Neither one of them was seriously going to tell her what was in the fucking box?

Taking a second to look at the box again, it occurred to Ariel that she had seen boxes this exact size and shape multiple times. You could find them anywhere the contents of the box were sold. But why April was buying her man a PlayStation - Ariel didn't know. Ariel had been the one to break it, and she was planning on surprising Kavi with his gift on their date this Friday. She and Marisol had taken a trip to the mall where she had purchased it, had it gift wrapped - the whole nine yards. Leave it to April to screw that up too. She could replace the TV, sure - but Kavi had already taken it upon himself to fix that. So now her big plan for this weekend was ruined once again by April Fucking Foster.

I hope this bitches baby comes out Shrek green.

Unsure of her next move, Ariel stood their awkwardly looking back and forth between the other two people before an old, familiar face decided to make it's appearance.

It had been quite a while since she had seen Ryland, though they had kept in touch over the years and even had a certain thing going on for a while. She had sent him a text earlier saying that she had some good news, though she hadn't specified what said news was. Rather her friend would approve or not - Ariel didn't really know. Judging by the fact that he had just made it to Palm Beach to see her standing hand in hand with the guy that she had expressed possible hatred for a few times, called toxic, and was hung up over for months - he probably wasn't going to be happy. Add all of that plus his tone of voice and yeah - Rye wasn't happy.

"Rye!" she said, rather enthusiastically compared to his current demeanor. "This is Kavi and April." Pointing to each person respectfully as they were introduced, Ariel was almost certain that Rye knew who everyone was, but it couldn't do any harm, right? "And this is my friend, Ryland," she said more in the general direction of Kavi.

"You know that I'm more than great at making excellent choices," she said in response to his remark.

Born and raised in Manhattan New York, Fiona is the first born daughter of the tight-nit Salvador-Grey family. The most well behaved child out of the bunch, Fiona is told that she never went through the terrible two's, or really gave her parents any trouble in her early years. Due to her mother being very hands on with her children, Fiona usually spent her days after school in her mothers music studio. It didn't take long for Fiona to fall in love with music, or to want to learn how to play it. She began piano lessons at age five, and violin lessons shortly there after. At age eight, she picked up guitar lessons. At age ten, she switched out piano for learning the drums. The rest of her music lessons carried on until age thirteen.

Being an older sister was nice, though the Twins From Hell could make anyone want to pull their hair out every once in a while. Fiona rarely ever got into any trouble at school, only ever landing herself in detention three times her whole academic career. Her grades never feel below a B+ average in any class. Fiona was just about as close to an exemplary student as you could get.

Once she reached her teenage years, Fiona began to give her parents just a little more trouble than they were used to. Her free spirit and inherited stubbornness lead her to sneak out to parties a fair share of times. While Fiona's version of acting out was essentially the same thing that every other kid did on a normal day, it was unexpected from her. Meredith Montgomery had a short, hot fling with a up and coming movie star when she was in her early years of college that resulted in Lilliana. Growing up, Lil will admit that she was curious about her father, and she did have a name to look him up once she became old enough. However, she had never had a bond with the man, and he was always to busy with his career to answer any of her emails. (At least that's what she tells herself).

When she was small, Lily spent most of her time being cared for by baby sitters or her mothers friends. Meredith had never been close with her family, and having her daughter had done nothing to improve that. Fourtunately for them both, Meredith met Chester. Looking back on it, it's no wonder the two married and created the Page-Montgomery family. From day one it seemed as if her step father was truly her mothers soul mate, and as luck would have it, Lilliana gained a brother.

Lance always has been - and always will be - Lilliana's greatest treasure, friend, and confidant. While Lil helped him with his inner demons, he did the same for her - though hers were not as bad, nor as serious.

