Maybe im just dense but...
You cant have character development without a lurking evil. And if you did, this fictional world would be the only place in the known universe where lurking evil was in absence.
So what kind of character development were you thinking of? Someone who previously did not like spicy food suddenly realizes that they do, in fact, like spicy food?
Or some edgy loner comes in and says "psh nothin personal kid" and that checks the drama box?
I have to ask because im notoriously bad at comfybright life sims. For real.

Regiment generation is going to be difficult as we will all pull in different directions.
One way to handle it is to keep things deliberately vague and let it be filled in by each post one player at a time. This way its lore will grow organically instead of having one guy generate it at the beginning in a flurry of creativity which then dies out slowly throughout the course of the game.
Remember, some things are more like rumors rather than facts.
And if someone wants to, say, play a musclehead that doesnt mean the whole regiment has to be like him. In some ways he shines better alone.

I think the bigger issue is that this would imply she would be wearing her racing leathers 24/7, perhaps even the helmet you listed in her sheet as a "weapon" as well. But otherwise I suppose it makes sense.
Well i suppose she'll take them off to shower. But otherwise shes keeping her leather armor on.
@Pluck I think that if leathers can survive being dragged along tarmac at 80mph then it can probably survive a few noms from an infected, the problem is if there are a hoard of them. Then it isnt much use.
