Gifted Specializations:
Metal & Lightning, the heralds of the modern age, these are the aspects that Penny's soul best reflect. Thus they have become her prison. She has little capability for the casting of magic, but her body has been rebuilt with what her soul flourishes with; A body of steel, with blood of lightning. The best she can do is simple telekinetic cantrips, but being of the same stuff as her specializations does give her some unique opportunities when it comes to magical flair, but all of them will be focused inwards due to her lack of overt power.
The insight to machines that comes with the instinct of metal helps in day to day situations, and she is always a bit quicker than expected due to the lightning in her veins.
Weapons: Due to that changes that have been forced upon Penny her whole body has become a weapon, In addition to simple unarmed strikes, she can project energy blades from various parts of her body(Hands,Feet,Knees,Elbows) to devastating effect. Despite the simplicity of her modes of attack, they were granted by a being of destructive force, thus they carry surprising amount of force behind even simple attacks.
She has dubbed using her blades as Assault mode, as when she activates them thin lines snap open across her body, each glowing with the same cerulean light that her blades give off. This light, and her blades, switch to blood red when she has becomes Engine of Destruction.

1st Regeneration: Things breaking down in inevitable, it is in how quickly they can be put back together that is important. As a Valued resource Laat'AlOfan see to it that Penny is never far from her top condition.

The one true spell that Penny has calls together the eternal memory of metal and the instantaneous action of lightning and fuses them in to one fearsome attack, one that only grows in power as time go by.
It starts with Penny slamming her fists together, causing runes to flare into existence across Penny's body. From there they start condensing on to her arms, covering them with a blazing glow that is reminiscent of a starry nebula. Then as she pulls her fists apart the color starts drain away from her, and the nearby area, leaving it flat and grey. Save for as a small scintillating blade comprised of every color that starts to form from one of her arms.
Getting struck by that blade, or the glowing arm, brings forth the echo of every strike that Penny has landed and revisits the force of all of them on to her target in the same instant.
Such an attack can’t be used without repercussion however; in addition to the incredibly exhausting nature of the attack, using it too often without proper rest will cause the attack to start tearing Penny apart, easily leading to her death if she is careless.

Bile: A hidden auxiliary system that has been recently reactivated, it is interwoven offensive system that It can be used unfocused as an close range shotgun of flechette and stray arcs of electricity, or condensed as a long ranged lightning bolt charged Gauss cannon. It takes time for her body to recharge its reservoir, around twenty seconds or so, so she is unable to unleash a constant barge of such attacks but it does give her a potent ranged option. This system is discharged from her mouth.
Engine of Destruction has a third variation that makes use of it's unique physiology. It can unleash a focused stream of lightning and sharpened steel shrapnel. It is a mid-ranged attack that it can hold for a several seconds and redirect easily. The trade off is after using this variant the recharge time is about three time longer.
This system is not a magical attack and its power is based on her physical Vitality.

It was built with the intention of being a tool of destruction, which would work ceaselessly, thus He strove to make it perfect. Monstrous Metamorphoses: In times of great stress, part of what makes Penny, Penny, will slip away drowned out by the urge to rend and shear. Luck, timing, and a touch of insanity have caused Penny to acquire something beyond her normal limits. In the haze of her monstrous transformation Penny cannibalized the Earth Bastion seeking more metal to work with in effort to kill her target, at the same time Amber, to original owner of the ship, was killed weakening the magic binding it to the Pirate. This has made Penny the sole owner of the fortress on wheels.
When not in use Penny pulls the magic of the ship inside her, storing the Earth Bastion somewhere in Laat'AlOfan's realm until she calls for it, while stored in this way it gains her regenerative capability.

