Unfortunately, no. While the concept does sound really good, I'm trying to not stray too far from the ideas that I have for this RP. I'm only leaving the possible races as the ones that I have listed.
That's fine. I'll get working on a witch character then.
The story is based loosely on the preexisting lore of the Worlds of Darkness publications by White Wolf Publications. This roleplay will focus less on actual combat and more about the supernatural folk trying to keep the ordinary people oblivious to the fact that they exist. Most races have their own traditions of remaining hidden, so they work together to do that. However, not all races get along. This will be explored further in the racial overview. The main backdrop for this setting is a generic town on the coast of Australia. Let's call it Townsville. It's big enough that you won't know everyone but is still pretty big. It has a university, two hospitals, an army base, and a port. It's largely a mining town, so the number of people fluctuates through the year as most people are fly in fly out workers. Anyway, the races that exist within this world are as follows.
Changing Breeds is one of the three major groups within the world. The most common breed of Fera, as they refer to themselves, are the Garou. The Garou are what the Werewolves call themselves. The Changing Breeds are Were-Animals. With wolves being the most common. They are the most spiritual and believe in protecting nature. It is their belief that they were chosen by Gaia, to be her fangs and claws.
Vampires call themselves either Cainites or Kindred. They vary depending on their clan. With each clan being nearly as different as each of the Changing Breeds. They all have something in common, and that is they need blood. Vampires are the second of the three major groups within the world.
Mages are the final major group within the world. Aside from ordinary humans. Mages are individuals who have undertaken the Awakening. As a result, they can access magic. Magic in this sense has its own weaknesses in the form of Paradox. If a spell causes something to be observed by an ordinary human that shouldn't, such as flight or shooting a fireball, reality tries to correct. Often causing harm to the Mage.
These races will have to be researched on your own. If you wish to use these race, please read at least the linked wiki article plus a few others to gain context. The Imbued - Supernatural Hunters Wraithes - Ghosts Changlings - Fairies The Fallen - Demons
Please read at least some of the wiki article on the race you choose so to get an idea of how they work. You have a lot of freedom, but try to stay to clans, tribes, and factions of things that already exist within white wolf. This is for balancing sake. If you wish to create your own factions or races, please ask me before going ahead, as I may see it as unbalanced.
Name: Glyndan Fireshoot Race: Wood Elf Gender: Male Age: 64 Appearance: Bio: Glyndan Fireshoot, of the northern Fireshoot clan, was born to a long line of mages. His childhood was an interesting one. Being raised by powerful magic users was bound to cause its own dramas. Several things were different from ordinary childhood. For one, instead of being grounded, he was banished to the Astral Plane. Another is that he was forced to solve most things with magic, with nearly every birthday being celebrated by a new magical artefact to nudge him along to be a high mage. The main competition came from his brother though. A few years younger than Glyndan. Glyndan's brother showed more desire to be a high mage.
When Glyndan was 40, his Father, the old High Mage, fell ill. He tried to use a spell that was too powerful for him. A small crack appeared on his soul stone, and he started dying. Over three years, Glyndan's father came closer and closer to death, until he died. Glyndan was told to take up the duties of High Mage but passed it on to his brother. Glyndan wished a life of adventure instead of being locked in a tree fort for the rest of his life. So, Glyndan worked on a Grimoire, made a few wands and staves. Then set off for a life of adventure.
He spent around five years travelling, learning to appreciated humans and the other races. Learning to use his magic and artefacts in new and better ways. He finally heard of the Bloodrose Irregulars sixteen years ago. So, Glyndan joined up with them. He never really got close to anyone in the company, but felt like he should. He often opted to do things alone but is starting to feel like he should start letting others in. To start working with others. To get to know the men and women who have fought by his side the last sixteen years.
Fighting Style: Very flashy, and heavily focused on magic and showmanship. Equipment:
Rings of feather falling were crafted with an intricate feather pattern around the whole ring. Although not required for their construction, the rings were often decorated with malachite, because common folk believed (erroneously) that the stone had gravitational intervention powers. The Ring allows the wearer to slow their rate of descent when falling. When the wearer falls more than five feet suddenly, their decent slows to that of a feather. Hence the name and design. Glyndan wears his on his left middle finger.
(Wind Magic)
Every ten minutes, the ring of regeneration emitted a burst of recuperative magic, restoring part of the health of its attuned wearer. It was also capable of regenerating lost limbs, in a process that took a few days. Glyndan wears his on his right ring finger.
(Life Magic)
The exact use of the Celestial Chest is unknown, as many of the mechanisms within it have yet to be activated. It is some form of puzzle, that Glyndan has not been able to solve. He received it as a parting gift when he started his life of adventure, and the only thing he has figured out is that it can trap non-corporeal entities within it. He often leaves it at the Bloodrose Headquarters.
