your power is 4. So you could create large monsters if you wanted to. Think about 15-20 foot tall. Although it would take you hours to do so, especially the more complex they are. Unless you're making weak, limp, featureless blobs most of your creatures are going to take you at least half an hour.
What I mean, brother is that, while the character is good. So much would change in bringing him over from that RP to this one due to the lore, system, highest court, and ectr. I think he's cooler than an snowman divorce court I can't give a proper feedback on how well it would mesh here.
I suggest you just fill out a sheet and I'll give what advice I can when you got a working CS for this.
I'm not allowing shared sight or future sight. Primarily because it would be OP in the style of this RP mechanics are. This would be changed to Clairvoyant power: which is in the "word on abilities" section.
Second:
Magic is very large umbrella of abilities. So it can easily game the ability buyer. Since, you basically have a package of them in arcana. It's a bit hard to balance this.
I'm ok with this but it will more or less translate into a mimic power ability: You can only mimic a power you've seen been used: you can't copy clairvoyance, teleporting/portals, PSI, learned skills-like kung fu- or knowledge skills(like math)) nor invisible abilities you can't see being used(like empathy).
Any abilities you mimic you suffer a -3 to power when using them. This is the only way right now I can think to make something as broad as magic work.
Third:
Knowledge of the Cheonicler will translate in having a Knowledge: history. So you are a master of history. Just making it really clear.
Here's a rough power scale so you guys can get a better idea of its in game effects on spells.
Below or equal to 0: This only counts as you still having bough the ability for a point but for some reason your power reach this scale. You are performing whatever it is at a normal mortal capacity: youre fire balls are hand sized orbs.
1: You are on equal with a master in the feild. You'll fling fire balls the size of boulders without effort and start doing things like flamethrower/ or change it shape. It size stays roughly full humanoid. Give or take a few feet.

3: no visible change yet
4: You are now reaching mother nature levels. That fire ball you produced at 1 is something you can conjure as rain in a small radius with little effort. You could easily decimate a village in one smite with your raw hit alone-not including the fallout of the fire spreading- making flame elementals the size of small towers now is possible.
5: No visible change yet.
6: No Visible Change yet.
7: At This point you could easily create a giant tidal wave of flame to crawl across a landscape for hours at a brisk pace. Destroying cities and villages in one tantrum is within your capacity. Nations fear your anger and tremble at your miracles.
8: You can effectivelly cause an assured controlled apocalyse in the area you are focusing on when you perform a miracle. At this point you shouldn't be surprised if you're literally creating small manifestations from your domain in your sleep-like little flame imps- and could easily tear volcanos from the ground.

10: You are a true god of your power. You are pretty much an incarnation of it, anything you can think of doing you can do. Make larva form and cool into giant fortresses within hours. Make the earth Vomit larva around half the country. If you struck a miracle now you can be assured that nations civilization is simply not going to recover for hundreds of years...if at all.

Less abilities means unspent ability points pass over to power-aka how much raw general power you have- abilities are just avenues they are used. Power applies 99% of the time to your abilities. BUT if there were a scenario where you and another god were in an arm wrestle.
and that god nor you had something logical that makes them win- like super strength- then we'd rely on who has the most power stat to declare who would win that arm wrestle. If there are moments when power would apply to a scenario outside of that, I'd let you know but for the most part, you can rely on this being the standard.

Conceptually it's all fine, brother. But the large changes between format, set up, and lore in that RP and this one means that trying to cross this guy into this RP will radically change him in a lot of ways.But I'm down the idea of a warrior of the sun. However, he won't gain a Domain until he appeals in the Highest court for it in the first phase.

Alright, you got got a good point. I like the motherfucking, apocalyptic concept of animals just stop eating and then everyone starving to death and stuff. That's pretty neat.
I think a little bit of a more overbearing task/curse would fit the role. Maybe every night he has to eat an insane amount. That way it makes sense why he has less time than other gods to prosper his mortal affairs in his role.
I, motherfucking, meld with what you're making, brother. I'll probably accept this but I'm going to give the clock a few dials so others can come in an compete for the Essential spot before I start accepting them.
There are a few issues. An essential keeps the world running and if they died/were stopped it could end that function. Your god will need to have a task that is important to the existence of the universe to run without potentially having an apocalypse.

Just to clarify/ limit your powers:
You can only be seen by schizophrenic/ hallucinating people/ characters with clairvoyant ability, and gods with a 2 or more power to their sight in some form. You are also visible to blind people.
Your second power literally gives you control over nothing. That dosen't translate into anything-since hallucinations and art still exist in some form- you can slowly will something to exist over a period turns by moving the "nothing" out of the way. You can also inspire people or make them forget things by making the "nothing" in their thought evaporate or it cloud them. But you can't control what those thoughts are.
That work, or did I read your intentions wrong?
If you wanted to make a person exist, it would take you many, many weeks of concentration. You can make small, simple things exist within one post though. Like a small rock. The higher the complexity and bigger the size, the more it time it takes.
Each point buys an ability. Your stat points are for stats. You get 4 points for abilities.
1 point = fire bending
1 point = clairvoyance.
You can also put all your points into one ability and all the rest count as a power bonus.
So
All 4 points in fire bending = Firebending +3 power to it.
Knowledge and skills have to be learned indiviudally and can only be bought with 1 point. Equal to a master/ genius in the feild. EG: 1 point in kung fu 1 point in archery 1 point in mathmatics 1 point painting.
If a power can't rationally have power applied to it- like clairvoyance or teleportation- then they fall under the same rules.
It's a bit to read brother, but most of this is in "A word on Abilities" hider or stats. Most of the answer should be there that I could think of.
