Personality –
Sandā tends to only do actions that can benefit him now or in the future. He is never doing something without a reason or strategy. Not really caring to mingle in other’s personal lives he is quite distant. Distance is peace to him, and he is completely content with his life style. Being a rational individual that stands for what he sees at right and wrong in the moment of truth. Sandā is an older ninja who could be set in his ways. 

Some consider Sandā to be extremely rude. Being such an outspoken individual when he feels its need he is blunt and straight forwards. Not caring to lead you in a corner with lies. Sandā rather tell you the point of the pin before he dulls it with protection. The more he speaks out aggressively to you and tries and shuts you down. Is showing he actually cares in a way and doesn’t want you to get hurt.

Kumo and Ame Arashi already birthed twins before Sandā was even born Kiri and Sora. This caused an instinct of sibling rivalry on a natural level for the three siblings especially Sandā. Feeling as if he had to prove something, anything to his parents. The only thing he truly wanted from a young age was to out show his older siblings. Trying his hardest stating he was a ninja at the age of five and trying to do jutsu (which failed completely). 
Kumo his father would shoot him down for being such a ‘child’ and being reckless with what he thought was the way of a ninja. Accusing that Sandā would never become a ninja for his siblings didn’t even disrespect the way at the age he did. His siblings being in the academy only caused the ambitious side of Sandā to flame even brighter as he wanted to make a statement. Not only being put down by his father his siblings would follow in the footsteps of the man kindling the fire. 
This wasn’t the only reason Sandā’s mother resented her son for his stubbornness but for he wasn’t linked to Kumo. Of somebody else’s creation Sandā was the unknowing bastard child of the Arashi tree. Everyone in the family knew but him and this caused overlooked conflict between the blood of the child and his known family. 

Once the acceptable age to join the academy Sandā did so. He still wanted to prove his family that he was a ninja just like Kumo and he did it upon no one’s wishes. His mother even begged him not to join the academy out of fear from his father’s wrath. Sandā had no feeling towards his mother’s words and went on with becoming what he desired a Jounin. 
He passed every single academy test and was declared by the academy to be the top student. He even over passed his siblings on their exams and proving skill to outrank theirs at his age. Sandā easily was giving the title Genin from passing his tests. 
As a Genin he was stubborn and more ambitious than ever before. Not being too far from his siblings now they were still in the Genin stage since their partner failed in the Chuunin exams. Sandā was pushing the village to allow him to do higher ranked missions. He pushed and pushed till the council approved of his stupidity. 
Being placed in a C-ranked mission he was so proud of himself but soon realized everything was a mistake. C-ranked missions usually have no chance of ninja on ninja combat but the Jounin who was put in charge of Sandā and two others had a secret. He wasn’t from the cloud village he has been using an illusionary tactic to hide his identity. Sandā and the two others were attacked along with their sensei for the assassins believed they were ‘followers’. 
They all watched as their sensei was put to death and Sandā watched as each one of his becoming friends perished. Sandā tried fighting back but was no way capable of holding his own against these higher ranked ninjas. He was beaten to a pulp and laid there by his friends to perish alongside with them. 
After the ninja left and Sandā eye’s opened once again he was weak and cold. Reaching a shaky hand out he only could mutter “Hikari.” A red locked girl that laid close to him. Trying his hardest to move towards her he was able to lie beside her. Pushing himself up against a tree as he drugs her upon him holding her. “Please stay with me.” Pushing his face into her neck still feeling the light breathes of her lungs. She slowly passed as he tried everything, he could do but he wasn’t a medic. Falling back into a darkness he ended up waking up with people all staring at him.  Sandā spent months in the hospital getting better from the attack and has many undying scars to reveal from his past. 
His months of healing and becoming better his only thoughts where he wanted to revenge Hikari. So, he was doing just that and made sure he passed the Chuunin exams. In the Chuunin exams Sandā purposely stole more than enough scrolls so he could pass and took the lives of enough to unsettle the adult’s stomachs. 

Sandā spent a few years being a Chuunin and focusing his chakra on himself and how to get better. He spent such a long time trying to succeed his goal that once it was in reach. He was nervous to even accept it. Not long after those years he was declared a Jounin and since then he has been searching for the ones who took his friends life. He has also trained students in the process. 


Equipment – Foot spikes are connected to the bottom of his boots for better grip and hand claws on the fingerless cloves he wears so he can climb better. Noticeably he always has two Zytel Spike knives sheathed and strapped to his lower legs. He has a utility belt strapped around his waist which hold multiple things: Ninja stars, throwing spikes, blow gun darts along with a liquid vial of knock out resin. 
Sandā has a blow dart gun always strapped against his back along with two kama. 
Clothing – All darkening colors Sandā tends to enjoy being able to easily hide amongst the shadows. His feet to knees and hands to elbows are wrapped in a black cloth to keep his bones and joints in place. He doesn’t wear shoes and tends to always have lighting release armor on him to allow his speed to spike from his natural quickness. Sandā wears harem pants with ankle straps and a 
Personal Items - 
Sandā only really has the jewelry of people he has cut down. Rings, bracelets, necklaces, headbands he ties to his belt. The one’s he cherishs the most are a gold, silver and rose quartz necklace. His older siblings’ necklaces when he cut them down in the Chuunin exams.

The lightning also defends to user from most attacks, deflecting them away on contact.

Effect – Using weapons and drawing down lightning upon his body. The current will be contained within and around the mass. This causes a forming whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will cover the area in front of the user. It will strike out against the opponent and painfully trap them into the vortex. Even if the attack doesn’t directly connect his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

Effect – The technique layers an illusion over a location, causing it to look like a different location. On how wide an area the illusion can be placed over, that in turn makes it easy to trick other’s: Any who enter the area will be affected by the illusion and see the false location. But to create an illusion on such a large scale and to potentially deceive so many people raises the chances that the trick will be discovered by someone who is familiar with genjutsu.

Effect - A powerful taijutsu technique whereby the user charges at their opponent, striking them with a Lariat move, which can be coated in chakra. A successful strike can blow away a target's entire chest with a direct hit. The attack is rather straightforward, but very quick, powerful and is easily capable of knocking down an opponent.
