Current A scantron exam, but the answer is always C. Just C. Always C. Not a single A, B, D, or E. All answers are C. The statistical improbability is diabolical!

@1Charak2 I summon Blizzard, bring back Zephyr, tune into Nothung, deal 800 burn, special Bora, then attack for 2400 and 1700. 3 cards, one efficient OTK

This requires Zephyr in grave. Something your opponent should remember to keep an eye on. Hence unless you discard him the same turn not a consistent otk. Limiter remover is a guaranteed otk just by being one card alone dropped at damage step. Try dueling kozmo and watch them drop a limiter for game.
...So uh...any thoughts on this? Anyone?

Consider using some Darkworld cards for discard power.
As I promised, Sunday Morning.

Plot Progressing post. Go.

The description of the first layer is in the OOC first page. If you can all logically agree on a method to unsink the boat, feel free to proceed to the next layer, with some talking and getting to know each other better if you so please.

Assembled now, this plane's Mightiest heroes. Well perhaps not all were heroes, some good, some less good, and others simply follow their own sense of what is good. Certainly an interesting array of beings, all demigods, numbering six, and one uninvited guest. In these barren lands, where hardly any vegetation grows, the trees which appear here are naught but frozen over in the eternal frost. It was not as much as the driving snowstorms or biting windchill which made it a place for only the brave or foolish, but rather the guardian of this place which made it difficult to breach. Or perhaps a place for the damned, as they enter into the cave, their spirits being caught in the current beneath the river of ice. There were five of them once, forces of reality which manifested themselves long before the first Ascension. The Gods themselves were mortals once, but with their dealings with these elder entities, became what they are today. So too perhaps will history repeat itself, or perhaps not.

"You are all late, well, everything is late for me. Nothing is early, but everything is certainly late." The man in blue greeted the gang of would-be gods. He was dressed in rather strange attire, something of an anachronism for the setting, as he wore a navy blue suit, a business suit which belonged on some sort of gameshow-host, along with a light blue bowtie and white shirt, certainly something unseen in the current fashions of this reality. But alas, a being such as Eternity was not bound by the standard conventions of Time was it now? After all, it is Time itself.

But enough rambling on, there was an interruption which needed to be dealt with, a rather pesky ice elemental had followed Calico, one of the six chosen emissaries of their gods. With six half-divines here, this twisted work of sentient elemental magic, would be more of kicking down a snowman with a wrecking ball. Laughably easy, although Eternity preferred not to waste time on dealing with such trivial affairs, it seems that the Golden Calvary had vanquished the creature without even breaking a sweat, nor batting an eye, merely threatening the assumed perpetrator of the monstrosity.

"So let's try that again, Welcome! Welcome Champions of the Gods!" A moment of deja vu, as if time unwove itself and rewove itself to the point just before all of them arrived and the man in blue greeted them. Yet, nothing happened to the timeline itself, despite the strange sensation all six would feel in their perception and sensations of reality. "You are all late, well, everything is late for me. Nothing is early, but everything is certainly late."

"So what menagerie they have sent us this time, The Northern Avenger, The Stone, The White Knight, The Golden Cavalier, The Wind Demon, and The Collector. I do hope you will all get to know each other better through this, for fortune or worse." The man in blue flashed a smile, one worthy of a televised presidential candidate. He seemed to talk quiet a bit, but then again he did have all the time in the world. "But enough idle chatter, toss your coins into the river as your fee and the Barriers will allow you to pass, once payment is given. Simple right?"

The frozen river had a rather thick layer of ice upon it, which must be breached in order to do such a task. Beneath the ice, the coins of other champions long forgotten from times past lay submerged beneath the flow of souls. They were clearly not the first to attempt this, nor perhaps would they be the last. Yet as perilous as it was to become a god, the reward was far greater than anything one could imagine. Only five entities could surpass the might of a God. Here was one of them, set like a blue charmer as it walked upon the frozen pathway towards the mouth of the cave.

"But to answer your question Collector, simply look at those gone before you, and you are free to return those souls to me at any time, who are you after all, to judge where you have no right to? I am certain a friend of mine would have a vendetta against you, but he will enjoy watching you squander your souls before claiming your own should you fall like the others." An ominous warning? or perhaps just something to frighten them? What would unnerve a demigod? Certainly not death, or was it death? And for that reason they chose to become a god?

"Just follow the river, and it will guide you through each layer, I used to do a whole schtick about what to expect, but I'm sure you six can manage it. Oh and did I forget to mention? I no longer actually ferry the champions anymore, but my Boat lies in the frozen river, not on it like a floating boat would, but in it. Just at the mouth of the cave once you enter, I suggest you unsink it, it is the only thing which will allow you to pass through the invisible walls between the layers which segregate the damned. I'll be waiting for you back here, once you succeed in fetching the prize. Well, assuming there is at least one of you left to bring it back. If not I suppose you will be damned to the particular layer when you die.

And with that, the man in blue melted into the frozen river, becoming one with the waters as the champions were given their last good piece of advice before they were to venture into hell. One step at a time, across the icy path, to find the boat waiting for them below. The cave was inviting as the grave, cold and dark, lit by nothing as this was only the foyer of Hell, deeper still was the first true layer, Limbo, a place for souls, a quiet forest of the dead, where the somber spirits wisp about speaking of their miseries in death. Yet to get there, they would need to raise the boat up from the river, and once again break the ice. But to bear the load of the old Grecian ship would be difficult, let alone one sitting in the torrent of flowing slows. The first puzzle was clear, a team-building exercise that it may be.

