People like to nudge aside the fact that there's a level of commitment to hosting, and joining an RP. The majority of players don't have it in either case, regardless of how interesting an idea is.

I've been gone so long that I forgot what the status bar was like. It's like coming back to an old apartment, except it's not an apartment anymore, it's just two walls and a lot of heroine addicts.

@tex((Imma try to make this look pro, dont hold out though))
The Outer Sky Republic are a large fighting force of trained soldiers. However, they are built over the top of large sulphur pits. Though these pits can prove very useful for gun powder if left for too long in the heat they boil and can explode. To combat this and add to their fighting presence they introduced and created very basic airships to build a higher town. It worked, barely but it worked. They moved from the very basic ships that were just a bored and a large fan to more advanced models where they used Arcane to move the engines. These still weren't reliable as often the engines would pack up or the balloon would lose air often resulting in failures. ((I am not saying I want a huge battle ship. But I sort of expected that a steam-punk RP would have at least a bit of airship)) When he left the Navy he used his commision sell price and money he scraped together to buy a decent airship, one that had a decent engine and bedding arngement. However it takes alot of power to control

I could allow several smaller aircraft that only allow a single person to ride them, and aren't very well-built, but when it comes to huge airships, I'd like to keep them very rare. If you'd like, he can possess a relatively small airship with a few weapons, but since air-travel isn't yet mastered in Tek-noh, if you came too close to the main cities with one, it would rouse some controversy.
@Duthguy
Currently the other 3 generals are not with him, they're back at the base. It's just Yami and Lenny atm.
- - - - (Personal Details)
First Name: Charles
Last Name: Richardson
Age: 38
Sex: Male
Home Nation: Outer Sky Republic
Appearance: Tall, a good 6ft 5. Rather thin with eyes that could be described as mousy.
Personality: What is there to truly say about personalities? Well, personalities can be judged in all manner of ways and I can tell you they are a pain to write. But here we have Mr Richardson, Captain Richardson. A picture of what happens when you allow someone to not have a psych evaluation. He is as mad as a box of kippers… wait? Does that work? Box of kippers can't always be mad. They are just kippers. Nevermind, he has been through hell and back and kept a smile on his face. Very few things will phase him, not to say he is invincible. He can never turn down a cat or a kitten. Heck if a lizard acts as a kitten he will become a ball of marshmallows (Which is far from normal) he oozes eccentricity and madness follows him wherever he goes. Friendly and funny are words that could follow him too, but if they are laughing t him or with him he will never know.
History: Born on a airship mid run from the west Sky Republic to the north the sky is all he knows and his only love. Born to a family of Skylarkers (I'll write some lore about them later) he was taught everything he needed to know when it came to flying and mid air combat, he wasn't what you would call a natural but he did enjoy it. He would spend all his free time on working and learning his craft the best degree he could manage. When he came of age he joined the Skylarks, an important military force that prevents bandits and pirates between the trading routs.

When he got in he was given the rank and title of Lieutenant, however given his aloof nature he often flew off the rails preventing him from reaching any higher. When he reached the age of 29 he left the skylarks and from his earnings brought a ship to go adventuring, he realised too soon that he couldn't survive by adventuring so he took a job with the merchant navy flying surplus to the lands. He now finds himself at a loose end after being fired, and here his adventure begins.
Occupation: Airship Pilot doing runs from Outlying settlements of the exclusion zone this includes the occasional pass over Paradise but he has never seen what is there.

- - - - (Power Matrix)
Primary Focus: Arkane (But only for machines)
Magical Capabilities: All magic is done through the power of the machine not from him. Be that running a service on his ship or assistance with clearing the cannons
Body Modifications: A metal optical eye and a holster in his left arm and leg
Weapons and Equipment: Sky iron plate mail (Like a kevlar vest, protects the front and back with plate and the sides with chain, it's a vest though), Sky Iron leg plates. A large musket with the letters "SL LT C 'Hatter' Richardson Diamond Musket Company" it shows signs of lots wear and its wood has lost all signs of varnish (The musket is more of a repeaters, fires either normal rounds in a clip of 12 or explosive rounds in a clip of 5. Very rare gun), He has two basic looking muskets with the same lettering on the side (Fires Normal Shot) and Strapped on his leg is a sword painted in streaks of gold and blue.
Specialties: Flying, Fighting with sword and pistol. Firing cannons on the ship. Education.

ok a few things.

Airships are very rare in Thorisa, as far as the Quadra powers know. If they exist, they should either be in very short supply (Maybe 1-3 in the ENTIRE world) or very experimental. I need some more lore on where the airships would be coming from, as well, otherwise that's an instant-denial there.

