"You're welcome," Gil replied, "I'll get back to working on the house now."
After a while, both Claire and Blythe got a message on their drives from Maya: "Please report to my office for a meeting. Blythe, if you are not well enough to attend, then stay in the infirmary."
That combiner sounds like it might be from Power Rangers.

Lol, just to make sure, I looked it up. There is one made of mythic east asian beasts, but not the exact same ones.

Then there are ones that are the quite simply the characters for the elements.

Throwing my interest in as well.
Hi there, I grew up with Beast Wars and I think this idea is pretty cool. My only doubts are: Im not that familiar with Transformers canon, and I only know the original 150 pokemon and even then, I don't know them hardcore. If those deficiencies in knowledge are acceptable, I wouldn't mind joining this, though the lack of interest is a huge bummer.

I'd probably go with the second idea myself, I would love to make a combiner team of five bots like Superion, Menasor, Defensor and Bruticus, based on Five Elements and their corresponding mythical beasts, Red Peacock, Blue Dragon, Black Tortoise, White Tiger, Yellow Dragon. Or something to that effect.
@Stern Algorithm Oh and if you still need help figuring out Toni's job she could always work as the secretary at Boogie's office, I doubt Boogie has the people's skills to make business appointments.

Ok, Toni will work part time as Booker's secretary, and part time as hired help/laborer for anyone who needs a hand.
Had another idea for a character based off the ant in "The Ant and the Grasshopper". I figured we didn't have enough female characters, and for linguistic reasons, both the ant and the grasshopper from the story have traditionally been anthropomorphized as women in art.

Character Sheet:

Name:
The Ant
Antoinette Fermi

Nickname:
Answers to 'Ant', but generally dislikes nicknames, though she also tolerates 'Toni'. Some people call her 'Ayn Rand' out of spite.

Race:
Animal Fable

Gender:
Female

Appearance:
Glamor
Antoinette has the appearance of a young adult woman of small stature. She has short, ear-length black hair with two, long antenna-like strands hanging down in front. Her stern blue eyes are framed behind glasses. She usually dresses in a professional and modest manner.

No Glamor
Antoinette's original form is simply a mouse-sized black ant.

Job:
Works as a laborer and/or secretary. Might need ideas as to where she works.

Personality:
Antoinette is resourceful and industrious but she is known as a miser. Uncharitable and unsympathetic, she believes that hard work solves all of society's problems and that everyone should work to earn their keep. She is a strong believer in the American Dream, and is something of a rags-to-riches success story among the Fables in her own right. While she doesn't give handouts, she is generous in the amount of work she does and prefers to "teach a man to fish" rather than "giving a man a fish". She sees no place in society for art and music, and though she has made herself comfortable, she dispenses with luxury and opulence, focusing on utility and simplicity. She appreciates service-providers and people who have demonstrated usefulness to the community.

Fable:
There once was a hard working ant who diligently prepared for the coming of winter when a grasshopper who did nothing but sing, dance, and enjoy the luxuries of the warm seasons, mocked her. Paying the grasshopper no mind, the ant continued to work. When winter came, the grasshopper, now starving, came to the ant for food and shelter. Deciding to teach the grasshopper a harsh lesson about hard work, she turned the grasshopper away.

When news of the Adversary came, the ant worked tirelessly to ensure her own survival, hoping that she could hide in her home and let the storm blow over, yet as the situation became more dire, she had to abandon all she had worked so hard to accumulate and flee to the mundane world.

With some bitterness, the ant set to work, making herself useful in Fabletown. Sent to the Farm, she worked as a farmhand despite her tiny ant body and earned her keep, saving up penny by penny until she had enough for a good long supply of glamor and rent money. Moving into the Woodlands Apartments, she now works in Fabletown.

Abilities:
Antoinette has unusual strength for a Fable of her stature, but more impressive is her stamina; she just doesn't get tired. In ant form she is smaller but stronger.
Hammond wandered aimlessly at the ball until he happened to wander near the band playing music. The nearest musician flinched and edged away, trying not to let his anxiety interfere with his playing, while several of the ball attendees nearby stood up from their seats. Hammond looked over at them, blinking, noticing some of them with balled up fists. Hammond put his hands up to calm the situation, "Relax. I wouldn't play for you ungrateful lot." The attendees sat back down. Having defused the situation, Hammond was anxious to leave behind the awkwardness and headed in a random direction, finding his way to the bar.

"Pick your poison," the bartender said.

Hammond stiffened. "I am in the business of administering poison, not imbibing it," Hammond said shortly, "Poison is fit only for vermin."

"Well, someone once said that all things are poisons in the right amount," the bartender said with a chuckle.

"...smartass..." Hammond muttered as he headed away from the bar. He glanced at his watch, wondering how early he could leave without seeming rude, though people would probably think him rude regardless if he left early or late. In his preoccupation he walks head first into the Bunny Man. Blinking to reorient himself, he looks at the people gathered, noticing in particular, Benjamin the Bunny Man and Lola the Easter Bunny.

"What do we have here? A rodent infestation?" Hammond notices Booker out of the corner of his eye and wonders why a monster fable has a better reputation than himself.

Hey @Saarebas, I followed you over from Shine City. Too bad our characters never got to interact before both seasons died. I just finished playing "The Wolf Among Us", but I haven't read any of the Fables comics yet. Will I have enough information to be in this RP? here is my CS. (The reason for the 'many colors' is because 'Pied' means colorful)

Character Sheet:

Name:
The Pied Piper of Hamelin
Hammond Pfeiffer

Nickname:
Ham, Piper

Race:
Human fable or fairy

Gender:
Male

Appearance:
Hammond has the appearance of a young man with brown hair and dead, grey eyes behind his glasses. He is 5'10" and of a slightly lanky build. To offset his lack of mass, he is almost always seen wearing a white lab coat that obscures his frame. The whiteness of his labcoat is also something of a controversy.

Job:
Pest Control/Exterminator

Personality:
Hammond is meticulous and exact, believing very strongly in financial justice and the keeping of contracts and oaths. He is fairly antisocial and doesn't forgive easily. He is a bit of a neat freak and hates children for being chaotic and dirty. He values honesty above all else and cannot tolerate swindlers or fake personalities. His interactions with others often feel like business transactions, but he generally bears no ill will towards others unless he's been wronged, and can be civil if people have the patience to see past his standoffish behavior.

Fable:
The Pied Piper was a mysterious individual, man or spirit, who appeared to the town of Hamelin with the promise of solving their rat infestation for a sum of gold. Playing his pipe, he lured the rats into the river where they drowned. However his payment for this service was denied and he was blamed for bringing the rats in the first place as part of an 'extortion racket'. In vengeance, he played his pipe and lured the town's children into a cave where they were never heard from again. After leaving the Homelands, The Pied Piper arrived in Fabletown and signed the contract in order to gain the amnesty of being a killer of children. Despite that, few people trust him and make sure to keep their children well away from him. Several residents have even gone so far as to place restraining orders on Hammond. He has decided to continue his profession of pest control, relying on modern extermination techniques and extending his repertoire beyond rats.

Abilities:
Hammond has possession of a magical item, his pipe, which when played, can cause all members of a specified creature (ie. rats) or subset of creature (ie. human children) within earshot to become mesmerized and to hypnotically follow the sound of the pipe. The pipe has taken on the innocuous form of a kazoo that Hammond wears like a necklace hidden under the lapels of his labcoat.