I remember when people used that to recycle Morphing Jar's effect with. They also used it to recycle Magician of Faith which can be used to retrieve it or Limiter Removal. There is also a Spell Card that can be used to retrieve those cards with which I forgot the name of.

Morphing Jar is currently banned, Faith is back in use, however I'm not sure how much play she sees.

Most of the "Jar" cards are actually banned due to their OP abilities. Cyber Jar (my DN username, and also my favourite card ever.) because of the "free" +5 and nuke it gives. Morphing Jar due to Empty Jar OTK as well as a "free" +5 it can give. Morphing Jar#2 because of extra deck stuff and Morphing Jar#2 Burn OTK. Fiber Jar because of Recycling and again a "Free" +5
The reason I hate Book of Moon so much is people use Nobleman of Crossout after they use it which is a major problem because it's an easy way to get rid of a powerful monster.

Crossout is hardly used in current Meta. Book of Moon is really useful to stop non-quick-effects during summons, stop synchros, and xyzs, also stops some contact fusions, along side its attack stopping abilities. It also can reset flip effects which is a bonus as it was originally intended to I believe.
You can also XYZ or fusion summon a new monster using the to be destroyed monster. Perhaps even Synchro.
<Snipped quote by SilverDawn>

Yeah but it leaves the other player screwed as they do not have any monsters to defend with if they only have Machine-Type monsters. Because at the End Phase all cards affected are destroyed.

Okay, your monsters are destroyed at EP.
Your attack lowers your opponent's life points to Zero.
The Game is over.
There is no EP due to game over.

If your opponent Negates the Limiter Remover effect during the Damage Step, assuming the monster still has quite enough attack power to barrel through the target, or in the case of direct attack, opponent's life points, your Machines stay around at EP due to LR being negated.
<Snipped quote by The Grey Dust>

Are you sure about that? Negate Attack is a Counter Trap which would give it a Speed of 3.

Negate attack cannot be activated at damage step, even as a counter trap due to its timing. Let's break it down and get to the nitty-gritty to explain.

Negate Attack, Counter trap, effect:
When an opponent's monster declares an attack: Target the attacking monster; negate the attack, then end the Battle Phase

Assume we are currently in Opponent's Battle Phase. Battle Phase consists of 4 Steps, Start Step, Battle Step, Damage Step, End Step.

During Start step, certain effects can activate here, such as #107, which occur immediately at the beginning of the Battle Phase.

The attack declaration response window occurs at Battle Step, after the opponent declares their intent to attack at target with a selected monster they control.

Damage Step is the next step after Battle Step, where the attack declaration window closes, and the targets will proceed with battle. Only certain cards/effects can be used here, chiefly being spells/traps which directly modify ATK/DEF values and some monster effects which trigger during this step due to flipping or destruction, etc, and the counter trap cards. The Damage Step actually has substeps which break it down even more and for the sake of brevity, let's not get into the details of these steps because it gets tricky and is probably the hardest thing to understand in YGO after chains and effect timing.

End Step follows after, similar to Start Step, certain effects can activate here, and ends the BP.

So, Negate attack can only be triggered properly at Battle Step. However, Limiter Remover can be used during Damage Step. Hence, if you do not know your opponent has Limiter Remover, and will take a 2k hit for the sake of saving Negate attack for the next turn when they summon something bigger, it will be game since they will drop limiter remover during the damage step, after the attack declaration response window is closed and the battle/direct attack is committed.

No, I was thinking of Wall of Revealing Light which is a Continuous Trap Card which tends to be a thorn in my side at times. Still any Machine monster affected by Limiter Removal is destroyed at the End Phase. I do not see how that is much of a problem. It's just an aggressive card which has a major weakness to it since it leaves you wide open if someone is able to prevent you from attacking.

I will say for the record I never was under the notion you were stupid or the impression. I have no idea where you even assessed that from nor do I care because I am not here to argue. I will say I do not like people thinking they can anticipate what I am thinking since you assumed incorrectly hence you should never jump to conclusions. All I can say is you should never base anything off assumptions or put words in my mouth, but let's just bury the hatchet. First assess the situation then ask if there was a misinterpretation. That way you could avoid situations like this as I want everything to end peacefully with no grudges held on either parties. The misunderstanding is cleared up now and I am done debating on it.

If I negate the effect of Limiter Removal with Magic Jammer, will all machines still be destroyed at EP?

Also the statement about Level B was in your reference to:

<Snipped quote by The Grey Dust>

My bad, I thought Level Limit Area A was a Trap Card.

Level Limit Area A is a continuous trap card. Level limit Area B is a continuous spell card. A switches 3 and lower to attack, B switches 4 and greater to defense.

I will say that Negate Attack which is a Counter Trap card Seto Kaiba uses can wreck an over aggressive player who relies too much on powering up their Machine-Type monsters. I have fallen victim to this card time and time again.

Negate attack cannot be used effectively against Limiter Remover, as it can only negate at the attack declaration, not at the damage step where one usually plays Limiter Remover. The only options are using cards like Lance, or cards which negate Limiter Remover, but by negating it, stop the destruction effect at EP.
