“SIGMUNDR! Your late!” The booming voice of Odin rang out through the mead hall. Stirred from his slumber, the Dragon Deity raised his head off the table. “For what?” Sigmundr asked, still half asleep, and feeling a little worse for wear. “You said you would take the mission in Frankfurt. It’s time you get back in the game, Old Friend.” The dragon trapped in human form stood up. Pushing up off the table, shakily. ”That’s Tomorrow.” “It’s today.” Sigmundr looked at his phone and his heart sank. Odin was right. ”Fuck.” “Bags are packed,” Odin handed Sigmundr his weapon case and a duffel bag. “And Heimdall should be ready to transport you just about...” Odin checked his watch. ”Oh no. I’ve told you...” There was a flash of light and the Bifrost opened up.
Travelling through the Bifrost was not a pleasant experience. The closest way anyone has come to describing it was being turned inside out by your butthole and then being dragged through a hole the size of a drinking straw. Sigmundr popped out, outside the OMR building in Frankfurt, vomiting. Getting up, after he had emptied his guts. Sigmundr stood up and walked inside. Politely and quietly entered the meeting room and watched the introductions until he was addressed by the half fae.
Unbuttoning his shirt, he pulled aside the fabric to reveal a black scar. It’s dark colour contrasted on his tan skin. It looked darker than black. Almost as if it was sucking the light in. ”I assume your talking about this.” He said tapping the scar. ”No one came away from the abomination without scars. It just decided to leave a little souvenir inside me.” He began buttoning up his shirt again. ”Sigmundr.” He said almost matter of factlly to introduce himself.
Age: Like most deities Sigmundr doesn’t really know how old he is. He has traced his origins back to the first elves in what is now Scandinavia.
Gender Identity: Dragons, let alone Gods don’t lower themselves to conforming to a Gender Binary like the mortal races. For simplicity’s sake and to ease interactions with mortals, Sigmundr uses He/Him pronouns.
Species: Deity. Elven Scandinavian Mythology of a Great Celestial Dragon. Has some ties to the Norse Pantheon.
Appearance: Since the Shattering, Sigmundr has been severely weakened since his confrontation with the Abomination. Limiting him to a humanoid form.
Height/Weight: 190cm/107kg
Agent of the OMR(yes/no), if yes, describe position and responsibilities: Technically yes, but has abandoned most of his responsibilities after the shattering while he is weakened. This will be his first field operation since the shattering, returning to service.
Biography: Sigmundr has a long history like you would expect of a deity. His history can be traced back to one of the first Elven tribes. Probably earlier. Rumoured to be the first Great Celestial Dragon, Sigmundr rose to divinity by protecting the elven race in its early days. His first recorded instance of helping the elves is documented in the “Tales of Sigmundr and Merlara.” Though it would be safe to assume Sigmundr is older than that, it was just the first chronicling of his life. More specifically, chronicling his time he spent masquerading as an elf, and finding a wife, and his time with his wife, Merlara. It tells of how he met his wife, and how he became the village huntsman. Bringing furs and meats to the village. It tells of how the village came under attack by a force of Draugr. It tells of how Sigmundr protected the village using his hunting knives. It tells of a Jötunn. How he revealed his true draconic majesty. Battling the Jötunns. Traveling further north. Becoming the de facto protector of the north. Raining his justice from the sky. Many Stories of Sigmundr coming from the skies and dishing out justice. He became a legend. Though legends must die to become Gods. Fáðgídr was a Jötunn looking to make a name for himself. Armed with a cursed Truarium Spear. What followed was a fierce battle. Where both sides ended up perished. Sigmundr was reborn as a deity. He started forming bonds with the other Norse and Elvish Deities. Jump forward to the Shattering. Leading the charge alongside the other deities. This was when his life started to fall apart. Taking the full bore of one of the Abomination’s attacks severely weakened him. He took long service leave and backed away from the OMR. Only just getting back into it, while still coming to terms with his weakened state.
Reason to be chosen for the mission: The OMR has been trying to get Sigmundr back in the field since the Shattering. He has opted to accept this because pressure from the Norse Deities to get back in the field.
All weapons and equipment must be registered:
A sword developed by the Divine Smiths and requisitioned by the OMR to help Sigmundr get his hand back in field work. Forged of mythical metals and enchanted to be used as a focus for Sigmundr’s decreased divine power. The bright sword is a prototype melee weapon that the OMR is developing to allow enhanced individuals a new option of melee weapon to bring into the field.
The Remington Room Sweeper is a larger handgun, more akin to a hand cannon or small shotgun. It utilises a variety of different ammo types to be a versatile sidearm.
Magical Abilities: At his peak, Sigmundr was a Transcendent Dragon. Though since the shattering, he has greatly decreased powers. Limiting him to the following. Supernatural Condition- Sigmundr in his limited form is strong enough to lift construction vehicles and destroy thick steel, fast enough to easily move at supersonic speeds, durable enough to withstand most explosions. Flight- Sigmundr can control his own gravitational field, allowing him the ability of flight. Chakra Powers- This is a limited power, since most of his chakras are limited and or nearly closed because of his battle with the Abomination, though he is learning to reopen them.