Lilliana began to be seen as the pretty girl in class, and nothing more. Occasionally she would catch boys giving her suggestive looks, or staring to long - sometimes even grown men would do these things. Lily strived to be able to be able to offer the world more than just a pretty face. Thanks to her brother, Lil gained the motivation that she needed in life to become the smartest, prettiest, and one of the strongest athletically. Lily joined the swim team her seventh grade year, and soon clawed her way to the top. Or course little league wasn't anything to really stress over, and the real competitions came in her high school years. Instead of being interested in parties and dates, Lily stayed home to study and ace every test. When other kids went out for pizza, she stayed home meal prepping and going out for a jog. Watching everything unfold around him, Eli felt the conversation come to him easily. Giving Lana a small smile as she took her seat beside them, he adjusted himself to a comfortable position.

"Lana! There you are. I honestly thought you'd rather dye than show up, honestly." As the two girls exchanged words, Eli found himself looking Ricky and Alex's way as well. He had to admit that his friend had good taste in what a guy looked like, but personality wise? She could use some work in that department. As Ricky grabbed Alex by the shirt, Lana left without saying a word to either of her friends. Had Eli had time, he would have made a joke of the situation.

Watching the situation closely, Eli tried his best to keep the conversation going with Minty.

"I understand where she's coming from trying to defuse the situation, but if one of them so much as raises their voice in her direction, I'm kicking their ass."

Aria was spending most of her time at the party making sure people didn't get into fights or do anything else stupid, though it seemed that with Ricky and Alex interacting something may go down way sooner than later. While keeping an eye on the situation, she continued to greet people as they came over to get drinks. A few nods to some foot ball players, a couple of girls that she recognized from the cheer squad and so on. Keeping her eyes peeled for any of her friends, she was soon approached by Ludvig and Cami.

"Oh thank the gods you guys came!" she exclaimed, wrapping Ludvig in a hug. "I was beginning to think that my invite was to random and turn off-ish, but it looks like I was wrong." Taking a sip of her drink, Aria did her best not to stare at the red head, but rather try and keep the vibe friendly at most. She didn't even know if Cami liked girls or anything, so why ruch and make a fool of yourself, right? "You two look great, by the way. Is there anything I can get you to drink?"

But you telling us that we couldn't write for characters some of us had for 5+ years was a slap in the face.

Literally never said that. I said don't write for the WRC universe. Never said not to use your characters.

I really do feel like what me and Aria and some of the others who were there have been doing from the beginning - expanding timelines, creating edits, writing side stories, the Pinterest/Tumblr, etc - is what kept this entire concept alive, and that it would have died three years ago, after your third iteration, if not for us.

You are not the reason WRC is still alive. I had plotted, created boards and everything else. I'm grateful for what everyone has done for WRC, but for there to be insinuation that y'all did more for the RP than I did is bullshit. The first three tries were when I had not net access. I was young and dumb, what can I say?

I took a more passive role with Co-GM things because you didn't seem like you wanted me interfering with anything. I was fine with it, because it seemed like what you thought best - and if you remember, I did bring up moving on earlier than you'd originally planned with you.

I do remember. I also remember that you only brought it up right towards the end of the event as well. I never acted like I didn't want you there. You blatantly acted out against my decisions as GM in the general discord chat without coming to me first. Constantly undermining my authority, constantly making things harder. You went against me so many times in the fucking server. In front of our players. How can you ever expect to run an RP like that? Furthermore, I never acted like I didn't want you there, even when things were made difficult. I came to you for decision making. I came to you for issues that we had with writers. So don't try and make it out like I forced you to be passive.

And, I will be 100% honest, but you didn't seem very happy that I was there all the time, especially with the bit about Beatrice's relations sheet. So I thought - not going to say anything, just let it go.

If I ever made you feel like that - you should have told me. We could have worked on it. I never meant for you to feel that way, and as a GM I would never make any of my players feel that way, no matter the history. Also, what happened with Bea's sheet was a mild understanding. You had copied and pasted Alejandro's, so all of the relations were the exact same until the very last characters. So yes. I assumed that the whole sheet was the same, and you still needed to edit. And if you remember correctly, you explained what was going on, I cleared her to post, and everything was fine.

