I might take purple or white, but noticed that there are already eight rangers. The first post only mentioned five power suits if I’m remembering correctly. Then I think I saw the addition of three magical equivalents. Would I have to make up my own origin?

I’m torn between a gamma mutate or an Asgardian.

Alright, I’m a little confused. Mainly regarding how so many powerful people can just be in New York, without any real justification or complications. I mean surely the Son of Victor Von Doom would remain in Latveria, and surely the ego of Doom wouldn’t let him create a son that could surpass him, without some mind control fail safe or something similar.
Also, surely a galactic criminal on earth would garner unwanted attention from galactic forces once they become known.
I feel this is going to just be exhausting, since people of that power level don’t really have a double life, so would constantly be hunted down.
I think New York City is too small a setting for the types of characters that are being thrown around.

I noticed you said mutants exist, and the new movies will be considered canon in this role play.
I had an idea where MC would be a clone of Gambit. Maybe one of the kids from Logan. Not sure, still piecing it together.
He arrives in New York when he’s about sixteen. Without any real way to support himself, he starts busking. Doing “street magic” and card tricks to earn a couple bucks. His powers and general lack of wealth or a home, land him in with a rough crowd. A crowd that seem his powers and quick fingers useful. Working as a low level thief and street magician for a few years before the snap, and subsequently learning magic. Scanning most of the times and texts into his iPhone and stealing a magic tarot deck, that lead to some even better card based combat scenes.
Maybe he has one of these to print sigils on cards to combine magic with his mutant power.
