@shagranozAs of now I still can not accept it the personality and the biography conflicts with each other telling two different stories as a whole. With that said the powers of your char I think should be reworked as is it seems more like a copy and paste of a avatar the last airbender char than original content I can understand being inspired but some creativity could go a long way.

"The same rules replay land a hit on me and it shall be considered a victory in you your win." She said as the match started her cloaked gunpla landing down with a small thump as a roman themed colliseum appeared around them. Grabbing the cloak she revealed a single rapier and held it at a fencers salute before pointing it at Jess her gunpla at the ready.

Kagami breathed heavily things was not going well and she was nothing more than a dead weight at this rate. What good am I right now she thought as she watched as the other two stood strong standing for what they believed yet here she was unable to do even that she failed she wasn't a leader she wasn't even good in this situation. What was the point than what was she some damsel needing rescue? She didn't want that she never wanted that.
"Are you Content"
She heard a voice echo carrying a stern reprimanding tone to it yet it felt so familiar.
"Have you become slothful"
There it was again echoing yet she could not place where it was coming from.
"Have you exerted all possible outcomes"
It continued its reprimanding tone making her remember her days when her grandfather was instructing her. "no no no" she repeated herself trying to drown out the voice.
"So your content with letting others fight your battles?"
"NO" Kagami yelled she was not content with that but what could she do? She tried and failed what else was she able to do?
"So you have forgotten willing to forsake others cause your weak?"
"No but what else can I do? What good am I in a situation against monsters?"
"You know the answer stand up and remember your name."
"My Name is Kagami Isami! And I will stand and fight!" She yelled slowly standing up her legs wobbling a bit but still she stood firm.
"Now scream it out let the world know of the power you hold!"
It came to her a stern man wearing a somber expression his long hair flying freely as he firmly grasped his weapons "PERSONA! STAND AND FIGHT HIJIKATA!!!" She yelled out

I AM THOU AND THOU ART I
FROM THE DEPTHS OF THE SOUL I COME FORTH
I WILL BY YOUR SWORD AND YOUR LOYAL OFFICER
HIJIKATA OF THE SHINSENGUMI WILL FIGHT WITH THEE!

With Hijikata taking the lead Kagami followed quickly behind using her new found ally in distracting the monsters as she went towards her fallen weapon.

@shagranozAs it is I am sorry but I can not accept this cs. As it is the cs is very basic the bio is plain and just goes on about the powers. Beyond that the origin of powers should be a bit more than just "She had them from birth" More information and all that should be added. Personality itself is ok but with the addition of the intro stereotype deal seems out of place as well. Also for appearance I can understand not finding a picture to use a face claim but as is just a basic picture of the char the additions of more detail is needed in that case so a clear concise idea of how the char looks is gotten.

Personality: Tsuruhime is not without her own "unique" traits despite these quirks of hers she is a dependable person who cares mainly for those she is close to. Being more Solitary in her life style makes her a bit closer to a shut in than most of her family and friends would care for. In the long run though she is a kind young girl who due to her unique mannerisms makes it harder for her to socialize with her peers. While she has a keen memory her laziness prevents her from taking advantage of it. She is often drawn to challenges for the sheer thrill it can give.

While she can be cheerful to the point of being annoying to others though when push comes to shove she is serious when it counts. She is also perfectly willing to attack people who talk about things she doesn't like or act perverted. She has a deep seated hatred toward perverted people due to bad experiences in her lifetime. Beyond that, she has a strong fear and weakness towards things that are slimy like worms and things similar to it. She holds those that she cherish very deeply and is willing to go the distance for them no matter the cost at times.

Biography: Tsuruhime was not born into the world a hero, rather the world conspired to make her one. Tsuruhime has known a lot of things been to places and so forth her skills in terms of sharpshooting was unquestionable but she wasn’t happy it felt empty to her. When she was 14 monsters started to attack a competition she was at in a panic a hidden gene within her dna awakened. Things happened in a flash for her one moment she was about to be attacked than next she knows she was reliving key moments in history from nobunaga's eyes. When she awoken in her hands was a single blackened tanegashima rifle and a strong mental urge to take it.

This was her awakening as a magical girl it was definately not a moment she wouldn't forget. As the years passed she saw more and more of these events and with each new event she saw the stronger the grasp she had upon her powers.Tsuruhime was granted the power of her ancestor Nobunaga Oda. By using her body as a medium she can gain the abilties and skills he had when alive along with the skills granted by the the corruption of his legend.

Though these things came with a price she was for awhile

Powers:
Tsuruhime inherited her the basic of her powers from her ancestor Nobunaga Oda granting her the skills she needed to survive while in great peril. Through the use of magic she is able to call upon the skills and abilties of her ancestor Nobunaga. With it she is able to call upon a vast arsenal of guns to use at her disposal. Though beyond that she is also armed with a single katana for close range combat though its true ability remains locked away.

Skill

Sixth Heavens arsenal - Allows her to summon a tanegashima rifle to side at command from a sub space armory.

One Line Volley - Her basic skill which allows her to summon a volley of rifles behind her that fires upon her command.

Two Line Volley - Should one line volley not be enough she is allowed to summon a second volley of rifles. Though she can only summon the second volley should the first prove to be not enough.

Three Line Volley - Three line volley is her signature skill one accessed if the first two volleys of rifle fire are not enough to deal with the situation.

Forbidden Art: Ten Line Volley - A ten line volley accessed in critical situations with it she creates a true barrage of rifle fire upon a single opponent.

Forbidden Art: Twenty Line Volly - A second to last resort with it she creates a volley of twenty rifles its power can overwhelm most single targets.

Forbidden Art: Infinite Line Volley - A true last resort calling upon all the rifles within the armory she releases a untold amount of rifle fire in a single volley. This can be called Tsuruhime's ultimate attack a true last resort type of attack.

Magic is something that has always existed though as time passed it was forgotten in favor for science and progress. Despite that even in today's era magic still carries on a small seed exists within everyone. Though while it exists the seed of magic is stronger in some than others. For years those blessed with magic has been protecting the world from the hidden dangers that lurk. A barrier was erected ages ago that separated the magical world from the current world.

Protecting the mass from the horrors that await on the other side. Creatures, beasts born from despair, greed, and hatred roam seeking to devour others to sate their endless hunger. These creatures can cause damage onto the world though often these attacks are seen as acts of vandalism. To this extend girls born with the seed of magic often are there to fight the growing menace normally protecting a given city or area.

However despite the seed being prevalent in girls there has been known for males to inherit or awaken the seed of magic within them. Thus creating heroes to protect and fight the growing hoard as well. However the enemy is growing and learning with each encounter perhaps the times are changing where they need to team up and fight as a united front against the growing menace.

This in the basics a magical girl/tokusatsu style rp. With that said I believe it needs to be said that just copying chars from existing series are a no go be original and have fun.

Bio: Yukina Tachibana grew up well off for the least her father a well known occult writer and novelist. While her mother was a journalist. It is not surprisng to say the least that their occupations had a large impact on her. She grew up moving constantly with her parents from place to place still she occupy herself she often turned to the one thing every place she visisted had in common duel monsters. Over her journies she slowly collected cards though she personally had a personal favorite in terms cards. She personally felt a connection that she couldnt explain really to certain card which she later worked into a workin deck over the course of her forced travels.
