Sydney arrived via transport and was put out in a sector that held groups of civilians who needed to be evacuated so she began her work even though a police officer could perform the same function. Sure her prison uniform/new horizon cos made people want to listen to her but it also made her have to come into contact with people physically which could become difficult quickly.

First was a group of 20-25 office workers huddled in a Starducks who when she entered the store started mobbing her saying save them and demanding she do something about the monstrous animal machines but worst of all was that they touched her exposing her to events in their lives in the past hour. The worst of the lot was a woman who had been embezzling money to pay for a hitman to kill her boss so she could hide her criminal activity and advance into his place so she could steal even more money. This meant that when she returned to the tower she needed write a long report and submit herself to a deep scan by the mentalists so they could verify her evidence.

Once that crowd was sent up the street past the police barricades Sydney had to head back into danger which while she was protected by her probability alteration didn’t mean she wouldn’t suffer injury just less than she might otherwise and her life wasn’t in danger.

So deep in thought and looking more into the storefronts she missed the huge metal snake that slid up behind her and had not the light reflected off its metallic hide she might have been skewered by the spike of its tail which struck at her as she dove sideways. Annoyed if such a beast could be the snake tried once more making Sydney roll to avoid its lethal attentions and more focused on the snake than the terrain she ended up rolling into an open storm drain falling 6 feet to the concrete below.

The snake sensing victory drove its spike down into the hole thinking her like a fish in a barrel trapped and easy prey only to have its tail skid off the wall near her head where it became lodged at an angle that even its strength could not free it from due to the laws of leverage.

Its cool I can work within the structure

I can see the Police and other organizations asking to use her ability

No Serial killer could remain unknown with her around

She can detail their crimes as if she were a direct Witness, she could tell the police how the murder started, what the victim said, what the killer said, how the torture or murder started, what tools were used and so forth

Sydney is interesting in the fact that she can't Lie because of her Omnilingualism which seeks to refine her ability to communicate with her body language.

She is also a nightmare for governments and secret organization because codes are useless around her

Then add to her the fact of her Fallback which places her in a lonely universe outside of the one she's physically in. This is because she is there in the past as far as all her senses are concerned and she can sense nothing in the one she's in as she watches.

In her original inception I had her sitting at the sites of murder watching, listening, smelling, and sensing everything that happened all the while being unable to help the victim because she isn't exactly physically there.

Character name: Kwan Long

Age: 21

Height/Weight: 5’5”/110

Personality: Kwan is an odd personality type because she has learned to hide her true self behind a carefully created public image of herself because she was being groomed as a Kung Fu Action Star. Her facade is a young cheerful woman who blushes and teases with equal time to each state. She is brave and aggressive in combat and friendly when at rest; always ready to help she is filled with boundless energy.

Her private self is very calculating, always aware of how her actions paint her and strives to be perceived as a sexy but approachable woman who you can have a drink with and always the good girl . She is a speedster in physical action and thought and her perception to reaction time as expected by someone who runs so fast she can run up near vertical surfaces or across water; which means she sometimes as perceived as rash.

She is definitely a thrill seeker and gets a kick out of combat or practice because of her whirling style and when she’s not fighting gets a kick from extreme terrain following or Parkour.

History: Kwan is not her true name because while she speaks beautiful Mandarin she is actually born in South Korea and only half Chinese it was legally changed from Suzi when she was taken on by the Hong Kong Opera as an apprentice. Like all her fellow players Kwan was always in hot competition to outdo her company and because of it had to develop the good girl Kung Fu fighter hero of justice that sold tickets.

She like many in the opera in the beginning was more focused on acrobatics than actual fighting but as she got older she began developing her own forms so that she stood out from the cast . She was a quick study and working with a mentor she developed a style she called Little Whirlwind and was soon a supporting actor being groomed as a star then the company was sold out by the aging brothers who ran it and she was without work which is why she moved to America seeking work in crime dramas and movies

Skills: Acrobatics, Kung Fu, Acting, Primitive Weapons, Costuming, Cooking and Mechanics (though by no means mech is professional level)

Power: Speed

Abilities: Kwan is Fast, so Fast she can dodge machine gun fire because she can see them in flight (to her bullets seem to move at best 5 kph)
She does everything at high speed when she isn’t interacting with others (Max as of the writing of this report Mach 5)

Weaknesses: Kwan must constantly seek foods especially sweets to replenish her energy reserves. But that’s not her only weakness for she also has trouble with the cold and must vibrate to keep warm which makes it difficult for her to understand or be understood by others; long term exposure is even more problematic causing her to eventually slow down to nearly normal.

I say that because of the mention of Martial Arts earlier and the focus on combat in the RP