Other than the air-ship details, he looks ok.
Kienzon is a lot more broken than we give it credit for.
Yzeira Yezia

Eldritch IV - Deep within the RoC Base

Before Yzeira could take another step forward, something sparked his attention. Another soldier? No, it was moving too fast. He turned to get a better view of the approaching entity through the compound walls, but as he spun, he heard the click of a pistol, and its owner's voice calling out to him. Bayonetta, the angel-slayer, was it? Or something far less grotesque, perhaps. Yzeira knew little about her capabilities or reputation, but forewarning forced the magical entity to assume the worst. He slowly turned to face her, flooding his body with energy in preparation for an attack. Bullets wouldn't be a danger if he could manage to focus on her weapon, but he had a lurking suspicion that firepower wasn't the only thing threatening his safety. Wait a moment, why did this feel so familiar to him? They'd met before, she'd claimed it to be so, in fact. But when? His memory wasn't very sharp when it came to faces or names, and they hadn't fought before. His forgetfulness drove him mad, but this little interaction would definitely refresh any details that had dulled since last they met.

"I couldn't answer, Bayonetta. Likewise, your mundane image has sunk into the deepest recesses of my mind. I don't recall you being so... Little. For that, I suppose I should be apologetic." Yzeira quipped as he tensed the muscles in his right hand instinctively. It'd been a while since he'd stopped bullets. Mach 2.3, if he recalled correctly. A respectable speed far within his capability to follow with those glass-like red eyes of his. "I am only here to remedy this god-awful racket, and I would see to it that my intentions remain undisturbed. I could guarantee that You'd find no victory in taking my life, but your affiliation beckons moronic principal. If you stand in the way of peace and quiet, so be it." Yzeira stressed the bones in his left hand, forcing a thick red liquid to seep from every pore, and dance between his fingertips like blood. The spheres at his feet began to raise higher as well, slowly spinning around his torso in a ballet of chaotic energies, red electricity cracking between each one, and their caster's body. Of course, he would not be harmed by his own magic, being an extension of his corrupted magical network, but the danger was very real for anyone other than himself. Assuming they consisted of matter or energy, anyways. Of course, to assume otherwise would imply they could not lay harm upon Yzeira either. After all, what harm is a ghost without physical influence?

Yzeira waited patiently for Bayonetta to respond, or attack, with his entire body at the ready, and his eyes keeping tabs on his surroundings, to avoid falling under attack from yet another resistance whelp.

X

Eldritch IV - The Back Lines, Observing the chaos

X couldn't move a single joint in his body. The chaos was widespread, and death was fresh in the air. What kind of madness was this? Did the resistance intend to give up this much to take out their enemies? The war hadn't been kind to the poor, kind-hearted blue bomber at all. Zero was long gone, his life taken by one of those advanced gundam robots earlier in the conflict. Without his closest friend, the war felt as if it were already over. But he had to press on, there was no other way. So there he stood, charging his mega-buster continuously on the edge of the battlefield, waiting for the opportune moment to unleash his payload across the field of battle with precision. His Target? He hadn't thought that far ahead, but with so much energy stored in his buster-arm, whatever he'd chosen to aim for would find themselves in the wake of a massive blast of condensed energy.

"Soon," X murmured to himself, looking for an opportune target.
@Gun
I suppose you're right. Still, combat in RPs can get very competitive at times, and stuff like that is bound to lead to argument in the future. I wouldn't say you're at fault or anything like that, but y'know. I'm cautious and shiz.

@Savato
Please do.
I used to play lots of DnD. You can do a lot with very little if you use your brain. xD

This is not DnD and isn't even comparable to a game where every single possibility is determined by dice roll and DM intuition.

I mean, I get the whole revival thing, cuz:

But claiming to be capable of easily dispatching a Saiyan warrior who should be able to go toe-to-toe with Gundams sounds a little fishy to me.

@Gun
Leave it up to the GMs to decide the logistics there, but I'd encourage people to stay well away from using the term 'micro-second' at all.

1/1'000'000th of a second people. Stuff moving that fast is like, catching fire and shit in the right atmosphere, I reckon.

And MC is just going to rez him when MC gets over there, much to Roy's confusion.

MC could kill him (Nappa) pretty easy tbh if you want me to, but... Thats not fun for anyone.

@Moonman
Nappa is way too powerful for this rp. His base speed is around Mach 10-20, which is ridiculously high when currently the most powerful chars are moving at around Mach 1 base.

To be fair, a few Mechs were attacking anywhere between Mach 1000-10000 earlier...

For the three or so micro-seconds that his arm traveled, the mass was increased several dozen times over, increasing its speed and power mid-flight with enough force to not only match the angel, but provided sufficient force to, if not shatter its precious Sheild, would release a shockwave through the boss that would travel through the material and threaten to violently shake whatever might have been inside the lumbering suit of armor.
Gun

Unfortunately for Kyrie, the Angel was no mere grunt nor a greenhorn that would be so easily surprised and disheartened by a few twirls of a blade as literally microseconds after the sword was parried, the Angel swiftly lashes out with a lightning-fast cross using its sacred shield as a knuckleduster towards the mech's center of mass, impacting with force far greater than an APFSDS round from a Tank's main gun, knocking the machine away and potentially stunning the pilot before the seraphic warrior darts forwards with such great speed that it was practically a shimmering blur of white and purple and launching with a furious barrage of inhumanly precise and powerful slashes from literally all directions but the back with its Holy Blade;
