Makes sense, another little niggle is I think there should be a route leading from the staff apartments of level 4 over to the library. Would rather suck for a teach to have to walk a two flights of stairs and the length of the complex from their room just to check out a book.
Edit: Perhaps the center most apartment is just another hallway? No other issues that I can see.

I do see one issue, where is the front door? or the entrance to the subway now that I take a second look? Other then That I like it.
Edit: More issues, with the layout of the first floor I don't think one should have to walk through the bathrooms to get to the common area.