Fighting Style: Penny's fighting style is a very controlled, if improvisational unarmed style, which degrades to unreasoning brutality as she nears becoming a full Engine of Destruction, her magical talent is laughably weak as she has been rebuilt for the purpose of physically destroying that which stands in her way. she will use Lighting to draw power from power lines and such to get her strength back quickly and small telekinetic control over metal to pull useful objects to her if needed.
For the most part she is a defensive Fighter, counters and parries are her main courses of actions. Unless she has fully lost at witch point she switches to unrelenting assault. The main similarity is her willingness to use any and everything on hand as a weapon if needed.
Personality: Kind and altruistic, Penny always tries to look on the bright side of things and is always willing to help out those she can. Seemingly naive, She is always trusting of people at first meeting. Though that come more from her ability to take care of herself than of lack of judgement.
Unafraid and out going she will be the first to introduce herself and to try and make friends. That beings said she is woefully unprepared for the life she must now lead, and is very hesitant to talk about who she used to be. Name: Laat'AlOfan, Enforcer of change, He Who Brushes Away the Old, The Unmaker
Personality: Laat is a being of action, a bringer of Chaos. Tasked with destroying that which has passed, he quietly fulfills his mandate. Bringing about the ruination of things that are old or no longer needed nor wanted, His is a thankless task, though important one.
He is measured is his actions however, He does not seek unending destruction. Only to brush away stagnation and force new growth to take the place of what once was, Creation and Destruction as two parts of a whole, and Laat'Alofan is Content to be the one who breaks so that others can create.
It is this that drives him to strike both at the Light and the Dark. The Light, as it tends to cling on to its past glories and in doing so forces it to keep growing, the Dark because it often seeks to burn everything to ash and leave it as such, and with continued failure it must learn new ways to complete it goals. Thus Laat'AlOfan is firmly between them both, neither fully an ally nor fully an enemy, but forever requiring innovation and removing the woks that came before.
History: What history there is of Laat’AlOfan is kept by Laat’AlOfan himself. It is not in his nature to let things last. Thus in an effort to fulfill his nature he withholds his own history so one day, when He is no longer needed He will have already removed any trace of his passing, and thus will have already destroyed himself as it were.
Resources: Laat'AlOfan As old and powerful as he may be, knows that he cannot always fulfill his task by himself. To aid in his efforts He drafts the aid of Magical Girls, six he chooses as rank and file soldiers to seek and destroy aging monsters and to combat those of the dark that have taken a deeper Root.
One monster answers to His call, a titanic beast that's sole purpose is wide spread, unrepentant destruction. It is a last resort, used when all other attempts have failed for once His beast has been set loose, very few things can stop it before it has ravaged everything in its sight.
And lastly there is his Chosen, A Magical Girl, twisted by his power and gifted great power in return. They are his greatest warrior. Destruction is in their blood, gifted with the skills, knowledge and capabilities of both Man and Monster. They are used both as a scalpel to cleanly and precisely strike out those that have taken deep root in new growth, and as unrestrained bombs to wipe clean vast swaths at once as needed by his will.
Payment for services rendered are rarely things of permanence, Coin both mundane and magical is the most common as it allows his follows to replace their old gear and supplies as needed by his tenets, though if not spent soon the rewards have a way of being lost. Occasionally he will bestow a Boon either with a Tool of some sort that will reforge its self every month in to something new, Or with a single use magical item, often destructive in nature but not always. Lastly and only in extreme circumstances he will give the gift of freedom and allow one of his follows to truly die releasing them from their bonds of servitude. It is a gift he wishes he could give more freely, but knows that few would choose to stay if given the choice.

He is measured is his actions however, He does not seek unending destruction. Only to brush away stagnation and force new growth to take the place of what once was, Creation and Destruction as two parts of a whole, and Laat'Alofan is Content to be the one who breaks so that others can create.
It is this that drives him to strike both at the Light and the Dark. The Light, as it tends to cling on to its past glories and in doing so forces it to keep growing, the Dark because it often seeks to burn everything to ash and leave it as such, and with continued failure it must learn new ways to complete it goals. Thus Laat'AlOfan is firmly between them both, neither fully an ally nor fully an enemy, but forever requiring innovation and removing the woks that came before.
History: What history there is of Laat’AlOfan is kept by Laat’AlOfan himself. It is not in his nature to let things last. Thus in an effort to fulfill his nature he withholds his own history so one day, when He is no longer needed He will have already removed any trace of his passing, and thus will have already destroyed himself as it were.