Miscallenous Facts:
Sigmundr has a fragment of the Abomination stuck in his chest, limiting his powers.
His hunting knives are on display in a museum and the spear that killed him is locked in a OMR weapons vault.
Sigmundr has been given permission by Heimdall to use the Bifrost.

Adam bloody hated this. Being on the back foot. Leaving to hide. There had always been mad witches and Wizards, and they always ended up dead. This would be no different. His young arrogance, or naivety had him thinking he could take on the world. Maybe because most of his struggles he had been able to fight his way out of. Running away was something he had done as a child, and swore he would never do again. He wanted to be the best, so he poured himself into his training and studies. Until in his mind, he was. He simply refused to accept the fact he wasn’t. Even if he was just deluding himself. Though some part of him must have known he didn’t stand a chance, because here he was. Marching up a hill, in the dead of night. Instead of kicking down a door and unloading two revolvers into a sleeping witch who wanted him dead. So here he was. Walking up a mountain. Cold air clinging around him. More so then usual. Despite people always noting it was cold around him, and using frost magic, he didn’t like places when it was naturally cold. He didn’t like not having a wealth of energy to call upon. He energy stores were already low since he was stirred from his sleep for this trek. With little energy to absorb along the way, he was starting to consider starting a fight just to get the kinetic build up of being hit. Though not seriously, as even he could see it would cause more trouble then it was worth. With the house finally in sight, he hung to the side. Silently listening in. Leaning against the wall in the corner. Not really making any effort to interfere, nor really trying to hide his presence. Just listening to the talk. Trying to figure out what to do. His hands cautiously thumbing the hammer on his revolvers that sat on his hips. He was definitely not comfortable with this whole thing. He didn’t like not being in control.
Name: Allaster Gloomsinger Age: 1247 Bio: Allaster Gloomsinger is a curious creature. One that was born long ago when an Angel fell in love with a mortal man. Born a Nephilim. A half breed. Not welcome in the Heavens, he was cast down to be raised by his human father. Most of his life, was considerably normal. He wasn’t told of his unusual heritage, and spent most days working the family farm. As he neared puberty, he noticed he was getting stronger than the other boys his age, and was starting to pick up an affinity for the arcane arts. Concerned, he approached his father who explained the story of his birth. After that, he set out to adventure. Using his powers to help make the world a better place. However, without any formal training, his life of adventure of admittedly short lived. Though he did get conscripted to join the Royal Army when he returned home. Which was his life for about seven years. He spent those years fighting on the front against the shadow realm. He watched friends die in droves. So, after serving his term of seven years, he left the royal army. He had earned a few medals, but he didn’t care about that. So he returned home, to work on the family farm. This would have been his story. Earned some medals and gold working for the Royal army, and retiring to work his family farm. At least it would have been if destiny didn’t have bigger plans for Allaster. A few years after returning home, Allaster‘s village was attacked by a vampire. Try as he might, Allaster could not fend off the foe alone. The Vampire turned Allaster as some cruel joke, leaving him alone after he had killed everyone else in the village. With no one to guide him over his formative years as a Vampire, he turned feral. He spent five years wandering the countryside. Little more than a mindless beast. It wasn’t until he was found by the Royal Guard, where he was recognised by one of the men. The prospect of a Vampiric Nephilim among the Royal Guard was too good to pass up. So they captured him, and retrained him. Gave him a ring to suppress his vampirism. He has served the monarchs ever since. Watching over them for generations. As both council and protection. Bio: No one is really sure why some mages are gifted with the ability of siphoning. There was no indication in either of his parents, who were both notable mages in their own right. Yet, from a young age, it appeared that’s where Adam’s talents lay. During pregnancy with Adam, his mother, Avril noticed that she had less magical power. Which was the first sign that Adam didn’t interact with magic the same way as his parents did. When he was born, it was noted that it was cooler in his room and around him. At first his parents thought this was because he had an affinity for cryomancy. Though upon further inspection it was actually Adam absorbing the thermal energy around him, leaving a colder environment. This was when the ridicule started. Everyone started treating him like shit. Assuming he would turn evil, or do dark things with his gifts. Like so many siphons from the past. Like Ozahr the Mad, who thought he could siphon off the moon and become a God; or Agrildor the Selfish, who siphoned of fellow humans to prolong his own life; or Rhomonora the cunning who targeted Supremes of various covens to boost her own power. So when they found out Adam was a Siphon, they feared he would follow in the footsteps of the siphons of the past and continue onto nefarious goals. So, he was bullied. Beaten by other kids in school and called names almost constantly. Though Adam refused to let them beat him. He aspired to be the better man. He took the physical beatings and emotional abuse. Turning to his studies. He vowed to be good. To do good. To create a new legacy for siphons so none would have to be bullied in the future.
