Kidney stone blocking the ureter...yay...thankfully only 4mm so it don't need surgery, just some meds. But that pain I felt is certainly not an ideal way to wake up.

I lied. I decided to play IL2:BoS again today and found out they fixed up the mouse control. So happy I don't have to deal with a joystick anymore :3 Guess my joystick will only be used for Elite:Dangerous now (and when I decide to go back to Aces High, but that'll only happen when I have a job again.)
