It's called The Carnival—I had to stop by and take the Sands of Time from her in order to travel back. I was really shocked to see her again.

As do I. If you cannot, she will become one of the few unaffected by the changes taking place. In fact, she does rather well for herself—she has a territory left alone and hurts a magnitude of people.
