Since Jørmund and Cascade are in the clear, I think I'll end the encounter here. Once I've made my next IC post you'll all be out of initiative and free to post at will.

The latter. I have no control over the actions of the PCs, so whether or not Cascade ends up thinking that Hawk is a deity is up to Haruki. But if she decides that Cascade does think that Hawk is a deity, Cascade will be right.

With the alcohol in his system enhancing his bravery and dulling his caution, Jørmund boldly threw aside all concerns for defense and struck the attacker in front of him with all the force he could muster. As the blow landed, pulping the attacker's skull and laying him low, Jørmund would be able to make out the faint sound of deep, booming laughter, though he couldn't place where it was coming from. As Jørmund made for the shield wall, the attacker in front of Cascade took advantage of Jørmund's lack of attention to defense and swung for the earth genasi's back. However, Jørmund ran out of range just quick enough that the attacker's maul missed him by a fraction of an inch.

Either way, a Nat 20 means you double the dice when rolling for damage.

Anyone who is drunk has advantage on saves against being frightened, disadvantage on saves against being charmed, and access to the barbarian's reckless attack feature.

These effects last until you finish a long rest.
