Name: Seiko Yung
Age: 17
Gender: Female

Personality: Seiko is...well, Loud, a bit obnoxious, and a tad but on the violent side. She'd love nothing more than to solve all of her problems with her wrench. She carries herself with a confidence that makes it a bit difficult for others to approach her on the streets.

However, she does value loyalty...but not to the school. She values Loyalty to ones friends, and ones self and would do anything for a friend in need. That is the only loyalty to her. Not to some bitch and her overzealous lapdogs that run a corrupt institution. She loves tinkering with vehicles and computers is a quite knowledgeable engineer. You want something fixed, she can fix it. You want a robot to dance in drag in do the hula? She can make it happen. If anyone so much as hurts one of her 'babies', there will be blood.

She does what she wants, when she wants and doesn't let the rules get in the way of that.

Brief History: Not much to say here, aside from a young age she was labeled as a computer and engineering genius. Coming from a family of scientists, this was really to be expected. Unfortunately, she had no intention of using her skills for the overall advancement of humans, rather she wanted to use them for her own purposes. Usually for some small creation or something to entertain her all of five minutes.

Her parents sent her to Snegoku in hopes of straitening her out...unfortunately, that only made it worse. She became a 'Delinquent', according to the school for continuous misconduct and misuse of the school property and her own talents.

Weapons:
The AT-AKM - or All Terrain Ass Kicking Machine. Or, TAK, as she affectionately calls her baby. Literally, this vehicle can go everywhere and can conveniently be folded to fit in her pockets, and with the press of a button can be instantly restored to its original size with a little smoke cloud for a distraction effect for a quick getaway.

An Unassuming Wrench - Her favorite wrench. This wrench doesn't really have much of a different to ordinary wrenches. However, it appears to be almost indestructible, and can hit anything with force enough to smash it to pieces. It can grow in size, proportionate to its power. Has a sticker of a purple bat on it. Always carries it with her.

Abilities:
TAK, is a versatile vehicle and houses almost an incomprehensible about of weapons. Not really an ability really, but its her main form of combat and weapon.

From side mounted miniguns to revolvers. Not to mention it can go anywhere, even up vertical walls via the use of thrusters and jets. Incredibly fast, with amazing control and steering capabilities. Incredibly durable as well, and can take quite a beating. can press a button to shrink down to a cube, and fit in her pocket so she can always carry it with her. Can also be remotely called if they get separated. Of course, it's rather limited in its use, since she has to be riding it to use any of its abilities.

Mechanics Wrench: Used for devastating melee attacks. Not used with much finesse, tends to just smash it into things. The larger it is, the more destructive power it has. Indoors, she uses this the most since she can't use TAK indoors that well.

Appearance:
Alexis is fairly tall for a girl her age, usually a few inches taller than others her age. Her looks are average at best. She has black hair, that has light blue streaks in it. She normally wears a light jacket or shirt, with rough and torn jeans. She is a bit on the pale side, and has bright blue eyes. She is never caught without her headphones, which often play some form of rock or electronic music.

Power Set:
~Sound manipulation~
She has the ability to absorb outside sources of sound, and use her own body as a sort of amplification device to direct them towards a target. She doesn't exactly have fine control of this versatile ability at the moment. She tends to go more towards 'power' over 'finesse'. That said, if forced to she could probably get creative. There is a slight delay in the time between she absorbs sound, and the time she uses it.

Current abilities:

~Passive Abilities~
Sound Absorption - She can absorb any incoming soundwave, effectively rendering any sound based attack on her useless. And by 'incoming', it means she can't use her own voice as a weapon. Of course, its not an absolute thing and someone more skilled than her in the area would still probably cause some damage. She then converts the sound into offensive or defensive abilities using sound. The more she alters the sound, the more 'charge' time she needs.

Sound Perception - She can literally see soundwaves. The appearance of the wave varies on the source of the sound. Music, will have a more flowing appearance depending on the genre. Explosions and other harsh noises will usually have a more jagged appearance.

