Current I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

Super powered Mafia, huh?

Might wait for a bit to see how things look in the OOC, but I could definitely be interested in this.

Eh, we'll see. Might go ahead and throw up a CS in a bit.
~Gwynn~

"Wha? No, no." Gwynn shook her head with a tired laugh. She didn't look well? Well, no surprise there. She hadn't slept in almost...24 hours now was it? That was never a good thing to do. Her shoulders slumped a bit, but quickly corrected her posture before Luna could comment on it. "Just tired. Like I said, didn't get much sleep last night." Gwynn sighed, stretching tiredly before. "And yeah, the Headmistress actually wanted me to do something for her off-campus so I'll be gone for awhile." She needed to go ahead and go. Lingering here wouldn't do her any good, and the longer she did linger the more difficult it'd be to go through with this.

"Uhm," Gwynn looked away from Luna, turning to leave. "If you see Maoin...be nice to her, alright?" Before Luna could say anything else Gwynn took off, quickly getting lost in the morning crowd of students.

~Livia~

"Ah, good morning Maoin." Livia replied with a friendly smile as she took a seat at the table. "Thank you for the offer, I came over here on rather short notice so I have yet to eat this morning." A bit of friendly banter would make easing into the topic of this conversation a bit easier, though she figured it could only end one way from the way Gwynn described Maoin's behavior. "And yes, though I must say it is Gwynn who asked to speak with me. Odd, considering her rather...dubious track record at the academy." The headmistress chuckled lightly.

"But not everyone is cut out for academics, so I can't really fault her for that. I certainly wasn't keen on school when I was her age. I thought it was a huge waste of time and often spent time in the library instead of any sort of actual studying. But then, back when I was your age academies like this were extremely rare as well." Nothing wrong with a little bit of a tangent to get conversation going and to give Gwynn time to get to where she was going. As soon as she was through the teleportation circle she was going to sever the familiar bond.

"Ah, look at me going off on a tangent like that. When you get old talking just seems to become so much easier. Livia cleared her throat before continuing. "You wouldn't happen to have any tea, would you dear?"

~Cynthia~

Honestly, Cynthia had been promised a day off and was slightly irritated. She hadn't even put on her uniform and was dressed much more casually. A simple white dress with green trimming that fell to her knees. She rarely got such days, but she could understand though. She had been there for the entire conversation after all. That said, teaching this small child about chores was not something she was keen on doing. She already made plans for the day with Mugi and she was not about to go back on that deal. Thankfully, a way out presented itself. A way out she was about to take.

"The opinion of a perverted voyeur means little to me." Just in time as well. It seemed Mugi had arrived judging from the knocking on the door. "Make yourself useful. Teach the girl some cleaning skills." Without even waiting to see if Cynthia complied, the maid headed to the front door where Mugi was likely waiting.

"Mugi..." Cynthia slowly began. "My room is upstairs." With little else to be said, Cynthia started walking up to the room.
~Sorcha~

"Hmm?...oh...right. Have fun..." The dragon mumbled, pulling the covers tighter over her as she could. That night hadn't exactly gone well. Maybe it was stress, but the curse had started acting up and it hadn't been easy. She'd be fine after a bit of rest, but she really didn't even feel like doing anything other than laying there. Hopefully it would clear up soon, but usually when it was this bad it could last awhile. "If you need me...I'll be here..."

She doubted Luna would have need of her, but if she was summoned or something happened to her knight, she wouldn't hesitate to lend her assistance, even at the expense of her personal health. She might not do that for just anyone, either. Luna was a good friend, and she'd loathe to have something to happen to her just because she was an old dragon.

~Gwynn~

After the discussion with Livia, it was almost time for classes to start. Not that Gwynn had to particularly worry about that any more. She had already discussed her withdrawal with Livia. She had been making a beeline straight for the teleportation building, hoping that nothing slowed or stopped her. She didn't feel like talking or doing much other than getting as far away from here as possible. It seemed everything was working against her, though, as usual.

