@6slyboy6 Well, technically we can interact with anyone, space being boundless and with hyperdrives and all, but probably wouldn't make much sense in "being" neighbors when living far from one anothers location. Unless someone can tell me otherwise.

@LordZell I can guarantee you Serp is not that kind of player. If some nation were to form, it would be for story purposes only. So no worries :)

The reason he made the Inner Expanse is for the fun story potential for the setting.
