So he's a bit of a Fixer Upper [Silver Fox]

Smiling brightly as the young boy chose a painting, Alver set the others back in place, gingerly holding the chosen painting in the cloth it was wrapped in and held it out to Luke. "Awe that is a good choice. You're Papa was quite excited back when he was talking about it. I think he had a wonderful time there, helped him relax a little." the albino said, his mind briefly wandering back to that time. Miky always either loved talking about what he saw during his spells, or he was just quiet and didn't talk at all. But when he was talking, it was like a motor running at the highest velocity. People found it annoying, but Alver was always enchanted. Like listening to a beautiful siren sing one of their enchanting songs. The memory made the tall man's heart flutter in his chest for but a moment. Remembering how they were as kids, both of them small compared to the others, Alver even smaller since he was technically younger, yet he acted a little more mature. Well... maybe. He was childish as well at times. Yet, he still tried to act like the grown up and take care of everyone. Miky, he always felt like he wanted to. Such a beautiful flower that smelled so sweet.

It reminded him of why he fell in love with the strawberry blonde oh so long ago.

Alver's eyes slightly saddened a little, the happy memory coming with the saddening memory of when they parted. The last they saw each other until recently. That silly confession... he was stupid and naive. He should have known better. And he still hated himself for that and what that did to him. Shaking the memory aside, he made another smile to Luke. "It's now all yours Luke, take good care of it for me alright?" he said warmly before glancing toward the clock, brushing his hand along the blonde hair of the child.

"Alright, how about we take a little nap until your Papa comes along mhm? I could tell you a story or sing you a lullaby if you like." Alver chirped, perhaps enjoying babying someone too much, but it did remind him of the good ol' days. He knew it couldn't last, so he might as well enjoy it while he can.

"Yes, especially for the more opulent citizens. Snubbull are usually kept more as a pet rather than the evolved form Granbull. Though, Furfrou has become quite the popular Pokemon for pets. It is good to see someone who enjoys Granbull as well though. They look fierce but they are quite usually quite timid and friendly." Tora responded to Cillian's question on Snubbull being the preferred pet. Continuing to follow Archie who was sniffing around ahead to try and track down the other dog like pokemon.

Glancing back toward Juana as the younger woman dashed to keep pace with them, Tora's blue eyes softened in concern but continue venturing forth. She was exhausted as well, she could feel it. Her throat was feeling clogged up again, and she could feel a chill run through her body. However, she was better at putting up a good front, especially when she was determined to get something done. She would not allow her cursed body to cease in her goal. To lend a helping hand. She had to be useful. She was already useless for all of her life, so she wasn't just going to sit around again.

Archie paused in her search as the Charmander was sent out, ears twitching at the fellow fire type and giving a bark in greeting before turning her head between the two directions. As if a little confused.

Tora sighed before nodding in agreement with Juana's preferred choice. "That sounds reasonable. We should remain a bit cautious." she said, glancing up, seeing a slight glimmer as the sunrise's light peaked through the leaves. Her eyes glancing to her Pokeball's. Her Pokedex buzzing as it notified her that Archie, Pezi, and Rachni got a little bit stronger. She probably should have stopped at the Pokecenter to let Rachni rest, but she'd just let the bug/poison type rest in his Pokeball for now.

I'm very mellow like a cat and a bat, so I was skeptical when she chose me. But then she warmed up to me even faster.

Turning her blue gaze to the younger woman, Tora slightly frowned as Juana seemed to want to tag along. Despite being exhauasted, which admittedly Tora was as well, but she felt determined to hurry and find the Fairy Dog pokemon. "I agree it is most likely best to wait, but I worry that when morning comes. We won't find him. If you need rest, you should get some sleep Lady Juana, but I'm going." she said, surpressing a yawn before looking to Cillian.

"If we are going, we best be off. Archie...?" Tora questioned, the Growlithe barking excitedly before darting to the forest, her trainer soon following after to follow into the dark woods.

Tora gaze softened as Juana explained the situation and her blue orbs turned toward the sobbing little girl. "Butch is missing?" she murmured, concern lacing her voice. Butch was a Granbull though, a fellow Fairy Type among the Fairy Pokemon in the forest. Still, it was dangerous and concerning for the big bulldog was out alone. Tora was exhausted however, she had pushed her body to its limits and was going to push harder since she had little time to travel to different areas in order to lose track of possible hounds sent from her family.

Despite that, the tall woman gave a deep breath. "I'll go take a look around... Lady Juana, you should go rest. Archie and I will go see if we can track him down." she said, taking another deep determined breath before looking to Archie who was already sniffing at Penny before sniffing at the ground in order to try and track a scent. Hopefully it was close enough to dawn to not be too much trouble. But she also didn't want Butch to end up... permanently disappearing.
