Controlling it is the easy part, figuring out what it is and why it picked me... well i know a supreme being gave it to me, but details shmetails... Sure. Nuclear light, a photon is a type of atomic particle, and what ends up being produced on nuclear fusion and nuclear fission is photons or light...

I was created as a mutant with nuclear bomb powers... like literally i could blow up to that level and be completely fine whole my surroundings be turned into a nuclear fallout zone... Then things happened and huge story short, i became this nigh-omnipotent wizard that can change and tweak the fundamental laws of reality by mere intention...