(Arcane Magic)
Glyndan's Grimoire. It not only contains the spells he knows but is also enchanted to protect it from wear and tear, as well as people trying to steal his spells.
(Arcane Magic)
This wand is imbued with a spell known only as Rot. It emits a purple bolt that causes things to decay.
(Death Magic)
This wand is imbued with a spell that causes plants to grow from where the green bolt struck. Is the target was already a lant, then the existing plant would grow bigger, but if no plant was present, a random plant would grow.
(Nature/Life Magic)
Skills/Abilities:
By lighting an ordinary candle, and muttering an incantation, the caster gains incredible reading abilities while the candle burns. For the duration of the spell, Glyndan gains the ability to read non-magical texts at a rate of 50 pages per minute and have a perfect recollection of any information gained during the spell's duration. (Arcane Magic)
The spell transmutes three pages within the grimoire, that are transcribed with this spell, in a way that detaches them from the book. The pages gain razor sharp edges and fly to cut a target. After slicing the target, they return to the grimoire where they reattach. (Arcane Magic)
By waving his hand, and saying the executioner's prayer, Two ethereal chains bind the victim and pull them to the ground, where a blade appears above their head. The blade rises slowly, and if the victim does not escape in time, the blade falls down and decapitates the victim. (Arcane Magic)
The Eldritch Weave is mystical energy that Glyndan can manipulate. It is orange in colour, and it manifests physically in a way similar to Dr Strange in the Cinematic universe. Effectively letting Glyndan constructs and bolts out of this arcane energy. (Arcane Magic)
The spell allows Glyndan to summon a mystical throwing glaive that he can control via mental commands. The Glaive can be used as a focus for other spells. Most notable raining down eldritch blasts from above. (Arcane Magic)

I’m not dealing with this. I’m out. I get what your saying, and while my character does fit the lore you have laid out, I’m not gonna push it. Enjoy your role play.
I don’t want to turn this into a whole thing, but what your saying is down right contradiction. I get not accepting a character for power scaling, but because of a canon science project. That as you said...
“In other words, whether or not the characters themselves exist in this roleplay, the powers and abilities they're known for do. There are still Green Lanterns, still Amazons. You may create a character that possesses these powers (be they canon or an OC), or may invent something entirely new and unique altogether!” en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_Cadmus
Basic Information ========= Superhero/Villain Name: The Paladin Civilian Name: Ace Johnson Origin city/Planet: Metropolis Hometown: New York City Sex: Male Race: Genomorph (Half Kryptonian with Meta-Gene) Height: 6'2 Weight: 230lbs Age: 32 Birth Date: 28 May -------- Costumed Appearance:

Costumed Personality: See civilian personality. Civilian Personality: Well, ever since having his superhero identity exposed during the “Incident” Ace hasn’t really had much time to keep up the facade of two different personalities so they have blended together. Super abilities: -Skills: Gun Kata, Swordsmanship, Marksmanship, Mixology, Computers -Powers:
Kryptonian Hybrid Physiology - Due to being created with Kryptonian DNA, Ace Johnson is physically better than normal humans. However, he isn’t as strong as a full-blooded Kryptonian, but he is still strong enough to lift heavy vehicles and punch through steel, fast enough to move at subsonic speeds, agile enough to leap over small buildings and dodge supersonic attacks, durable enough to withstand being thrown off tall buildings. Technopathy - Due to the Meta-Gene that was implanted in Ace's genetic makeup, Ace has developed the power of Technopathy. Sometimes called Technology Manipulation, it is the power that Ace possesses that allows him to control various electronic devices with his mind.
-Gadgets:
The Phase Armoury is Ace's greatest invention. A series of teleporters set up in a shipping container, with his entire armoury, connected to his suit of armour. The main purpose is to allow The Paladin to call upon his entire arsenal in combat, without having to carry all the weapons. The Field Unit is worn on the inside of his left wrist and is the main control centre for the system. It even has a small laser cutter attached.
Worn on the right arm, it is basically an all in one communications array. IT has access to nearly all forms of modern telecommunications networks, and can even tap into secure frequencies.
Th trailblazor was a vehicle desinged and built by Ace. It is a three in one vehicle that has land, sea and sky settings. He orginally designed it during his good phase, to sell the patent and create a new sport, but agfter the incident (see bio) no one wanted to buy the patent, and the sport of the moto-triathlon was nothing but an old dream.
-Weapons:
The ASG-12 is a bulpup tactical shotgun. He has two in his storage container, so can dual wield them in combat.
