@Ratattack To be honest, I am highly tentative to accept you into the roleplay. From a gameplay perspective, the sheet adds up, albeit heavily lopsided. But from a personal perspective, the only other time that we've crossed paths you've put very little effort into posts, and generally been hostile and troll-like to everyone else participating in the RP. If I only looked at that, and the fact that I would put good money on you immediately allying with DeadDrop, then I'd have to reject you, for the sake of everyone else's enjoyment.

But on the off-chance that our last experience together was a one off, amd the fact I don't want to outright ban someone from my RP's, then I might still be able to accept you on three conditions. You give me some guarantee that you will put genuine effort into your posts, and act respectfully to other players, as it says to in the rules. You move your nation away from DeadDrop's. And that you know I will not hesitate to kick you if you act like you did last RP.

I hope we can move past this and enjoy RP'ing.

@duck55223 Basically yes. The ones that cover population and strength directly correspond to the numbers, as you'd expect, but the others will create the stats that will affect your dice rolls and also probably highlight areas to improve.

I've successfully created the standard template of the Nation Overview, so that's the biggest hurdle down! Just need to allocate the right stats for you all now. Today or tomorrow everyone who's already applied should have their Nation Overview.

@The Nexerus I'm using the word in its past meaning of a 'cruising warship'. So it's your Frigates and your Sloops. Ships too small to really go toe to toe with the powerful Ships of the Line, but still crucial due to their ability to act independently, or in support of your bigger ships.

@duck55223 Are you suggesting I copied yours? If you scroll back through the RP's, I posted one called A New Age about a year ago that bears some pretty strong similarities to my new one. The map is in fact almost exactly the same. I've been working on the mechanics on and off for months. To be honest I'm genuinely baffled that you would outright suggest that I was copying your idea. I've been nothing polite to you, perhaps I was wrong to expect the same from you?
