Newslady: at approximately 3 PM tonight, an explosion rocked the primary election building, instantly killing 4 of the Council members, injuring several more. They were escorted out of the building,along with several civilians, approximately 60 casual8ties total. This is a suspected terrorist attack, as one man who goes by the name of Allistaire has claimed responsibility.