Ace owns two SMG-115s. It is a .40 calibre sub machine gun.
The Black Lotus handguns are Ace's most numerous assest. He owns four, two with red handels, two with grey handels. The grey handeled ones are scilenced for covert operations.
The Titan Killer Rifle is a .50 calibre sniper rifle that fires armour piercing bullets.
Civilian Occupation: unemployeed.
Biography---------
Character History/Origin: Ace was an experiment for Project CADMUS. The genetic company responsible for creating Superboy, and other superhero hyrids, decieded to create Ace as a new, better hero. For the most part it worked. Ace, or The Paladin, as he was branded took the public by storm. He started saving people, and even rebelled against CADMUS to do it. Although the public didn't know about CADMUS. That didn't stop Ace from being a great hero. Ten years ago, he was at the top of his game. He was trending on nearly all forms of social media. He had a TV show, a breakfast cerial and even had a book deal signed up.
Ace was a professonal hero. Famous. Hell, he was putting out more merchandise than any other hero at the time. He became a household name. Beloved by the country, until the incident. The incident was a altercation with a shapeshifter at a politacl rally. The Shapehifter assumed the identity of a US senator. Ace was forced to make a call, but it was the wrong call. HE shot the real US senator in the face on live television. All his merchandise deals were thrown out the window. The judge in charge of the case was lenient, and since it was technically the shapeshifter's fault, Ace got off pretty well. Two years in prison, and now the government monitors the activation of his Phase Armoury. The real damage was the optics. No one wanted to be affiliated with the guy who shot a senator on live TV, so Ace moved to New York, and settled down. He still does the hero stuff on the side, but it isn't really what he wants. It may have been the wrong reason, but he was a hero for the publicity, now he is doing it for the people.

"Michael, the other suitors are arriving. You do not wish to be late." An Angel said to the First of The Fallen. Michael stood atop a cliff as he watched over the sanctuary he had built in the mountains. He wasn't trying to marry the Princess for power or love. Instead, it was to prevent another faction from gaining the alliance. [color=EEFF25]"Then ready my Legion."[color]. The Angel who had addressed Michael was Uriel. One of Michaels closest siblings. An Angel also from one of the highest spheres of heaven. "They await your order, Brother," Uriel responded. "Good. Look after Ashaehina, Uriel. I fear a war is coming."
Michael clenched his hand around a metal circle that appeared in his hand. It was intricate. Ornate. The weapon was a gate key. Created in the forges of Ashaehina, to allow the Legions to travel vast distances in an exceedingly short time. "Legion of Fallen. Warriors of Ashaehina. Fly with me. We go now to secure the Alliance." With that, the celestial threw the disk like a frisbee. It flew about twenty-five metres before it tilted up and started hovering. The flat side of the disk facing Michael. It started to glow as nearly three hundred lower angels walked up behind Michael. There were a few higher angels amongst them to work as field commanders, but the vast majority were lower angels. "Twelve Angels will join me. The rest, wait half an hour, then create your own gate. Wait outside the city limits. Set up camp. Stay close, but do not interfere. Set up a pylon so we may send messages back to Ashaehina." With his orders spoken, he extended his wings. Large white feathered wings. The twelve lower angels that were at the front of the crowd also extended their wings. All white feathered. Michael lept of the cliff and spread his wings. Catching a gust of wind that carried him, and the Angels that followed him through the gate.
At the Princess's castle, a circle of energy appeared above the castle entrance and thirteen winged figures emerged. The leading figure, clad in golden armour, while the other twelve were clad in silver armour. The figures circled the courtyard a bit, before figure clad in gold, and two of the ones in silver glided down to land at the door. With the ten remaining figures still circling the courtyard from above. The three on the ground folded away their wings. The figure in golden armour was Michael. He strode forward to politely interject in the conversation between who appeared to be the Princess, a Guard, and a suitor. The two lower angels hung back so as not to interrupt. Michael knelt down, next to where Desmond was standing. "Your Majesty." He said as he bowed his head. "Sorry to intrude, on your introductions to this..." He looked sideways to the human who could barely talk. He made a mental note to send a lower angel to gather information on this man. He assumed he must be a suitor because he was so nervous, but not one he should worry about just yet. He didn't appear to be from one of the other major factions. "Fellow guest." He said before turning back to the princess. "I am Michael of Ashaehina." He gestured to the two angels standing a little distance back, then up at the ten circling the courtyard. "And they are my personal guard." Michael stood up. "The Angels of Ashaehina request an Alliance, and I was sent o secure it." He raised his arms out to either side. "I have nothing to hide. Your people may search my people for weapons, as a sign of trust. I come unarmed."
