zones have to scour through pages to catch the general consensus of what's going on. Of course a chat room, with the activity we display, would become just as crowded and captured in our small talk and conversation, but then the ooc would become much easier to browse. My goal was, is, to accommodate everyone here. Of course we're here to role play and an active ooc is a wonderful result of amazing players, such as yourselves, and if some things carried off-site, I wouldn't want to isolate anyone or leave some behind. But, in that, some might becomes drowned out here as well.

If a few are opposing the idea of this chatzy-deal, or even formalizing something onto a pad, then I'll consent and simply update the ooc with mention-tags so as to keep those that cannot keep up with important information at least updated, the rest I suppose will just have to fall in as they come and go.

I've experienced good things off-site and on with role plays, and did not have the struggles some of you have given me. I appreciate the general input, so I'll continue to update things here - as I would have anyways - as Oz has put it, and to those that fall behind in ooc chatter, I apologize sincerely, I'll find a way to appeal to you as well. ♥

I think we could use a Chatzy to stop the OOC from being so clogged up, and then use TitanPad (or Google Docs, which is what I use) for collabs. If/when the time comes for a whole-group collab, then we'd definitely have to use a TitanPad. But, I dunno, really. The best thing you could do is set up a TitanPad and a Chatzy, PM both of them to the players, and see which is preferred.

EDIT: Though, I prefer Piratepad to TitanPad.

I'm unfamiliar with the interfaces, aside from the one time I used Piratepad, but that was a little over a year ago.

When I was born we lived out in Hutchins, but that is as south of Dallas I have ever lived. If you ever venture this way we should meet up for a drink!

I'm familiar with the area, I seldom visit Dallas unless need be - too many encounters and memories in downtown - but definitely should have that drink sometime!
