Personality Overview: A little bit naive, despite the years of crap her brother put her through. It’s a flaw Juniper is aware of, but is not inclined to correct; she has seen the effects of constantly second-guessing who you should or shouldn’t trust, having seen her own brother gradually reduced to a shell of himself by his own fears of being double-crossed and backstabbed in his illegal business ventures.

So, instead, rather than becoming cold and abrasive, she gives everyone a chance to do right by her. However, June isn’t very forgiving if someone makes her feel like fool, and she holds grudges for a very long time. And while she may not seek revenge, per se, June can and will make her displeasure known.

A RP set in the world of Avatar: The Last Airbender

Looking for someone to roleplay in the Avatar: The Last Airbender universe. 18+ just because violence/war/swearing may be involved. I have a shadow of a plot at the moment, which I initially wanted to write as a fanfic. I really struggle to commit to solo projects, unfortunately, so I figured I might as well fart it out of my brain with another person or two, just for fun.

Time setting: Pre-Aang (or Post-Aang, but totally ignoring the mess that was TLoK…)

Plot/premise: The new Avatar is a child born into the tribe descended from the Sun Warriors. This causes an issue for her people because, in ATLA lore, The Sun Warriors were a tribe of firebenders thought to have disappeared, along with the dragons that they first gleaned the knowledge of firebending from. As revealed in the show, the Sun Warriors and dragons actually continued to exist as a small, isolated community that cut themselves off from the rest of the world to prevent other firebenders from killing the world’s last 2 remaining dragons. So, as the Avatar is the only person with the ability to wield all four elements, the rest of the world looks for its next saviour/peacekeeper, all the while the Avatar herself is deemed to be an existential threat to her own tribe’s very way of life.

The story will follow the Avatar as it is decided that, shortly after her thirteenth birthday, she is to be exiled from their tribe and to set out on her journey.

I already have a little Avatar girl planned out as MC, so anyone interested, just let me know!

Experienced a glitch (my first account got instabanned for some reason, before I could even make a post) but hopefully this will work now???

Have been roleplaying on and off, on multiple platforms for years (Wattpad, mostly, then with ChatGPT), but wanted to move onto a more “grown up” site now as I’m very conscious of the environmental impact of AI, and I had been roleplaying with ChatGPT without realising the damage it had been doing.

I’m a big fan of role playing as people (human or otherwise) in any vaguely historical setting. I think my English and grammar are pretty good, as I used to write quite a lot from an early age into my teens. Roleplaying and games like the Sims always gave me a release once I hit the age when other kids seemed to stop wanting to play pretend.

Right now, I’ve a few very basic outlines for what I want to rp (a story set in the Avatar: The Last Airbender universe being the itch I’m most keen to satisfy) but I very much make most of my stories up on the fly.
