Strengths: Determined - Finn is set on protecting others from the Lost to make sure what happened to him does not happen to others. Helping him focus and remember why he joined up with Echo. Helping to rid the world of Lost and protecting anyone from them.
Perceptive - Due to years of honing his eyes, Finn has grown to be rather keen on detecting things either first hand or through a scope. Noticing things that others either have not seen or did not notice at first.
Weaknesses: Challenger - While on the one to make a challenge, if someone challenges him to something. It is hard for him to say no and depending on the challenge. It can be one that could hurt him or maybe screw him over in some way.
Tunnel vision - Sometimes when fighting Lost, he focuses too much on targets to the point of not being able to see anything other than the target. Which can potentially harm an innocent or a teammate if they get too close to what Lost he is targeting.
Anger Issues - When dealing with the Lost, though it has been years since the attack. Finn still has residual anger over the death of his father and sister. While he tries to keep it down while fighting Lost to remain focused. Sometimes it gets the better of him and his anger clouds his judgment.

Personality: Finn was somewhat like the stereotypical Shindans. A love for the sea, a good sailor, and a preference for range weapons. The way that he differs is that he is not quite okay with the whole full-scale destruction of an enemy like his people are. Mainly to fellow non Lost and granted Finn is not one to back away from a challenge. He is not one to challenge someone and tends to stick to himself most of the time. Choosing to sail or spend time with friends and family. He can be talkative when he wants to and loves the ocean. Loving to explore and see new lands. Though Finn tends to be cautious whenever he ventures into the open ocean.
After being attacked by a lost and losing his father and little sister. Finn has grown to focus hard on training and perfecting his aim. Wanting to be ready for when he sees another Lost. Though he can be too focused on the Lost when on a mission sometimes. Due to residual anger towards the Lost for the loss of his father and sister years ago. Finn tries to keep it down to not cloud his judgment but, sometimes it gets the better of him. Still, Finn is committed to dealing with the Lost and saving people from them.
Background: Finn was born on Verlam, one of the many islands of the Shindan nation. The eldest of four and his parents a fisherman and a sailor in the navy. Finn, like most Shindans had a love for the sea and would often accompany his father on his fishing trips when he was old enough. Though he did not see his mother much due to her being in the navy. She still made time for him and his siblings whenever she could return home. Teaching them how to shoot and defend themselves if they ever encounter a pirate. Finn was happy and content with his life at this point and could not wish for anything more.
Things changed for the worse when Finn was fourteen during a fishing trip with his siblings that ventured farther normal from Verlram when they were attacked by a large aquatic Lost and despite their best attempt to get away. The ship was destroyed, and Finn and two of his siblings became separated from his father and the rest of the crew. Clinging to a piece of wood, Finn and his siblings does not know how long they had been at sea before a passing ship spotted him. After being rescued, Finn told his rescuers what happened, and a search was made to find his missing father, sister and crew and to find and kill this aquatic Lost before it strikes again. Unfortunately, while the Lost was found and slain, no sign of his father or sister, and the search was called off.
Heartbroken over the loss of his father and little sister, Finn went into a brief depression and had time to think about things. While initially, Finn thought about being a fisherman like his father or maybe join the navy. With the loss of his father and sister to a Lost. Finn decided on joining Echo in order to help stop the Lost, like the one that killed his father, sister, and almost his family, where he trained hard before he was old enough to finally join the organization.
Now part of Echo, Finn is glad that he was accepted and can do his duty to fight the Lost. Helping to make sure what happened to him will not happen to others. Now he finds himself with a group of fellow hunters and is eager to meet them.
