Hi! I’ve just found this thread and found out that Spidey (Peter) is still available. I’m thinking of making his character sheet soon. Can I reserve for him? Also, is there any criteria I should pass to get my character sheet accepted? Can I still change and reapply if it’s rejected?

No limit; have as many characters as you can support. Once or twice every posting round; sadly, the pace has slowed so it's hard to get a full round in one week.

But I want to get things done faster, so once per week if you can.
