[Shiny Keldeo]

Welcome! If you're reading this, than you decided to drop by for a visit and check out my profile! If not, then why are you still reading this right now?

The name's Keldeo, Shiny Keldeo. I joined the Guild about a two years ago after my first forum fizzled out. I thought I knew what I was doing with Roleplay when I came on the scene, when in reality I had barely scratched the surface of what I had to learn.

My first few RPs went bust, but with each failure I gained valuable experience to learn from, and eventually I started up a fairly successful RP known as Digimon: As the Lights Fade. However, it eventually went bust as over half the RPers, including my Co-GM, poofed and dropped without much warning.

Then came two of my longest running RPs. Pokemon: Legendary Guardians and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Shadows of the Past. Both were filled with great characters and I made a ton of new RP friends in them. Sadly, too many problems arose in both, and I was forced to shut them down.

I wasn't done with Legendary Guardians, however, and rebooted it to try my hand at it once more. So far, it's still going strong, thanks to dedicated people like Ninian and Light Lord, who've helped it stay alive through it all. I'm still not done yet, there's still more creative genius in me waiting to be tapped into!

Roleplay Information

I like to stick to Casual mostly. I've never tried anything in Advanced, but I just can't do anything in Free. I like to include way more dialog and information in my posts than I can post in Free.

I usually prefer to RP with Multiple Characters. It's easier for me to say more and do more, whether that being a Digidestined with a Digimon, a Pokemon Trainer with their Pokemon, or multiples of either.

Speaking of which, there are several subjects to which I usually work with in RP. The biggest being Pokemon. I'm up for (almost) anything, Mystery Dungeon, Ranger, or just being a normal Trainer is completely fine with me. Other interests include Digimon, Star Wars, and various other subjects that would be too numerous to name here.

@Banana Yes I did. Still thinking about that though.
@floodtalon It's fine. I only got Super Mystery Dungeon like a month ago and haven't played it in a few weeks, that's when I learned about those things.
If you want to leave and camp out before you reach Vertigo, that's fine. Free roam through Viore. I'm just saying you won't reach Vertigo before dark.
Currently yes. If all the players can work together and cooperate, though, that time could be greatly sped up. "Time Flies when you're having fun."
@Light Lord It could have been, but it didn't need to be. Consider it just a dumb filler event, eventually it'll be pushed into the back of everyone's minds. Also, If the other event you meant was the battle between Spirit and Flash, again, problems occurred in communication. I'm trying to get that better and trying not to control everything, but some things just happen. I don't try to control like that too much, just if it really calls for it imo.

Besides, Pokemon has done way more controlling and BS stuff than having a Rock Slide miss its target. It's a small case of plot convenience. When the next RP day rolls around, trust me, things will start getting much better.
@Light Lord That's mostly because I never intended for that event to even happen, it was going to be the training match between the twins, Milton, and Zaru. But the Collab was going nowhere, and I had to get the RP moving again. I just wanted it done.
Yay for improvisation! I actually had no clue who Rico and Lulu's mother would be, so I just made it another Lucario. Luna. Her and Spirit were inseparable, or at least it appeared that way. One night, she just vanished without a trace. Spirit knows the truth, but he won't spill the beans any time soon.
Rico and Lulu the Riolu Twins and Co, Omen the Absol
[Lilac Meadow]

They were finally in a good enough position to try and blast their way out. Peach and Flare focused on one of the Galvantula, finally bringing the electric spider down. The others were beginning to tire as well, finally dropping for good. They would have made a break for it, but they wouldn't make it in time carrying Krissy with them, so they stayed down and continued to attack.

The Ariados Leader suddenly realized his predicament, and dove back into the ground to avoid the double attack. The Mawile's Rock Slide fell harmlessly around the hole he'd dug, and he avoided that Rage-Filled Totodile.

Realizing that to end this battle would take defeating the Ariados, Omen leapt into the hole after him. Obvious sounds of a struggle could be heard, and soon the two erupted from the ground, the Ariados having gained the upper hand on Omen. "Now... to finally... end you..." The Ariados Leader said through labored breaths, when a sudden streak of light slammed into him, knocking him away. "Get your grubby legs off of my partner!" Said a clearly feminine voice, as the flash of light which was Quick Attack slammed into the Ariados in mid-air once more.

Ariados went flying into a nearby tree, collapsing to the ground. His Spider Pokemon Goons were in shock. "Uhm.. Boss.. I think it's time to scram!" Said one of the Galvantula as he and the rest of the mobile gang fled into the forest nearby. "Get... back here... and... help... me... bleh." He replied as he blacked out.

The flash of light continued, as the slender form of a Sylveon cartwheeled and landed perfectly next to Omen. "Omen, you okay?" The Sylveon asked, nuzzling her fallen partner. "Ugh, Serenity? Well... you're late." He said, laughed, and stood up.

Spirit the Lucario
[Valiant Village - Spirit's Guild]

@Iatos
At this point today Spirit had yet to be surprised by anything since the late afternoon. The display of emotion was... somewhat expected. But Spirit merely locked eyes with the Luxray. "I'm sorry, but I can't become exactly that. I'll help guide your daughter on the right path as best I can, but I could never become a father figure for her, not at her age at least." He replied. "And I wouldn't worry about her too much. As far as I can see, the only things she inherited from you was your recklessness and stubbornness."

