Just found out my left kidney wasn't done and decided I needed to deal with a second stone before I even passed the first one.

Kidney stone blocking the ureter...yay...thankfully only 4mm so it don't need surgery, just some meds. But that pain I felt is certainly not an ideal way to wake up.

Sam looked up at Jordan, her face was now pink. Her punch had missed, but it felt like she had. "I missed?"

Cathryn "Pirate Queen" Tessaro
"Some interesting characters" Cathryn quietly said to herself as everyone proceeded to introduce themselves. She was leaning back in a chair, with legs on the table. She had planned on going sooner, but with others jumping on it faster than she could get her legs down, she decided to wait until last, save herself the energy.
She took a few mental notes on some of her teammates. She didn't have a reason to trust them yet, but would be forced to trust them based on name and what other details they decided to give out right now. Cathryn smiled at Alex, the kid was confident with women, she could give him that, but how confident would he be with a woman who could be rather flirtatious? She'd find out later. Next she examined Michelle, girl seemed to have a knack for guns, seeing as she was fiddling with one. Cathryn could possibly get that girl any gun she wanted, so long as it was within reason, she had trouble getting theoretical guns like railguns or laser rifles. She'd continue with her mental notes if it wasn't for the fact that she should get her introduction done.
Cathryn brought her legs down and stood up, straightening her outfit before starting her introduction. "Hello cuties, my name is Cathryn Tessaro, codename Pirate Queen. If that's too lengthy for you, then you may use Pirate" She looked around "And some of you have probably already made the connection between my codename and outfit. Smart cookies" she said playfully. "I'm also sure some of you may recognize me, I was quite popular in the news." Cathryn smiled "And before anyone gets too curious, I can summon weapons, every weapon that has existed up to now." Her attention turned to Michelle "And should anyone need ammo, I got you covered."
With her introduction done, she sat back down. Putting her legs back on the table and leaning back.

Sarah smiled when she was offered to hold it. "My name's Sarah" she said as she grabs the dagger. While Sarah was looking at the dagger up close, she got an idea. "Hey, do you mind if I try something?"
Sam's body tensed and her arms jolted into a defensive position before one flew outwards in a punch. The punch just barely missing Jordan. Once she had come to realize what was going on, she pulled her arm back and curled up. Her face red with embarrassment. "Sorry! I didn't mean to"

Sam just kept staring, seemingly unresponsive. Her whole body seemed to barely move, only motion coming from breathing. In truth, she was so lost in thought, that she stopped paying attention to the real world. The only reason the look on her eyes hadn't changed was because all her current thoughts were curiosities she had about Jordan.

Sam pulled back. I'll find out somehow. Her eyes still showed curiosity, and were still locked on Jordan.
"Sis, you're being weird" said Sarah, as she took a quick look back, but it didn't seem to do anything. Sarah shook her head then looked at Jordan "If you feel creeped out by her stare, just touch her, should snap her out of it. Just be prepared for a hit, some times she gets so caught up she thinks she's being attacked when touched." She then turned her attention back to the boy who could do things with blood, waiting for him to say his name.