"...Luna, hi." Gwynn turned her head towards the knight, who was likely heading to classes. Normally Gwynn might have returned that friendly smile but now? Well, the smile she gave was a tired one. It would likely be quite clear to the other blond that she was both incredibly tired and smelled slightly of alcohol. "I'm fine. Just...tired. Didn't get much sleep last night, heh." She chuckled in a somewhat halfhearted impish manner, attempting to imply that she had been up implying some other activity. "Heading to class?"

It would probably be easy to tell she wasn't being entirely truthful.

~Livia~

Well, she had agreed to this. She had told Fia to stay behind and help Cynthia with the house chores while she was out, and promised she wouldn't be long. Hopefully she wouldn't and hopefully this kitten of Gwynn's wouldn't try anything stupid. She was ready to forcibly restrain the kitten if she tried anything, but it wasn't something she'd enjoy doing by any means. But that was moot. She'd have to do this regardless now, after all. A deal was a deal and she preferred to keep her ends of them. She was dressed in a simple black dress that fell to just below her knees, with her usual white gloves adorning her arms, turning her head briefly over her shoulder.

"Well tell me when Gwynn leaves then. I can talk quite a bit~" She spoke to seemingly no one.

Well, might as well get this over with then. She knocked on the door to Gwynns dorm, waiting for the kitten to open it.
I would like to apologize for the time between my posts. I am gonna try and start posting on a more daily basis, if I can.
"Yeah, sorry Mom." Lystra replied with a tired smile. At least seeing her foster mother play with those odd assortment of items she collected made her feel a bit better. A bit more...normal. Even if she was extremely curious about both Zerlaine and this shield, it was good to know at least Gremma would hopefully never change. "Long day...you hear about what happened?" Lystra asked as she walked into the home she shared with her. She didn't really want to go into a lot of detail about it since she was tired and wanted to get to bed, but she should at least tell Gremma if she didn't already know.
~Week four, Day four

~Gwynn~

Gwynn stayed up most of the night. She couldn't sleep, not after what happened. She mostly spent most of the night at the table...drinking, having stopped petting the kitten after she fell asleep. By the time it was early morning, a few bottles of alcohol had already been emptied and were sitting on the table and Gwynn was laying face down on it, a half empty one still in her hands. She hadn't slept at all, even as tired as she was. She was worried that the kitten might do something else if she did sleep and she wouldn't wake up in time to stop her if she tried too.

But now? Well, she had made up her mind. She was going to do it now, and no one could convince her otherwise. She had thought about the people she knew that could possibly help. Luna came to mind, but she wouldn't be of much help. She'd probably just say something like 'love the damn cat, woman' and honestly Gwynn might just punch her back if she did. She didn't love Maoin. How could she say she did if she didn't? She also considered Swen. He didn't have a familiar, and he was...well, nice enough and would probably appreciate her. But he was also someone she didn't exactly want to rely on considering their...arrangement. Asking help from him would practically be giving into the demands of her parents which was not something she was going to be doing. In truth, Gwynn knew very few people. She didn't exactly make a point to try and make tons of friends like that pink haired girl that occasionally popped out of nowhere and gave her a hug before running off and doing the exact same thing to everyone else.

So the only other person Gwynn could think of, was Livia. The headmistress.

As much as she had some rather...suspicions about the woman Livia had, for the most part, been fairly nice and hadn't tried to force her to get good at the whole cleaning thing and let her try and learn at her own pace. Cynthia of course, had berated her constantly but she did help where she could. The two of them were probably the only people that Gwynn could trust with this, weren't they? Gwynn sighed, pushing herself up off the table. She probably looked absolutely fabulous, what with the fact it was obvious she didn't get much sleep and the fact her hair was a mess, but it didn't matter.

She was done with this. She took off the dress, folding it neatly and placing it on the end of the bed. Instead, she put on clothing much more comfortable for her. A simple sleeveless shirt, as well as some rather mundane looking long pants and her sturdy boots and leather gloves. Nothing flashy. Something easy to move in, and something that wouldn't really draw someones attention. She thought about gathering a few of her more important things...but it they were gone Maoin might get suspicious of she woke up before she left.

