MIA for another week, pharmacy once again doesn't have my meds ready and without them I can barely function so from tomorrow onwards I'm gonna be away while I try and get it sorted

"Thorin!" Kili shouted as he tried to push through the crowd to get to his uncle as Thorin was thrown to the ground by one of the goblin subjects, who was lining up his foul blade to cleave the dwarf prince's head off.
But at that very moment, a bright white light burst forth from behind the group and engulfed them all, making the goblins scream and drop to the floor, stunned. As the dwarves blinked and looked about them, dazed, and the light cleared, they saw Gandalf standing there. "Take up arms!" the wizard instructed, raising his voice to shout loudly. "Fight! FIGHT!"
The two dwarves nodded in understanding to the wizard's advice and kept near the back of the group with Bane and Serena as the group followed the path along.
When the path opened out and the Hidden Valley became visible to them, the dwarves stood on the overhang and stared down in surprise. Thorin rounded furiously on the wizard when Gandalf appeared out of the pathway. "This was your plan all along, wasn't it?!" the dwarf accused, "To seek refuge with our enemy!!"
"What are you doing?!" Kili had hissed under his breath to Maleficent in surprise, having known nothing of the fae's past and being under Sauron's control for a time. For a moment the young dwarf felt betrayed, until he detected the very slight hint of disgust in her voice as she spoke to the goblin, and realised that she was trying to free them, so went quiet, as did Thorin.
"Wait!!!" Thorin bellowed out as he stepped past the others to the front of the group. "Ahh, Thorin, son of Thrain, son of Thror. King under the Mountain." the Great Goblin king bowed over exaggeratedly at the dwarf, then looked up at him and sneered. "But I'm forgetting, that you don't have a Mountain! And you're not a King, which makes you...well, nobody really." The goblins all sniggered at this comment and their king began to nod to himself, grinning viciously at Thorin. "I know someone who would pay a pretty price for your head. Just the head, hee hee," he cackled under his breath, "nothing attached! Perhaps you know of whom I speak; a Pale Orc, astride a White Warg."
The goblins rushed upon the company faster than any of the dwarves could react, pushing them roughly along the rickety wooden walkway as they scrambled to bind their hands with ropes at the same time.
Being much smaller than the dwarves, Bilbo was soon unnoticed by the goblins and so the hobbit ducked down low to the ground and watched the goblins scurry away ahead with the dwarves forced to stumble along with them. Keeping his sword drawn, he took a step to follow the dwarves with the intention of trying to free them, but it was then that another goblin jumped at him from the ceiling, and in the struggle, they both fell off the edge of the walkway and into the chasm below. Luckily, Bilbo landed on a pile of what looked to be some sort of mushroom, so he didn't break or injure anything. Though he wasn't sure how he was going to get back up to the others.
Kili had been rather upset that there was no healing that the company could offer Maleficent and at first he had argued with Oin for a time, the only dwarf in the company who had knowledge of healing, but it was quickly established that they did not have the needed supplies here for him to do anything and that all she could do was rest it and hope it would heal on it's own.
Bofur nodded as Thorin ordered him to keep watch and took up a spot against the cave wall where he could see both the entrance and into the back of the cave in case anything came from either end to harm the company.
Bilbo had laid down himself and pretended to sleep until he was sure the rest of the dwarves had settled down, quietly and carefully getting up, he tried to creep to the entrance without Bofur seeing him. "Where are you going?!" it hadn't worked, as the dwarf soon saw him and whispered sharply as he noticed it was Bilbo trying to leave. "Back to Rivendell." the hobbit sighed. "Thorin's right, I don't belong here."
"Indeed." Thorin grunted, the dwarf prince looking less than impressed as he turned away from them abruptly. But he said no more on the matter and it seemed as if this was as close to a forgiveness that they would get out of Thorin.
"It's alright Bilbo." Bofur spoke soothingly to the hobbit. "You were wounded by that strange creature." he looked up questioningly at Serena. She had called it by a name but he couldn't remember what the word was that she had used. "But this lady here helped you, you're going to be okay. You were very brave."
Suddenly, from further up ahead there came a shout in Dwalin's voice back to the group. "I cannot see where the pathway leads, Thorin! Do we follow it or no?!" "Follow it of course!" Thorin bellowed back, seeing no other option. He'd rather follow an unknown path than go back where they had come and face the Elves. Little did the dwarf know that the path would lead them right to Rivendell, the Hidden Valley. The very place he did not want to go, which Gandalf had conveniently not told him of.
"We have the wizard with us for such things." Thorin answered sharply. "It may be common for your kind to learn magic and healing and other such strange things but for my kin it is not!"
"Oin knows what we need if we were to need any kind of healing." Kili interjected. "You've just caught us off guard, that's all. We lost a few supplies earlier on the road, we had an encounter with some trolls."
"Here, lean on me." Kili murmured to Maleficent as the dwarf tried to put his shoulder underneath her and wrap an arm around her the best he could, to try and support the fae. Fili rushed over to help as the two young dwarves had gotten rather attached to Maleficent and the last thing they were going to do was leave her outside while they were all safe in the cave.
"Right, let's get a fire started!" announced Gloin as he rubbed his hands together though Thorin quickly cut him off. "No, no fires. Not in this place."
"Indeed." Thorin grunted as Bofur quickly moved to help the woman named Serena with Bilbo, as she had instructed. "We are dwarves of the Blue Mountains, we journey across to see our kin in the Iron Hills." he explained, concealing their true purpose in their travels as he did not yet trust these people. They said they were bidden to go to Rivendell, and that meant they were in league with the Elves. If they knew of the quest too, they would tell the Elves, and then the Fair Folk would try to stop them.
