@Lmpkio Edited him a bit. As a hacker, he's much more along the lines of Sombra in the sense that it doesn't keep him on the sidelines, but it's more of a means to an end for him. Combat hacking is what he was trained in. He's much more of an assassin than a hacker, in the sense that he doesn't search for info, not that he can't, he just prefers to use his skills to infiltrate and kill.

Given he can see his adversary for roughly ten seconds, the glasses can tell him the vitals of an enemy as well as any weak points they may have. All this information is displayed holographically to his eyes only, and may be dismissed by a simple wave of his hand.

Weapon Ability:
Pain and Panic
Pain and Panic are two pistols that Fynn was gifted by his mentor, Sombra. The two pistols aren't extremely special, though they do hold a certain amount of sentimental value. They can each hold twelve rounds, and have an average range. The only thing that makes them different from any other pistols of the same make and model are that they're specially fitted with a number of electrical circuits as well as computer chips designed to automate fire. Meaning, Fynn can use his gloves, designed by Sombra herself, to hack the pistols from a maximum of four feet away, and fire them.

Special Ability 1:
Buh-Bye
Fynnegan is in possession of a camouflage device, one that turns him completely invisible. The invisibility lasts for about fifteen seconds and once over, takes another fifteen to recharge. The invisibility is not susceptible to damage and will extend to anything Fynn is touching at the time of activation.

Special Ability 2:
Scatterbrained
Fynn's mission outfit is fitted with gloves that can connect into the electrical signals of machines, and more importantly, people. As such, a touch from Fynn anywhere above the waist interrupts the electrical signals to the brain, and stuns you for a few moments, enough time for Fynn to get away, or go in for the kill.

Ultimate Ability:
Bam!
Fynn's ultimate allows him to hack and take full control of a targeted mechanical device for ten seconds. During this time, Fynn can still move around, but his hands remain occupied controlling the actions of whatever machine he's targeted, meaning he's not able to fire any of his weapons.

Personality:
Fynnegan is a sarcastic, witty, and clever young man. Incredibly intelligent, he's also rather immature, and is known to leave taunts behind at the scene of his crimes. He knows how to get out of a sticky situation well enough, and is rather arrogant because of his perfect kill record. He's not a great team player, and would rather complete a mission on his own, without having to listen to the orders of someone else. Despite this, he'll always put the job above his own personal feelings, though it won't stop him from complaining.

As a Talon Agent, Fynn is remorseless, caring for no one but himself, and perhaps his mentor. For him, everything is but a means to an end. He's flexible and unpredictable, often going with the flow of a mission, rather than following a specific set of tasks. He hates leaving himself with only one option and always prefers multiple choices, a backdoor or two, so to speak.

Biography:
Fynnegan Thorne was not always a hitman for hire, the famed assassin known to most only as Mortem. He once was just a boy, the son of Dr. Jameson Thorne, and his wife, Dr. Alice Thorne. The couple were famed scientists, renowned for having created a number of experimental technologies that made the world a better place. When Overwatch was reinstated, they were tapped to join, as the co-leaders of the programs Experimental Tech Division. And then Gibraltar was attacked.

Fynnegan remembers that day, very clearly. He was fourteen, working in his room on his homework. And suddenly, the world shook. He ran out of his family's living area, desperate to find his parents. Things were exploding, shots were being fired, and on the floor lay dead guards. He was terrified. He wouldn't find his parents until after the attack was over. They were both dead, set aside as Mercy worked to heal others in need. Furious, he demanded she bring his parents back, but she only told him he couldn't. His young mind couldn't understand why these heroes his parents had admired couldn't bring them back. So that night, he fled, thinking only that Overwatch wouldn't help his parents, not that they couldn't.

Having left Gibraltar, he found himself in Spain, where he would be found by one young Talon operative. Sombra. Sombra took him in, at his request. She agreed, mainly because of the victory that came with converting one of Overwatch's own youth to Talon. She trained him, taught him how to kill, and hack, and infiltrate anywhere he desired. He became a killer, a young Sombra. She outfitted him with his pistols, Pain and Panic, and gloves much like the ones he uses, which allow him to hack electronics from a short distance, as well as inflict electrical damage upon his adversaries. Four years later, and he's left a trail of death in his wake, and has become one of Talon's most notorious agents. He won't stop until he sees Overwatch destroyed.

@A Tattooed Girl Colton and Jacob seem like they'd be close, and I can definitely see Jacob fitting in with that group. And no reason to change Caleb and Quinn's relationship. Why mess with a good thing? And Davina and Caleb also seem like they could be friends :)

Anyhow, if anyone would like relations with the twins, just let me know. I changed their bios so that they've been in the town most of their lives rather than being new arrivals. Rather, they'll just enter as having come back from a family vacation :)

Going to be honest @smarty0114, I did take a look at him and yeah... he does have a lot of powers heavily resembling Sombra's. Considering he's supposed to be a sniper, ehhhh I don't know if that's a good combination. Plus we already have a sniper for Talon so... If anything we could expand either on the points of being a different kind of hacker, but not under the heavy influence of Sombra's.

Acknowledged :) I'm going to edit him up a bit once I get the chance. The sniper portion of him was more of a rough draft that I totally forgot to change, but I'll also be changing his Ultimate Ability as well, though I would like to keep his two specials, if possible. The invisibility is meant to more show that he was trained by Sombra, and his second ability I see as less Sombra and more McCree to be completely honest. It's in the same vein as both of them, yes, but it's more of a stun and less of a hack.

Caleb has always been the second twin. Sure, he may have been born first, but when people introduce them, they're "Jacob and Caleb," not "Caleb and Jacob." From their toddler years, it was like this. Caleb never took to sports like his brother, and it was clear that he wasn't going to. Their little league team was a bit of a disaster thanks to Caleb constantly throwing a fit every time he had to play. The younger Caleb took more to academic pursuits. He adored reading, and writing, and his teacher's always praised him as a great student.

As the twins grew, their differences became more pronounced, although they're still incredibly close. But while Jacob is a star soccer player, Caleb is an artist. While Jacob is the most popular boy in their class and has had three girlfriends already (although Caleb doesn't really count the first two) Caleb hasn't even had his first kiss.

Jacob McKinnon may have been the last twin to enter the world, but he was always the first one, at least in their father's eyes. While Caleb preferred books, Jake wanted to run around outside, and play pass with their dad. As soon as he was old enough to join, Jake played every sport there was, constantly on the move. He really took a love to soccer though, and it's that that he hopes to continue with, on into college.

As he and his brother grew older, Jake became Caleb's protector, despite the fact that Caleb is older and slightly taller. Jake always held more weight socially, and he used that to keep his brother from falling under any torment, and he sees it as his duty in a way, to keep Caleb out of trouble.

It's a real great situation!" she said, slamming her hand onto the dock.

The Chameleon Rifle is an experimental piece of tech created by a group of scientists back at Talon HQ. It's designed to shift between two types of weapons, a sniper rifle, and a pistol. In it's sniper form, it can fire eight shots before it needs to be reloaded, and has a range of approximately 800 m. By pressing a small button on the right side of the gun, the rifle goes through a series of necessary changes that take about five seconds to complete, and becomes a small handheld pistol. The pistol can fire off twelve rounds before needing to reload, and has a considerably smaller range.