And lastly there is his Chosen, A Magical Girl, twisted by his power and gifted great power in return. They are his greatest warrior. Destruction is in their blood, gifted with the skills, knowledge and capabilities of both Man and Monster. They are used both as a scalpel to cleanly and precisely strike out those that have taken deep root in new growth, and as unrestrained bombs to wipe clean vast swaths at once as needed by his will.
Payment for services rendered are rarely things of permanence, Coin both mundane and magical is the most common as it allows his follows to replace their old gear and supplies as needed by his tenets, though if not spent soon the rewards have a way of being lost. Occasionally he will bestow a Boon either with a Tool of some sort that will reforge its self every month in to something new, Or with a single use magical item, often destructive in nature but not always. Lastly and only in extreme circumstances he will give the gift of freedom and allow one of his follows to truly die releasing them from their bonds of servitude. Kyle has developed a simple way around one of these issues. when forming a clone he can infuse it with a mote of emotion, granting them the ability to use that emotion for empathic magic. Doing this has the side effect of changing the color of the clones clothes to one that matches the infused emotion, but otherwise his emoticlones function the same as any of his other duplicates.
Any emotional energy infused in to a clones is lost when that clone is popped, but can be regained if they fuse back with Kyle.
Perks: A lot of perks require some elaboration.

Fighting along side Kyle is an enjoyable one, as he starts a positive feed back loop in his allies. Reinforcing and bolstering the good morale of everyone, both with good banter and buffs pulled from the positive atmosphere he builds. He functions best as a support unit, making his allies better while hampering his foes.

Violet has come to be known as "The Blessing" as she more often grants the more positive wishes while Sakura has earned the title "The Curse" for graning the more twisted, negative effects. Fighting Style: Fighting isn't one of the sisters talents, besides their magic tends to make others wary about fighting them as harming them is a good way to guarantee that any wishes granted with be as malicious as they can make them. Nevertheless there are some that will try to harm the sisters. In those situatations the Sisters fight more akin to dancers then anything.
Violet with her twin blades fights as a dervish, always in motion, yet always just out of reach. Sakura on the other hand prefers to keep her distance with her paired chakram letting them act as a steel wind to keep foes at bay. Together they have a level of synchronicity that borders on the unreal, due to thier inhuman luck and mental link, they work together flawlessly. They are able to effortlessly move through each others attacks without ever risking the other.

Violet: Cool and somber colors hide the fact that Violet loves to be the life of the party. Lound and rambunctious Violet is often the one leading the twins in to new things. She has a habit of speaking before she thinks and can come off as bitch. Look beyond that and you'll find her magic is a soothing and kind sort.
Sakura: Despite having the more lively colors and expression most of the time, Sakura is the more introverted and reserved of the two. A soft speaker she often needs to be spurred on by her sister to open up. Friend and foe need be wary though. Having been divided evenly means that though she is the gentler shy type, her magic tends the be harsher. Beware the quiet ones.
History: Ashley was the popular girl in school. A spoiled know-it-all, she didn't really regard others very highly. In her rebel stage she had a tendency to break the rules and during a field-trip to the museum she slipped into the back. Some new artifacts had been brought in. Not that Ashley cared much for that boring stuff, but while back there she knocked over a vase. The object didn't break but the carelessness awoke a sleeping being within. Suddenly confronted by a Djinn giving her a lecture she told him off. Like most people she didn't believe in magical beings. This was some kind of trick and she made sure that the thing in front of her knew it. Ticked off by the arrogant young girl the lesser force told Ashley that, in exchange for some service, she would be given three wishes. Rolling her eyes the girl dismissed the thing as a joke, accepting absently. Sufficient as an answer, the Djinn intended to make the girl regret her flippant attitude. Three wishes followed which were unsurprising for what little thought was put into them. 1. Power, 2. Servants, and 3.More wishes.
Both knew that the wishes wouldn't really happen, at least not the way the girl hoped. Having just foolishly agreed on a contract each wish was granted in turn. In typical Djinn fashion though the wishes were turned on their head. For the first wish she was granted the power she desired as she was transformed into a magical girl For the second wish of servants, the Djinn split her soul, fulfilling the plurality of the wish and turning them into his servants. And for the third wish, the Djinn's own power to grant wishes was given to them, thus they would get more wishes as requests rather than being able to use them themselves. In failing to define the terms of service the newly minted twins were now subject to the Djinn's whim indefinitely. Since becoming magical girls the two have built an interesting following. Who wouldn't when you go around granting wishes? Due to the caliber and openended nature of the Djinn Sisters' magic their reputation proceeds them. Choosing to stay neutral everyone wants their assistance, but knows that dabbling with them may not turn out as intended. Once someone has used up their three wishes the girls tend to lose interest. Violet: Cool and somber colors hide the fact that Violet loves to be the life of the party. Lound and rambunctious Violet is often the one leading the twins in to new things. Rolling her eyes the girl dismissed the thing as a joke, accepting absently. Sufficient as an answer, the Djinn intended to make the girl regret her flippant attitude. Three wishes followed which were unsurprising for what little thought was put into them. 1. Power, 2. Servants, and 3.More wishes.
Both knew that the wishes wouldn't really happen, at least not the way the girl hoped. Having just foolishly agreed on a contract each wish was granted in turn. In typical Djinn fashion though the wishes were turned on their head. For the first wish she was granted the power she desired as she was transformed into a magical girl For the second wish of servants, the Djinn split her soul, fulfilling the plurality of the wish and turning them into his servants. And for the third wish, the Djinn's own power to grant wishes was given to them, thus they would get more wishes as requests rather than being able to use them themselves. In failing to define the terms of service the newly minted twins were now subject to the Djinn's whim indefinitely. Since becoming magical girls the two have built an interesting following. Who wouldn't when you go around granting wishes? Due to the caliber and openended nature of the Djinn Sisters' magic their reputation proceeds them. Choosing to stay neutral everyone wants their assistance, but knows that dabbling with them may not turn out as intended. Once someone has used up their three wishes the girls tend to lose interest. Penrose being a hotbed of activity the allure of potential wish opportunities were too great to ignore.

