So I have been on the Guild for a long, long, long, long, long, long, LONG time. I first joined the OldGuild around, my best guess would be 2012? I've been active in the Star Wars scene on the Guild since then, there have been very few games based around that genre that I haven't at least nosed my way in on. My very first game was a Star Wars game and that's what actually really got me into the Star Wars Franchise.

It's weird to think but I am such a major Star Wars nerd these days, yet before I was on the Guild I wasn't. I got into a Star Wars RP, got onto the Wikia, and then away I went into a spiral of nerd-om that I currently live within. I've grown since then, I game quite a bit, I write when I can. I have a wikia full of a lore to my own original creative universe and play around with some 'cool' comic book nerds.

Active Roleplays:

Roleplays I miss:

One Universe: Unlimited - A Marvel/DC Comics Roleplay by @Master Bruce
Ultimate One Universe by @Master Bruce

Query then.

Do you all want to continue the escape, or because it's dragging on do you want me to skip the rest of the escape? I want to apologise again for it coming to this, I just couldn't say no to all you awesome people.
I suppose different units will do things in different ways.

I'll wait to see when it comes to combat, I'm always interested in doing the nitty gritty of the Galactic Civil War.

Though training scenarios rarely work effectively from what I've seen.

As a SW buff I shall keep an eye on this, and jump in now and then to assist if necessary but won't actually join... at least not yet.

Well, the Academy part is only the first part of the storyline. The idea is to put the recruits through basic training and follow their story through to ending up on actual battlegrounds. Perhaps if the RP lasts that long you might be more interested when we get to that part. I only chose the title 'Rebel Academy' because it seemed to fit, but I guess 'Rebel Boot Camp' might have been more appropriate.

Well, I presume this revolves around the Special Forces then? Them being the only units to recieve any real formal training. Most trained as part of their unit and quite often ended up in combat zones pretty early.
@Sep Thanks for taking an interest, even if you're not thinking of joining!

-shrug-

I'm currently reading Twilight Company, so my interest was piqued but sadly I'm not an academy kinda guy.
@SepHes not high up the food chain, he is just an informant with a low level handler above him. He is practically being demoted for his species and way of work to a non-important sector, just to be a watcher.

But you are right I word it wrong with the Imperial agent title and stuff!

Then it could be possible, as shown in A New Hope...
@frapet Find it highly improbable that a non-human would make it into such a presigious institution as Imperial Intelligence.
@Sarge He does go looking for temples and does a little training (I am upto date on my NuCanon). Sorry to drop in, not thinking of joining (Not a fan of academies, just lurking).

Also when it came to Jedi most people felt it was just Propoganda and that he was actually just lucky, need to remember a lot of people don't know what a Jedi is these days thanks to Palps wiping out almost all mention of them.
Look it's @Flagg!

Raise the flag!

Sin City's 3030's where you go in with your eyes open, or you don't come out at all.

and while Mar likely won't be conned this is why he won't be staying long too :P
@Sep Niiice. That makes them that much easier to rob.

I feel sorry for all the poor chumps in 3030.
