It doesn't seem they were selling so it looks like I'm going to go ahead and order them then. Thanks.

Anytime.

I only have these parts, which I took from people I killed. I have no idea how they work, or how they go together, especially without some sort of blueprint or a sizable portion of the parts. But the power held in this ball is frightening.

Do tell.

Nemid had people collecting these. From what I can tell, they are parts to a greater construction. And this one

Is a component to a power source.

Construction of?

The images are the art being used on the sleeves, the only alteration is a bit of cropping to fit them. And the image source was on Pinterest when I found it.

I think you'll be okay. Even if you do break ToS, they can't do anything about it after sending them to you and they can't keep your money. They won't check, it's not against the law, and the worst thing that can happen is "Refund or choose another." But as long as the Pinterest post wasn't selling their art as art itself, you shouldn't have a problem.

Yes, but it made for a good bridge into talking about these.
*Motions to the items*

Would you elaborate on these?
<Snipped quote by DarkwolfX37>

My biggest issue was that I'd be telling someone to sell it to me and I am liable if I give them an image they can't use as per the terms of service.

This can probably be considered transformative. But unless the image itself is the art (as opposed to being a piece of a larger project considered the "artwork"), it's fair for you to use. If you're just printing a picture someone is selling, then that would be in violation of copyright law.
e.g. If someone is selling portraits or photos, you can't. If someone took a picture of their bike and you want to use that bike image, it should be fine.
It's also possible that even if it is artwork, if they're giving it away, you should be able to use it. If they're selling it, this would still perhaps be considered transformative but would break the terms of use.

I'm afraid not, actually.

Oh? Though the phrase is an expression.
