Maybe we find @Ashevelendar's character tied up in the basement or something.

Hmmm. Maybe we could start by stealing something a little smaller? Maybe a freighter? I dunno if it'd make a whole lot of sense to start with a ship as rad as The Penumbra anyways. But if want to do the Penumbra right now that's cool. But we could maybe acquire it on Vasishka.

Marco found himself straddling Lucca's bike, right behind Anya, a facefull of hair in his mouth. He glanced behind himself as he heard gunshots, only to see the soldiers coming out of an APC. "Why's an APC after us?!" He asked, hoping desperately they knew more than he did. He wrapped an arm around Anya tight, holding out his left arm. With a *FHOOMP*, a cloud of smoke erupted around the soldiers. Another five, and the whole street behind them was filled with billowing clouds of smoke in flourescent colors. Cars honked behind them, and Marco winced as he heard a loud crash.

"Okay who are you and how do you know where we're headed?!" He asked through gritted teeth, jacket billowing behind him.

Hey at least we have a common enemy now right?
I don't think we should kill them all, maybe a few, but deffinatly run away together.

Where is our ship? It would make a good eventual escape.

Bonus: She might be able to piece together that they're headed after Ana if she heard their conversation. Marco just told Lucca he was headed for "the girl that was just on TV"

@Blueflame One last thing. We are in need of a medic. No pressure, if it doesn't fit with your vision of the character that's cool. But if you gave your character some sort of first aid ability, that'd be super appreciated! Like I said, no huge pressure. Just a thought.

Dope. I like it >:^3 But I dunno if they'll let an actual terminator from the movies in. You can make a dude that's very similar to a terminator, but they won't let you make an actual terminator as a character.

Marco didn't even have time to hit the gas when Lucca rushed over. As he was pulled off the vehicle, his eyes flicked to Lucca's, then back to the claws. It was the same guy from before. Then again, if what he'd said was to be believed, he hadn't been the bad guy in that situation. Those claws were dangerously close to his throat. Marco knew panicking would only get him killed. "I'm sorry! It's an emergency." Marco said. And then the man said that he wanted to be asked?

"Really?" He asked. "Can I borrow your bike? My" He paused, just barely perceptibly. "My boyfriend is in some trouble with his ex. Hired mercenaries. They already got her sister. I just need to get to the bridge." He felt a bit of a twinge for taking advantage of this guy, but his story wasn't too far away from the truth. "She was the girl that was just on the TV." He continued.

Hate to break it to you, fam, but my cheetah in human clothing has a badass advanced tech motorcycle. And yes, I kinda stole the idea from Tron. You could still steal it, tho. Just be prepared to possibly have Lucca claw Marco's face off. His ride is his baby.

I've got it! So my main issue is that Marco wouldn't be willing to just stick around if it seems like his only ticket off the planet is going to get killed by mercenaries. How about the car he just stole belongs to one of your characters?

Normally Marco would intervene, but he's got everything riding on Giggles and Marco getting him off world. But once I'm home I'll edit it. Maybe we can work out a way for him to bring everyone along with him?

@HeroicSociopath I'm... Gonna maybe ask you to roll that one back a few steps. With Jace jumping in we already have four people in a small space. Also, the events between Colin sending a message and Giggles being Giggles* take place in like, sixty seconds, tops. Just enough time to pull a trigger and get across a bridge.

I've been pretty lax on tracking the other four of us in here, but it looks like @Ashevelendar is still here (at least I hope you are <.< ), so your ball is in his court. We're recruiting, remember?
