Oohhhh man the suspense is literally killing me right now xD stuff could get real bad real quick now o_O

Some things to consider pertaining to how we move them onwards:
-I assume this information dropping they're about to start doing would have to be directed mainly by Neta and Elara (since they know how that kind of schpeal works lol), and would eventually lead to more support for their little resistance from people within the Senate/Empire? Would they then have to extricate said new allies off world to their new base or could Ed, Bek and Kandar pull strings to get that done?
-I'm tempted to cut them a little slack and say that between them they manage to avoid getting caught too badly (maybe a few troopers or something at worst? Poor things have been beat around A LOT the past few days XD)
-Would Renso just be sitting back and watching things unfold for now till their info warfare ticks Bracknell off to the point of no return or would he try to contact Ari and Bol in another vision between now and the final confrontation with Bracknell/Soto?

Gigantic brainfart and I may have gotten VERY technical there but I was trying to tie everybody into it somehow (because it's nice when everything has a reason rather than just being random coincidences XD) without making them all actually inter-related for obvious reasons haha

Tried to expand a teeny weeny bit on a reason for Bracknell being so frantic to get them out of the picture to stop them interfering with his own personal plans

Man, this thread has really evolved from what we first planned out for it, hasn't it? XD

As they rejoined the main group, everyone minus the youngest of the Padawans and Acolytes (Manso, Janika and Takree, essentially) was gathered around the holoprojector which was displaying their latest findings on their excursion. As Voldon invited him to speak again, Roan eagerly stepped forward, a grin plastered over his face as he began:
“I daresay it’s all terribly clever. I’ve immensely enjoyed combing through this Renso fellow’s handiwork, he’s an absolute GENIUS.”
Aria snickered quietly at her father’s gushing over the information before them as she tried to examine it. Endless pillars of information, tangled lines pointing this way and that from one bloodline to the next...it was all WAY over her head, and the look on her face said it all. She opened her mouth to try and prompt a proper explanation out of Roan though the Sith Lord quickly waved her off with an exhortation of. “Shush, shush, so impatient! Just like your mother!” he was so animated about presenting his findings that he apparently hadn’t considered the insensitivity in the comment, quickly moving on before anything else could be said. With a flick of his wrist, Roan scrolled the left hand screen back up to the top of the chart and explained:
“What we’ve managed to uncover is in fact the ENTIRE genealogy of these Sith, RIGHT back to Renso himself. Now this is where it gets VERY interesting, my friends.” a pause for dramatic effect as he allowed that fact to sink in, “Not all of the starting lines come from Renso himself. There are other names, who I assume must be trusted disciples of his that followed his ideologies more like a religion than a guideline….these bloodlines trace all the way through the generations,” the screen was scrolled through again, Roan’s grin broadening as several familiar names became clearly visible, “where both Bracknell and Soto’s name comes up down here and traces all the way back down to him, as expected, but look at this! ” he cackled gleefully as he zoomed in on another portion of the tree near the bottom. “Right here, it gets a bit messy around here because this is when the Jedi and Sith Orders as we know it began to intermingle and ‘cross-contaminate’ as they’ve called it. Cheriss’ ancestors are here, as are Jungze’s, and my great-grandmother’s maiden name here, (so we can all in some way be traced back to either Renso himself or to these followers of his, Aria, stop frowning like that it’s all VERY exciting!). Soto’s and Voldon’s names appear, too, among the lines that branch off towards the Jedi’s bloodlines. Even possible connections to the boy’s name down here.” Roan turned away from the screen to grin broadly at the assembly before him, clapping his hands together for effect. “THIS my friends, explains exactly why the other Council members on both sides were hunted down before we were. Their names DON’T come up. Ours do. They left us until last because we carry enough of the original bloodline between us, however diluted, that they feel it would be detrimental to just wipe us off the face of the galaxy like the other Force users!”

Aria groaned softly, cradling her head in her hands. “My head hurts already...so what, we’re all related?”
“No no, silly girl!” Roan chided, waving her off with another laugh. “Not to one another, but all of our bloodlines can be traced back to one of these original founders whom Renso entrusted to continue his teachings. This also explains why Bracknell wants you two,” he gestured to Aria and Yerbol, “dead so badly. I can assume they are arranged so that those who were more cooperative and closely linked to Renso were closer to his own line in the middle, the places where our names come up are nearer to his than the place where Bracknell’s comes up. So Bracknell feels threatened that there’s a chance this person could seek you out as an alternative to himself and Soto because you’d be more likely to follow along with their agenda and then HE wouldn’t get what he wanted out of the deal.”
“Well isn’t this fantastic.” Cheriss snorted. “All very insightful Roan, but what exactly do you propose we DO with this newfound information?”
The Sith Lord gestured enthusiastically towards the Dathomirian, finishing up with: “If we can leak this information slowly back onto channels in the known galaxy, combine the stuff about the governmental structure and keeping the galaxy and the Force pure and ‘in harmony’ with the genealogies to show that Bracknell isn’t quite following the plan exactly as he SHOULD be, we could shut the whole thing down. Possibly disperse any remaining supporters the movement may have within the Senate when they discover that Bracknell’s actually trying to kill people Renso would have wanted to keep alive because their bloodline is better than his and he can’t deal with the competition.”

Sounds great, seems like a thing Renso would want to do in order to preserve those who were most supportive of him.

