Kurt Hackman woke up in a cell. He wasn’t really sure where he was. His head pounded. I’m the groggy first moments of consciousness, he thought he had just gotten drunk again. Made a fool of himself and wound up in the drunk tank again.
As he came back to his senses, he realised he didn’t recognise this cell. That’s when his heart dropped. His mind racing. His chest tightening. What had he done? It must have been something serious to wind up locked in an actual cell. Had he hurt someone?
Questions flooded through his mind. “Hey.” He called out. Standing up and walking over to the door. “I want a lawyer.”

Star Wars - Rise of Crusade

Faction: Bounty Hunter. Has a soft spot for the New Republic.
Equipment:
The Steady Burden - A modified Wayfarer Class Medium Transport. Having refit it to better suit his job. Having swapped one of the passenger quarters into an armoury, another two into prison cells as well as a fourth into a small carbon freezing chamber. Leaving six accomodation quarters for himself and any other bounty hunters, smugglers or personnel he may find himself working with. His quarters have the bed swapped for a bacta tank, where he heals himself after a long day since his cybernetics put so much strain on his body.
Thoughts and Prayers - A pair of RSKF-44 Heavy Blaster Pistols. Each modified with custom paint jobs (one black and one white) as well as smart targeting computers that link up with his cybernetics. Holstered on his hips.
Flashfire pistol - A XL-2 "Flashfire" blaster pistol that he keeps slung in a shoulder holster on his right side.
Snubble Special - a double barrel snub nose blaster pistol often kept in a shoulder holster on his right side. Often kept in stun mode.
Last Resort - A 12 Defender MicroBlaster. Rorkia keeps one holstered in his right boot, and about a dozen or so in his ship.
Skyler - A Z-6 Rotary Cannon, that Rorkia often keeps on his ship. Bringing it out for missions where he thinks he might need more firepower than his array of blaster pistols, or when he’s doing security detail, and it would dissuade would be attackers.

He has also been known to use various blaster rifles, vibroweapons and explosives. With a large stockpile of all three aboard his ship.

• Redemption. There's a spark of good in everyone. (Light)
• People. I'm loyal to my friends, not to any ideals, and everyone else can jog on for all I care. (Neutral)

Bonds:

• I'm trying to pay off an old debt I owe to a generous benefactor.
• Someone I loved died because of a mistake I made. That will never happen again.
• Without a purpose in the world, I find myself to be broken which I do not like.

Flaws

• I will never let a comrade stand alone, even if it gets me killed.
• If there's a plan, I'll forget it. If I don't forget it, I'll ignore it.
• Everyone has a price. Mine happens to be pretty low.

Weaknesses:
Ion Prone - due to his extensive cybernetics, he is especially vulnerable to ion weaponry.
Bacta Dependency - the cybernetics put such a strain on his body, that he must sleep in a special bacta tank to restore his organic flesh and keep him alive.
Psychological Problems - while most of the time he may seem with it, he is suffering from PTSD from the bomb that deformed him. The extensive cybernetics do not add to the stability of his mind.
History:
Work in Progress. Dot point form for now. Getting to it later.

Enlisted in Imperial Navy at 18.

Got caught in an Imperial Air Strike trying to fight the rebels.
Rebels healed him, and he defected.

Now using cybernetics to keep himself alive.

When the New Republic formed, he left.
Said he had bad experiences working for governments.

Became Bounty Hunter/Mercenary.

Some of it not always legal. He didn’t break the law because he was a bad person, he just didn’t see that he had another choice. When he turned 22, he found himself a wife, and settled in Phoenix after traveling since he was 16. A year later his wife had a miscarriage, and six months after that, she killed her self. He wallowed in self pity, seeking solace in the bottom of a glass, but when his powers emerged, he figured he could do some good. He promised himself to be sober, and to be the hero the world deserves.

He is one of the greatest scholars of the ages, with most libraries housing more than a few of his works. “Good evening.
