I don't do it to disable data anymore. I intentionally disconnect it because I don't want to be on the grid 24/7. I want to control my presence, which I can't do otherwise.

Well, one reason is to stop people from doing what Soul is proposing to do, but it started because I used to have limited data, which was randomly used at night (because cell service companies are crooks). Now, I still do it because I prefer to control when I'm connected and when I'm not.

not a good idea.
It would give me the motivation and drive to get up right away. Or I could set up a pendulum that swings around my face and gets closer until I get up.
