As Midori attempted to head into the mirror house, her view was obscure by a bald figure in black. Before either one could react, Midori had bumped into the man's arm, and fell to the ground. The man stumbled a bit to the right, and quickly pivoted around to regain his balance. He clenched his teeth, seemingly annoyed that he didn't notice the girl sooner. The man gave a weak smile to the girl, aa he held his hand out to her.
"I'm sorry about that missy, didn't notice you there."
There was no hostility indicated in the bald man's voice, but he did seem to be quite in a rush of sorts. Before she could react, the man grabbed her hand and pulled Midori up from the ground. "Kind of in a rush here, but I hope you have a splendid day at this establishment! "
The man then ran off, merging into tue crowd of people. Even though he was a pretty tall man, he instantaneously disappeared into the crowd. There was no sign of the man in the sea of people, and it would be futile to try and find him. What a strange bald man, not even taking the time to make small talk... Then again, maybe she wouldn't mind.
Before Midori could react to anything else, she was hit with a splitting headache.
((After she responds to the headache))

Shrieks of help could be heard from the house, but strangely, no one reaponded to the cries of help. The screams sounded like Akemi, Shiki, and a bountiful of other familiar voices. Why was no one responding to their cries of help? It seemed like only Midori and Rui could hear the pleas... And they sounded like they were in pain. Maybe they should see what's going on in the Mirror House?
((Time to get the plot rolling))
