Whether or not you use Skype often, that's where we do a lot of the planning. Since you're more Darksiders-y, might be very helpful to have you on board.

Because it was just Thanksgiving and I'm guessing that might be why. If not, I move along anyways. That said, prepare to need to pursue to gang leader, because it's also in the Order's interest to take him down.

Regarding Mega Evolutions
If there is a new Mega Evolution you want to bring in, it must first come to me, and we will talk about the details surrounding it, such as Ability and so on. They are allowed to gain new abilities, but this will be rare, as there are so many good abilities in the game already. If said Mega Evolution is already added to the RP, then you must use that version, or not at all. X and Y Charizard and Mewtwo were a very unique case, so having more than one Mega Evolution for a Pokemon is not acceptable here. Below are ones already found within the RP (as they are owned by gym leaders and Elite 4, among others).
Currently Recruiting Co-GMs
This RP may or may not be big, but the reality right now is that I can't GM for everyone who will play this. I may be able to for some, but not everyone. That's where Co-GMs come in. So what's in the job? Well, you have a lot of liberty as one, basically your job is to make the player's journey as fun and interesting as possible, but not making it too easy either, there needs to be some variety and challenge. You can make new characters, have new issues and problems perpetrated by Team Arclight, Pokemon in the area having some kind of issue or conflict, anything you think is interesting.
As for how many? I'm looking at between 1/3 to half the player population.

As for Talon... you know, I originally wanted the Talon agents to be rather experienced (hence why you don't see them with advisors). They're simple but rather experienced agents. However, I can have like maybe Widowmaker come along to bring in extra support.
While being somewhat experienced is true, I think that calls even more reason to have everyone organized, that's what experienced soldiers do. Make a plan and protocols, stick to them, and having a chain of command lets them quickly organize themselves, even if their shotcaller and leader is killed in battle.
You can see it in the Sombra animation. The commander was clearly Reaper for the operation.
Having a chain of command doesn't expressly mean everyone has to listen to whoever is in command too. People can go and fulfill their own agendas like Sombra did behind everyone's backs.
Oh and, remember military basic protocols. Chain of command is still a thing Overwatch, Blackwatch and by extension Talon still use. Who's in command of the Talon side? Zarya and McCree are obviously in command of the Deltawatch side.

"Yeah, I got one. What's the chain of command for this mission?", he piped up. His other missions he was working under senior agents and they gave him the orders. This was a ragtag crew though, and no senior officer was assigned. If they didn't have someone to call the shots, and someone to keep track of what everyone was doing, this can go south very, very quickly.
Not to mention he already had some plans on what to do for this mission. He wondered if he could grab some explosives from the armory too before leaving for this. If they wanted to increase their chances of success, stopping the train should be one of the things at the top of their list, especially if other Overwatch agents were going to be present, this wasn't a simple trainjacking. Not to mention he'd have a stationary area to watch over and snipe on, it'd be perfect.
The Monkey didn't seem to realize its veil was off, and so as it took the attacks head on, it quickly realized its mistake. Attack after attack had blasted the monkey shadow away, chunking it bit by bit and soon it was slain, dissolving into a black ash. With that cleared, and the smaller monkeys now retreating after their leader was defeated, the party deliberated to move forward.
A combination of the Debilitate and barrage of spells made short work of the knight, any attacks it mustered were easily warded or evaded, and any attacks that it took were taken front on and with withered defenses, letting the armor shatter as a person fell out. It was another of the people trapped in here. With some deliberation, Ayano had someone from the defense party come and retrieve them while everyone moved on ahead.

As the party moved through, Rui's party came up through the main entrance into a courtyard, and before them was what looked like the grand entrance to something. A sign at the top said it was the "Royal Suite". The place was gaudy, golden and red littered the shining and overly lit up decorations for the Japanese-style innhouse. It was somewhat unnatural.
"If this was a game, there'd be a save point right about... There", he said, pointing at a spot in the garden right by the stairs onto the veranda. As soon as he said that, they heard a noise to the side, the rocky wall had begun sliding open a part, and revealing Kami's party.
"Well, isn't this a surprise. I guess the path joins here", he said.
"So we'll be tackling this boss with two parties...?", he questioned.
"You'll need it, based on some of my readings. Ayano can confirm too. There seem to be a lot of readings up there similar to the knights you had all encountered", she stated. So it was going to be a large battle up there.
"Right... Well there's no point rushing, we'll take a moment to rest, then move out", he said. They couldn't rest for too long. Who knew what was happening up there...
