I figured I'd let @Rai have a chance at beating up R'lyeh with ferals. Didn't feel right to oneshot them.

The masters were right. They always were. They could not save him, but certainly they would be his saving grace. Their voice guidance in the darkness, their whispers in the dark. He heard them speaking to him once more, his mind open to their dark suggestion. Like a puppet on strings, tugged with six strands as he clutched his book no more. A pointed tooth, sharp canines bit into flesh, R'lyeh biting into his thumb as he began to bleed across his forehead, throwing his hood back to draw the sigil that shall give him sight. He could hear them, too, the ferals, snarling tooth and claw after their attack on the calf. But the masters would not let him die, no they were wise to counsel him to kill them. Yes, to spare none of these things which he gazed upon with his mystic sight, watching them encircle him with hungry curiosity.
To use his own life, his own blood, his own water, it was a fine line between life and death for the dark magicks R'lyeh used and his own abilities over water. His blood-marked forehead turned to face his opponents, fierce creatures that they were, they would be no match for R'lyeh's watery manipulations. The mummers in the back of his mind, telling him to attack, to make these feral creatures suffer, to let them who it that they crossed. The water forced out of his suit, long and tentacular, forced into shape as a whip to lash out at the nearest creature. The waters splashed over it with force, and a R'lyeh waited as the water returned back into his robes. All they had to do was come closer to him, ever closer until he could link his own water with theirs. The fluid in their bodies, to desiccate them dry, and once one fell, raising it to become his undead servant would grant him dominion over the rest. For his army shall expand with every marching corpse.

Ok here's how it's gunna go. Eden will be placed in events by me so dont worry about the main group for now. Besides since Fotia is hunting them you might fuck them over since you're with Fotia. But if you choose to ignore the events you can do so if you please. I'm also going to simplify the Character sheet and information on the front page. I humbly thank those who joined early and met my requirements. For this you get special privileges over the others. You already got your leeway for powers, armor, etc. But now you can Ascend if you die. Meaning @Rechonq & @The Grey Dust are way ahead of anyone who joins from now on. Unless they are royalty.

I just have a few quicky cents throw into the lot here for clarity's sake.
For Carmine
1) Carmine is a vampire without a lineage history, however was turned in Europe. This is a bit vague as I'm not sure what sort of vampire she is since origins and bloodlines is slightly more important in this thread due to the nature of the globalization that has occurred. We'd like to try and have everyone be able to identity where their vampire would fit if we traced the blood roots back to the original vampires for the sake regulating the vampires/mapping out a family tree. Please consider adding this detail.
2) Her abilities are somewhat undefined. The "Etc" is generally a bad idea to leave in since if you do not make a list of definite powers, then I will assume you powers are indefinite, meaning that you have access to any and every ability marginally related to what was defined as an example. That being said, please flesh this out more to define her limits on what exactly she cannot or cannot do.
3) Related to 1 & 2, as it stands your vampire has no explicit weaknesses. I do not know if she is weak to normal vampire weaknesses, at which I question why/how she could bear to carry all her vampire killing equipment without being weakened herself, or if she has unique weaknesses due to her unique powers and abilities. Balance demands that you really ought to have some form of 'special weakness' or limtation to counter your 'special powers' that set you above the common vampire rabble.
4) Cammie's a 19 year old super-hacker, sniper, mma fighter, and human psychic? Okay I'm finding this a little hard to believe that she learned all her skills within the course of her life. Unless she's naturally gifted beyond gifted, I think this is a bit much to cover so many areas at such a young age. Especially since her backstory states she was in school before she was turned, meaning that in three years, she became an MMA fighter and sniper as a vampire (which is cheating since, vampires are superior to humans anyways in physical sense), all the while she got really good at hacking while still in school possibly? I'd like to see this toned down a bit just a tad, I mean sure Mozart began composing at the age of 4, but he began decomposing at the age of 35.
@Legion-114 This is a remake. Events in previous threads may or may not have happened depending on how Significant they were and how much we want to keep them. For example, Hank May or may not be a vampire in this one. It's up to Remipa. Lady Mohowauk probably really did exist and helped Magnus during his war. We will see if anyone refers to her. But I doubt Adam ever did his vampire-zombie invasion thing, unless it was part of the last war, but currently, thisrp will begin with the world as stated in the first OC post. Things are currently "calm."

When i first built this character, she was actually a phsycic vampire permanently stuck in mist form (classic vampire power) that was until she honed her phsycic ability to "posess" others minds and regain her body back momentarily... That was the ORIGINAL character for a Vampire bloodlines game waaaay back in 94' :)
Taking note of your wishes what if we meet somewhere in the middle of the road? Lets say she is a Vampire but an old one with extraordinarily power phsycic abilities that got captured and experimented on until she could no longer sustain a physical body due to lack of blood sustinence during capture. That in turn almost killed her without help from experiments done to her via the human side.
About the killing to survive part... I dont believe i stated she needed to kill to survive, matter of fact her hosting with Roman keeps her well and dandy, its the natural instinct and euphoric feeling of her sucking the life essence from another that she craves. She doesnt NEED to do it but she really WANTS to. (Exe you dont need to have that piece of chocolate cake but you really want too lol) The host only dies because she kills them out of pity, she shares her mind with them and naturally they cannot handle the pressure making them go insane. (Hence her immense phsycic power)
In short... What if i just say shes just a Phsycic vampire without a physical body stuck in a mist-like form? Also, although she remembers many things from her life as well as her fallen prey, she has major problems deciphering what she used to be thanks to the jumblefluck of memories in her mind with no "physical" mind to process them... Except for Romans of course :)