Just one thing left to do then.

She wrote a small note, and stuck it on the door.

'Maoin, gone out to train. Couldn't sleep. Someone should be coming by this morning, so stay and make sure they're welcome.

Clean or something...whatever it is you normally do.'

It'd at least distract the cat long enough if she had something to do. With that, Gwynn left, making sure to not make much noise on her way out.

~30 minutes later, Headmistress' home~

"So we have a deal, then, miss Foghlu?"

"...Yes."

"I'll look after your cat for now, make sure nothing happens and send you on your way. You'll have a ship, a crew, and all you have to do is look into something for me."

"I said yes, didn't I?"

"Hm. Very well then. I shall speak with Maoin and stop her from doing anything destructive. I already have a familiar, though I can think of a certain someone who doesn't and would likely take good care of her."

"Great."

"Here then. A letter. Take it to the first master of the ship in question, and if he has a problem with anything you can tell him he can speak with me. Show this letter to the staff at the teleportation circle and they'll give you a co-ordinate for some place just outside of a port city by the name of Cagliari on Sardinia. You should probably get moving the sooner you arrive the better, though I might suggest some sleep before you get there."

"I can take care of myself, thanks."

"Hah...very well then. And good luck, Gwynn. I shall miss having to boss you around on the weekends."

"Just...make sure Maoins' safe, alright?"

"I will."

There as the sound of footsteps and a door being opened and closed.

"Hm...I hope Katherine likes cats." The headmistress stood from her seat, heading back up to her room to get dressed. Well, today was proving to be quite interesting...now just to make sure the kitten didn't do something rash. She'd have sent Cynthia to retrieve the kitten, but she already had the day off.

~Lyssa~

The rest of the night for the young prince, would have been surprisingly peaceful. Well, aside from the fact that Lyssa somehow ended up laying horizontally on the bed, and on top of him. The demon didn't seem too keen on waking up anytime soon though, so if he wanted to free himself from her villainy, now would be a good time to do so.

~Charlotte LaChance~

The trek down from the ridge was just as exhausting as the trip up, but a lot easier. Once they found themselves on solid ground, it wasn't too difficult to navigate. She was sufficiently inland at this point, and was a lot more at ease since it would mean it would be much more difficult for anyone who might have been pursuing her to find her. The river was welcome as well - it'd be a much easier means of getting freshwater, after making sure it was safe to drink, and with little difficulty crossed it with the help of the other girl.

It was then she saw their destination - a little crevice where they could likely stay the night. It was...a bit small. And she definitely wasn't going to be fitting in there comfortably. Not without crouching or ducking into the crevice. At least it'd offer shelter from the night and make it somewhat of a comfortable stay.

And then the most curious thing happened.

The girls hair lit up like a light. As if it was a dancing flame. Charlotte's eyes went wide - she had never seen anything like it before. This girl definitely wasn't human then? Some sort of...spirit or something that she had read about? What else could it be? Human hair did not glow like that at all. She slowly followed the girl into the crevice, suddenly giving the girl her usual glare she gave something when trying to figure out what exactly it was doing. The urge to simply pluck out a lock of hair and run it through several alchemical tests was almost overwhelming.

Instead though, charlotte took a seat towards the wall of the small cave, setting her instruments down on the ground next to her. Well...they were here, so what now? Charlotte wasn't exactly one for conversation. Not like they could exactly have a decent one anyways. She couldn't pass the time with any sort of her usual work, either. This place was much to small. The fumes from making anything would prove to be detrimental to cognitive thinking, not to mention her currently limited supplies.

So she remained silent.

~Charlotte LaChance~

Charlotte tried ignoring the feeling of someone looking over her shoulder. Really, that exact thing had to be the most annoying feeling in the entire world. Right next to listening to arrogant fool drone on and on about something he had no knowledge of. At least this small annoyance ended up helping though - she pointed to a small spot on the map where they were likely at. Well, she could have figured that out herself after a bit of studying, but it was nice to have some help.