Then she mentioned being a possible mother figure to Rico and Lulu, and he sighed, looking at a painting that hung on the wall next to the one of him and the Swords of Justice. It showed himself, along with a female Lucario, each holding an egg. "It... wouldn't feel right... I promised her, I promised Luna... It just wouldn't feel right, I can't describe it."

A tear almost welled up in Spirit's eye, but he forced it away before it came into view. Luna was his partner, his mate. She had once helped him run his guild. When he learned that he would be the father of twins with her, that was the happiest day of his life. No one's quite sure what happened to her. One day, she was just gone. Spirit either didn't know, or didn't want to say. Whatever happened, he rarely even speaks her name anymore. He stayed eerily silent from then on, eyes closed.

Bisharp looked at Valentine when he spoke up. "In case you forgot, we're up here and he's down there." He said, pointing towards Infinity Mountain far below them. "Besides, If we completely left now, It's like saying we failed. I never fail." He snarled. Beartic was now talking more than ever before. "Do you not know about Emera's Valentine? We passed several inside, I picked up one or two. Awakening Emera's are just much rarer than those, but I'm certain we can find at least one in there."

Hippowdon finally broke away from his trance to face the Haunter when he spoke about Wonder Orbs. "Another thing too, I've heard that Wonder Orbs have no effect on Legendary Pokemon. They're protected by some kind of mystical, ancient power or something. We really have no other options right now, we need that Emera!"
Breeze the Shaymin and Fuse the Luxio
[Folio Trunk - Town Path F7]

@Ninian @Light Lord @Lucius Cypher
Continuing after the group, the two heard Karaha mention someone named Xicu. "Who's that? I'm guessing someone not so friendly..." Said Breeze questioningly. Fuse scratched his head. "I've heard the name from Glyph, before, but he never really explained who it was. But, we shouldn't have to worry about heading down that deep. Glyph usually restricts the Guild Members to BF8 and no deeper, just to keep on the safe side. Can't say I blame him either." He replied.

Breeze breathed a sigh of relief, but then looked to Gren. "So, we have a limit. If we don't find what you're looking for before BF8, we're turning back." Fuse nodded. "It would be for the best, anyways. You do have a point, that we'd have to come down here anyways to stop whatever's going on. But, that would be the Guild's job, it shouldn't include, well, civilians like you." He admitted. Truthfully, Fuse knew that they would eventually be going down there, down to the usually forbidden depths of the Trunk. It was just a matter of when...
Brent Ignia and Lily Meadows
[Route 701]

@Ninian @Light Lord
Lily giggled at Devon's reaction to her statement about her parents. "Guess I forgot to mention it, yeah, that's actually how they met! The first time they tried my dad lost in his first round, but my mom made it into the top 16. Dad didn't really go after it again, but Mom kept at it and eventually even made it into the Semi-Finals once! That's when she decided to try and become a Gym Leader." She replied, explaining her family's League Past.

Brent smiled. "You've got a neat family, Lily." Said Brent, looking back to Devon. "Well, it's just become Spring here in Viore, so the day is short but is going to get longer. By the time the Viore League rolls around, you'll be wishing the night came sooner." He joked. Then Celes mentioned the practice battle. "Yeah, I'll take you on, Celes. I think we'll be a pretty even match against each other." He said, Lily smiling. "And whoever wins, I'll take them on!" She replied excitedly.

A sudden whoosh in the woods nearby caught Lily's attention for a moment, as a smooth breeze blew to their backs. "Did you guys hear that?" She asked, looking towards the treeline. Brent looked and looked back to Lily. "I didn't hear anything, you probably just heard the breeze there. Come on, we're losing daylight!" Brent said, moving on ahead. Lily looked at the treeline for a bit longer then followed behind him. "I know I heard something, but what was it?" She thought as she walked.

Michael Stint
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

@Ninian @Sketcher
Olivier made his point about Brooks' Feraligatr knowing Fire Fang, but Michael didn't look concerned. "Eh, it can learn moves like Bite, Crunch, and Ice Fang if I remember right, so it doesn't surprise me." He said as Olivier took his leave back inside. He watched as a little Ralts rushed over to him, obviously happy to see him. "I'm guessing that's Libra... that's good to have a friendship like that, right guys?" He said, looking down to his two Pokemon at his feet.

Turtwig and Glameow piped up in agreement, making Michael smile. He looked back over the battlefield. "That was really one intense battle, though. I can't believe we got to see that on our first day! I wanna be like that one day!" He said, looking at his Pokemon with a fire burning in his eyes. <Well... he's got that look again... If he wants to get that strong, Gyms are the way to go!> Said Turtwig to Glameow, who finally conceeded. <If that's really the path he wants to go down, I'll be with him all the way.> She responded.

Inside, Nurse Joy was finishing up with Olivier and his Libra. "You really had no reason for alarm, the only damage was some scrapes and bruises. Don't worry, though, many new trainers often fear the worst when their Pokemon lose a battle. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have some other Pokemon to attend to." With that, she took her leave, heading into the back room with Wye's Pokeball in hand.