~Offensive Abilities~

Sonic Wave - After absorbing a sound wave, she can direct it to her hands, making the output a highly destructive blast or wave. Usually in a conical shape that radiates outwards.

Sonic Fist - If she punches or hits something hard enough for it to make an audible noise, she can focus that noise on her fist, increasing the amount of power behind it even if she's not that physically strong. She could potentially send someone flying into a wall once she becomes more refined in her abilities.

Sonic Scream - Probably her currently most powerful ability. Focuses sound waves into her mouth, and she unleashes it in the form of a powerful, destructive shout. Basically a more powerful version of Sonic wave, with more range and more destructive force.

~Defensive/non-combat abilities~
N/A, for now.

-Other Skills-
- Fairly good martial skills with hand to hand combat. The people at the Illegal program made sure that she could handle herself in many situations.

- Knows her computers well. She spends most of her off time either playing on one, or doing some sort of computer programmy stuff. A skill she picked up in the year after being rescued from the program. She dabbles in hacking a bit.

-Weaknesses-
While she doesn't really have any physical limitations, she suffers from quite a few emotional troubles.
- Doesn't really work well with others.
- Aggressive, and tends to fight first and ask questions later.
- Numb to a lot of forms of pain. A psychological side effect.
- She must have external sources of sound for her abilities to work. She can only amplify existing sound, not make her own from nothing.

Personality:
Alexis, is a bit on the wild side. Following rules and listening to the teachers is not her strong suit. She'd rather day dream/listen to her music, or play video games. Yes, she's a bit of a geek and would rather spend her days slaying dragons in Dark Souls or some other playing mario kart or pokemon, rather than sports or studying. Also tends to 'party hard' too, and takes an 'I don't give a crap' attitude to everything.

Socially wise, she's...well, inept at best. She's a bit of a shut in and doesn't really engage in conversation with people she doesn't know that well. People usually have to approach her first if they want to be her friend. Unfortunately, she tends to come off as a bit of a sarcastic ass to people she's first meeting.

She has a very violent side to her towards people she doesn't like. Unfortunately, she tends to dislike people more than like them. She loves fighting, and proving that she's the best at everything. Highly competitive, she absolutely loathes losing, and isn't above 'cheating' to win. Of course, she says that there is no such thing as 'cheating' as long as someone wins, since all is fair in a competition.

Backstory:
Alexis was born and raised in good 'ole new york city. Her father, was a wealthy club owner, and her mother was a 'business woman'. Of course, that's what they told her when she was a kid, and she believed them. They gave her a good life, and growing up a bit she may have been a bit spoiled. However, more often than not her mother was away from home for work, leaving her with her father to care for her.

Not that Alexis really mattered. She had a father who was one of the 'cool' dads. Laser tag, video games, you name it. Not to mention she was quite popular at school, and was practically a little diva. The other girls was jealous, and the boys of course, thought she was icky as all boys do. Save for one, her best friend by the name of Kenneth, or Ken for short.

Unfortunately around the time she was 10, she was waiting on her father to pick her up from school when someone kidnapped her. That was the last time for 3 years she saw her parents. At the time, she didn't entirely know what or why, but the men in the labcoats said that her mother was a...unique, individual, and that she should have some 'unique' abilities. Not really know what was going on, there was little a ten year old girl could do but to obey the adults around her. And what did they tell her to do? Well, they told her that if she wanted to not be punished, then she would succeed and be good. She complied with them, soon after discovering her abilities to manipulate and see soundwaves.

Three years later, she was rescued from the program, by none other than her own mother. Apparently she was a rather famous - or infamous 'Super Villain'. Needless to say, her mother made sure none of the people who so much as touched her, lived to see another day. She doesn't talk much about that time, but for the three years following her rescue, she was...different to say the least. She was quiet, and didn't talk much, rather spending her time on computers and videogames.

When she turned 16, her mom decided to send her to the school. She had long sense stopped her days of super-villaining, so she didn't have much of a problem getting her daughter in, hoping it would be good for her.

Other:
Always carries some headphones on her.