It wasn't until Charlotte was poked on the nose did she deign to look up from the old map. With a snort as she gave the shorter girl a sharp glare for her interruption, hoping that whatever she was saying was important. She disliked such interruptions. Charades, were not important. At least though, she was smart enough to figure out what the other girl was possibly attempting to convey. It was, indeed, getting rather late in the day and if she was saying what she thought she was saying, then she would indeed need shelter.

"Próstimo." Charlotte said with a sigh, standing up and walking towards the other girl. Honestly, she was not keen on following some unknown person anywhere. She had been helpful so far, but she couldn't rule out that it hadn't been some sort of trickery. So she picked up her bag, and followed the girl.
@PlatinumSkink

Heeey, a post.

Welp, here goes Claires' attempt at 'charm' and Ralia tries to tell Delphox her trainer is an idiot and is probably gonna hurt herself if he doesn't help.
~Claire Blackwood~

@PlatinumSkink

As soon as Claire arrived in the Deepwoods, she knew one thing: She was right where she wanted too be. She wasn't exactly partial to any particular type of pokemon since 'Fabulous' wasn't a typing, but those Beedrill she was seeing? Oh sweet baby Arceus, those were right up her alley. She could even say a Vespiquen would have been something she was into if she hadn't already found an adorable Ledyba...well, why not anyways? The more the merrier, after all. She wasn't keen on capturing every single pokemon she saw, but she couldn't resist something a sleek as a Beedrill, or as cool as Vespiquen. They'd totally wrek any noobs.

Also make the other noobs 100% jealous.

"Whaaa? Disappointed?" Claire said with obvious excitement. "How could I be disappointed? Those beedrill look like they could totally wreck some serious carnage." Well, she knew where she was gonna try and stay for a bit. As long as she didn't wonder too far off she'd be fine. Before she could even make the suggestion though, it seemed something had happened. She had no idea what Laurinda and Delphox were talking about, but it sounded like some noobs had gotten really, really, far in over their heads.

Which meant, if she went any further, she'd also be in waaaay over her head. Thankfully for Laurinda though, she had reached where she had wanted and had stumbled across two pokemon she'd not mind taking with her if she could find them. Not only that, she got a free helper. A very high level looking Delphox that could make this as easy as pwning low level noobs for giggles as a max level character. She just needed to win over its help.

With her natural charm and leadership skills, this would be totally easy!

"Hey, its a Chandelure! My mom has one of those." Claire said offhandedly as Laurinda revealed one of her other pokemon. "But yeah, don't worry! Thanks for letting me tag along this far, but I think I see a Combee and Weedle with my name on 'em. But hey, if you need help I may be a noob and get totally rekt by stuff in here, but I can offer encouragement and totally annoy someone to death better than anyone!"

With a brief salute as Laruinda left, Claire then turned to Delphox. She had two goals here. Capture a Weedle and a Female Combee. With or without Delphox's direct help. She'd much rather that be direct help though, so charm time.

"Heeyyyy, Delphox!" Claire said with an almost too friendly smile, cozying up to the pokemon and throwing an arm around its shoulder. "How's my favorite foxy pokemon doing? I know we've just met and all, but I feel like the two of us could totally be besties. It's like, we've got some kinda special thing, yeah?" The redhead proceeded to run her other hand through Delphox's fur, before giving the pokemon a soft poke on its cheek. "So how would you wanna help your new bestie capture two pokemon?"

Ralia giggled, having climbed onto Claire's shoulder, tilting her head towards Delphox. Despite the seemingly friendly smile and demeanor, she shook her head and gave Delphox a smile that seemed somewhat concerned. "Ralts~" 'She's gonna hurt herself if you don't'

Ralia gave Claire a small pat on her cheek. For some reason, she vaguely thought she was being called an idiot.