Name: Laat'AlOfan, Enforcer of change, He Who Brushes Away the Old, The Unmaker
Personality: Laat is a being of action, a bringer of Chaos. Tasked with destroying that which has passed, he quietly fulfills his mandate. Bringing about the ruination of things that are old or no longer needed nor wanted, His is a thankless task, though important one.
He is measured is his actions however, He does not seek unending destruction. Only to brush away stagnation and force new growth to take the place of what once was, Creation and Destruction as two parts of a whole, and Laat'Alofan is Content to be the one who breaks so that others can create.
It is this that drives him to strike both at the Light and the Dark. The Light, as it tends to cling on to its past glories and in doing so forces it to keep growing, the Dark because it often seeks to burn everything to ash and leave it as such, and with continued failure it must learn new ways to complete it goals. Thus Laat'AlOfan is firmly between them both, neither fully an ally nor fully an enemy, but forever requiring innovation and removing the woks that came before.
History: What history there is of Laat’AlOfan is kept by Laat’AlOfan himself. It is not in his nature to let things last. Thus in an effort to fulfill his nature he withholds his own history so one day, when He is no longer needed He will have already removed any trace of his passing, and thus will have already destroyed himself as it were.
Resources: Laat'AlOfan As old and powerful as he may be, knows that he cannot always fulfill his task by himself. To aid in his efforts He drafts the aid of Magical Girls, six he chooses as rank and file soldiers to seek and destroy aging monsters and to combat those of the dark that have taken a deeper Root.
One monster answers to His call, a titanic beast that's sole purpose is wide spread, unrepentant destruction. It is a last resort, used when all other attempts have failed for once His beast has been set loose, very few things can stop it before it has ravaged everything in its sight.
And lastly there is his Chosen, A Magical Girl, twisted by his power and gifted great power in return. They are his greatest warrior. Destruction is in their blood, gifted with the skills, knowledge and capabilities of both Man and Monster. They are used both as a scalpel to cleanly and precisely strike out those that have taken deep root in new growth, and as unrestrained bombs to wipe clean vast swaths at once as needed by his will.
Payment for services rendered are rarely things of permanence, Coin both mundane and magical is the most common as it allows his follows to replace their old gear and supplies as needed by his tenets, though if not spent soon the rewards have a way of being lost. Occasionally he will bestow a Boon either with a Tool of some sort that will reforge its self every month in to something new, Or with a single use magical item, often destructive in nature but not always. Lastly and only in extreme circumstances he will give the gift of freedom and allow one of his follows to truly die releasing them from their bonds of servitude. It is a gift he wishes he could give more freely, but knows that few would choose to stay if given the choice.