Really like the idea of Bracknell slowly distancing himself from Renso since he's got what he wanted from him too, so let's roll with that! Could lead on nicely to why Renso is so keen on seeking out Ari and Bol and getting them on board with his thing insread of just killing them outright to remove the problem. Awesome, I shall be home in the next hour and shall start working on a response then! :3

Aria didn’t glance sideways as Yerbol plopped down wordlessly beside her and put his arm around her, only scooting closer slightly and dropping her head to rest gently in the curve between his neck and shoulder as the Knight began recounting his own first experience with a squadron of Republic troopers on Ilum. She didn’t say anything during the entire tale, simply listening to his words and nodding slightly into his shoulder in understanding. Even as he finished his story, Aria didn’t reply straight away, the silence settling heavily onto the room before it was punctuated by Yerbol whispering.
“You don’t have to talk to me about it….but I’m listening if you want to.”
It was then that she finally worked up the courage to peek up at him through her eyelashes and meet his gaze, mumbling.
“Shouldn’t have done it….I should’ve tried to run, then. But I was neck deep in the politics and the backstabbing and…” she looked down again in shame, her hand clenched into a half fist around her knee, the synthleather fabric bunching even tighter in her grip, “I was a coward and I was too afraid of what they would do to me if they ever caught me.” She sniffed quietly, shaking her head weakly.
“My mother didn’t deserve to die like that. She was a good person...you know, for a politician.” the statement was accompanied by a half-hearted giggle, Aria shifting unconsciously a little closer to Yerbol. She hadn’t thought she would find this hugging thing comforting at all, having not really had much experience with them since she had been a very young child, but she was pleasantly surprised to admit to herself that she did kind of like it.

“Sometimes I wonder how he does it. Act like it didn’t matter at all.” of course she couldn’t speak on Roan’s behalf and Aria had no way of knowing how her father REALLY felt without looking into his mind, which was forbidden territory. He had never let her in nor had she looked for any reason to ask, despite being curious. “I begged him to change their mind. To...to pick somebody else. ANYBODY else but her, and he just...stood there and did nothing.” Aria’s bottom lip trembled temporarily as she fought down more tears that briefly threatened to reappear. “I’d killed enough times before, other acolytes, tomb beasts, Republic prisoners, but I hadn’t felt that physically sick since the first time I ever did it. I saw her face every time I closed my eyes at night for four years. Thought I’d got rid of it by now but I guess all I really did was push it down and try to forget about it.”
She lifted her head from the place against his chest to crane her head back and look at Yerbol again, searching his eyes carefully as if to confirm what she was feeling through their Force link.
“I...I should have told you, I’m sorry…I didn’t know how to, and I thought that you’d hate me, if I did.” Aria sighed, slowly beginning to uncurl from the ball she’d huddled herself into against him. “I wouldn’t blame you, if you did. I’d hate me too.” she concluded in a quiet whisper, despite knowing that he probably didn’t (there was no telling how much they could hide from one another now, with their bond continuing to strengthen with each passing day). “She was my mother and I killed her.”

After a few more moments of silence, her attention returned to the door and she reluctantly extricated herself from Yerbol’s embrace to place her feet gingerly on the floor. “Guess we should go and see what the others have managed to figure out from those holodisks, huh?” As much as she wanted nothing but to stay there and let him hold her while she just gave in to the pent up emotions Bracknell had brought back to the surface, they didn’t have time to waste so she could wallow in self-pity. They had a radical movement to quash before the crackpots destroyed the known galaxy. Before they left the room again, Aria turned her head to smile at him, a faint flush of colour appearing in her face. “Thanks, Bol. For...everything. I never really said it before, but it means a lot more to me that I have someone like you as a friend than I could ever really tell you.”

Roleplaying 'Productivity' Applications

I tend to use Google Docs both for jotting down ideas and for writing RP posts before posting them in PM or thread, because it's saved onto the cloud so it's saved every couple of lines and if there is a power or broadband cut I tend to only lose a tiny bit of what I've done as opposed to the whole thing (which is what happened before when I wrote things straight into the PM/thread XD)
Google Docs also has an app that I can download onto my phone that lets you work on stuff on the go and/or offline as well, to upload them back to the cloud later; so when stuff gets real quiet at work or while I'm waiting for buses on the way there/back I can work on posts and ideas and such as well.

I also like to keep a notepad and pen on my nightstand just in case I have a cracking dream and wake up in the middle of the night full of RP ideas I need to jot down XD

Phew, good! I had a moment of doubt where I wasn't 100% sure but figured that made the most sense XD

I have returned and am working on something now! =D
I managed to hash out Roan and Ari's mom's entire relationship dynamic on my travels today too so I look forward to gradually revealing that as we go along!

Aww man, these two <'3 (shuffle is not kind to me either by throwing this song at me as I start to write this post, excuse me while I have a feels attack because it is actually perfect for this moment? O.O xD)

EDIT: Feels attack over, post achieved! May have teared up slightly writing it XD Big step forward for Ari (and Bol too?) to admit that to him out loud :P

I kind of miss the boost now that it's gone actually :( I want it back, I have other characters that need levelling! *shakes fist* xD

Anyway that'll probably be my last one for tonight as I have an early start tomorrow morning (eeek! O_O), I shall be late getting home tomorrow evening too so might be a bit longer before I can get a reply out then as well (depending on whether I can get wifi while waiting for buses or not lol)