It's not. Raven's not in this. Neither are any of the characters of the people who decided to completely drop, like Ara and Erik. I asked everyone else, and they said they would prefer to start at a point sometime after the welcome ball, so that's what I did.

Just because Raven isn't in this, along with a hand full of others, doesn't mean that it's not WRC. They are still the same characters, in the same setting, following the same course of events over the previous IC.

Telling me that we couldn't write for the concept or our characters anymore was like a slap in the face to everyone who'd stayed with the concept over the course of five years. Let me be blunt: you can't just tell people not to write for their own characters, or for the kingdoms that they created. No GM had any part in the character/kingdom creation process. No GM can claim any ownership over any of the characters or kingdoms.

Furthermore, your original plot had all the characters getting married in a series of weddings set up by the Aciran royal family. I decided to do something different and just have Lea be extra and invite everyone to her own wedding, an idea which you took without saying a single word to me for your last iteration.

Actually no. The characters were linked by their betrothals set up by their own governments and they had yet to be married. I wasn't aware that Raven planning her sisters wedding and inviting people there was stealing you idea? Again - of you had a problem with that, you should have spoken up. Learn to use your words.

We don't have to use the royal aspect of things, but why should we be banned from using it when modern day royalty isn't a new idea? I don't care about anything in the future, but you literally can't just tell people not to write for their characters. We just want to explore things at our own pace without making too many adjustments. As you can see, I'm not posting an int check or anything for this. This is a closed, PRIVATE place to write for our OWN characters.

The so what was that you said you would stop writing for WRC. The so what is that you lied and said that you respected my wishes and that you would stop, but clearly have not. That is the so what.

We do want to still have fun with these characters that we made ourselves. And I'm not going to lie, but you telling me that I can't write for characters I've developed over the course of five years was, as you said, a slap in the face. It felt like you were disregarding everything that I put into this along with you - the Pinterest, the Tumblr, the edits I've made for everyone (including your characters), the plot development and separate timelines and everything. A lot of us have put so much into the characters and plots we came up for them, and I don't think you have any right to dictate what we do with our characters.

The slap in the face was you lying - not anything to do with the characters. I never disregarded anything that anyone had done. Never said that you couldn't write for the characters. Never said that you couldn't continue with the pinterest, tumblr, etc. I even told you that you could continue them!!

If you want to keep editing the dolls, the aesthetics, and the tumblr boards that is fine. But the WRC concept is done. It's dead. It's not about how much or how little I want to be involved. This has been my creation from the get go and I really, honestly, think it's best if we stop writing for it for the time being.

Furthermore, if you decide to run another iteration of WRC, please ask me before you copy paste anything that I wrote, including the description of the premise. And please ask me and credit me for incorporating the changes I made in premise - namely having it be a big party before a wedding, instead of having it be a big party before a series of weddings facilitated by the Aciran monarchy.

The Welcome Ball has always been the big party before the wedding. You obviously have your information wrong, because the Acirans never facilitated anything. The whole fucking idea was there to be a celebration of the Aciran wedding from the very beginning. The welcome ball and the invites to the party/ball were to celebrate the Aciran wedding and allow the royals to interact before they wed due to their own choice.

Trust and believe, that I won't need to ask you for anything. I have plenty of ideas of my own that I can and will use, if I ever decide to bring my RP back.

I'm not trying to trademark modern royalty, but you are trying to claim my idea as your and run with it. You are still trying to play innocent and act like you have no idea what I'm talking about, just like you did in DM's. I never tried to trademark anything that wasn't mine. I asked you to stop using things that were mine.

You can incorporate these same characters, and these same plots in to just about any RP. You chose to keep doing this this way. And just because you removed betrothals, or used a different 'main' character, doesn't mean that it isn't WRC anymore. Just because you added and brunch, and claim to have moved the dates around, doesn't mean that it's still not a continuation of the current IC, which I asked to be stopped.

Again - just so we are clear - I never said stop using your characters. I said stop using When Royalty Collides.
