And these... droids? Machines? Steampunk hulking things? *Starts trying to pay attention to any sign of exit or walking up*

*One of the bots nearly bumps into you but redirects its motion in the last minute to whir around you*
Whatever it's for, a robot's a robot I say.
*In the northern sector, a hole in the artificial sky seems to buzz with bright, sparky particles, which spiral and get sucked up into a sky-colored toroid surrounding the void*
<Snipped quote by Session>

What?! *Waves you off annoyed* I'm thinking alright? I'm... So what's our next move then?

*Looks up*
I... guess we need to move up. That will get us closer to their leader. Presumably.
<Snipped quote by Session>

Is that my line of thought? Hmmm... Are they? is that why we were transported to prison? And then... *Trails off and forgets to complete sentence*

*Snaps in front of your face*
Hey. Ben. What's going on with you?
<Snipped quote by Session>

*Clips fingers and claps palms and acts aloof unaware of the drainage but being drained nonetheless*
I... what was i saying... This place is showing off with... hmmm...

You're thinking they're trying to prove something to us?
<Snipped quote by Session>

Probably didn't have to... what the... whoa!

*Whistles*
Better than the place we came from. But you were saying?
*As we reside in this world, a gnawing sensation continues to grow, almost as if just residing in this layer were itself draining*
<Snipped quote by Session>

*sends telepathic message*
Think the guard's onto us... told you it ain't invisibility.

And did nothing about a prison break? How does that work?
*Shields my face from the brightness of the next layer, equipped with high-end housing and an artificial sky, alongside a dazzling array of automatons wandering about*
<Snipped quote by Session>

Well that guard must be on some... what is he even reading?

And... i doubt equating an entire universe with a rock is fair... and from my personal studies and travels, usually collapsing a universe just creates countless pocket dimensions. Crushing a rock, makes pebbles and gravel...

*Shrugs*
Not sure the scale makes any difference.
*Trecks up the stairs, and the corners of the decorated guard's lips curl into the briefest hint of a smirk before returning to his book*
<Snipped quote by Session>

Wow! *Looks at the guard then back at you* I mean, he shouldn't see us... buuut...

Also killing infant universes? Really?

It's like crushing a rock. No consequence.
*The door swings open into an ascending concrete staircase with a pale white light streaming in from above*
<Snipped quote by Session>

Why would i *I say while we continue walking through the prison searching for an exit or anything that can explain better our situation* Those are entire universes now... It would be me saying 'kill this world we are in' because of relative concerns. Not that those universes are exactly formed past the primordial soup of gas... It'll take a few eons for the first stars to form... i think...

So they don't matter, in other words.
*Walks past the guard, nose-deep in a book, to an armored door with daylight filtering through its base*
This could be it.
*Extends my hand, and the locking mechanism implodes*
