Power Rangers Rebel Force
The evil Velcon Empire, ruled by the evil Emperor Qyi Nos, is a force that has conquered planet after planet with no end in sight. Now, after conquering the planet of Kial, the Velcon Empire has set its sights on Earth. Emperor Qyi sent a team to Earth to learn more about the planet before the proper invasion began after hearing the word of Earth's guardians, the Power Rangers.
But as the team settles in and learns more about Earth and the Power Rangers. That either already harboring treasonous thoughts or changed by Earth's people. This team has decided to defect from the Velcon Empire and join the Power Rangers in defending the planet. Using their knowledge of the empire to their advantage in the fight against the Velcon Empire.
Only the Power Rangers would mysteriously disappear, and in their place, the defectors would take their place as the new Power Rangers and defend the planet from their former allies while trying to discover what happened to the last Power Rangers. A task they must bear if they wish to defeat the Velcon Empire and stop their advance, and earn their place as defenders of Earth, their new home.

Overview
Hello and welcome to the rp. In this rp, you will be playing as alien defectors from the Velcon Empire and after the mysterious disappearance of the current Power Rangers. The alien defectors become the new Power Rangers and take up their mantle of defending Earth from the Velcom Empire while trying to figure out what happened to the last Power Rangers.
So, with your character, you can come up with any reason why your character defected from the Velcon Empire to the side of Earth and the Power Rangers. Just as long as they wish to side with Earth, the Power Rangers and not wish to return to the Velcon Empire.
Which You can make your alien character look how you wish, but they have to be humanoid in appearance and have to have a human appearance as well. So, in the cs, the picture at the start should be their human appearance, and you will post the picture or written description of their actual alien appearance in the section of the cs. Also, it is best to avoid revealing themselves to others so as not to draw attention to themselves and only do so when necessary.
Also, to create their human disguise, the characters use an advanced imperial device that is able to conceal the user and appear human for as long as needed. It is a rare piece of technology in the empire that is not commonly used.
As for the Velcon Empire, besides what I have written down below. You have the freedom to come up with stuff for the empire in your background as long as it fits with what I have written about the empire.
Now, more about the setting, obviously, your group is not the first group of Power Rangers, and the Power Rangers are a known group on Earth. The last Power Rangers were initially based out of the city of Angel Grove, but their base was destroyed during the final battle with an ancient evil, and they relocated a secondary base in the city of Grey Vale before they disappeared and after making contact with the players' characters.
So, while the ranger colors are Red, Green, Blue, Black, and Pink, it is not gender exclusive and can be played by anyone. But I will reserve the Green Ranger for myself, and anyone can be the leader of the team if one desires. Not just the Red Ranger.

Power Rangers
While a new group of Power Rangers, and inheriting the last Power Rangers' current base. They were given suits, gear, and zords that belonged to an older group of Power Rangers that had used the base in the past and were in storage for when they were needed again. Which the zords theme is Zodic based. How they look separately, Zords and how they look together as a Megazord.
The Red Ranger gets the Leo Zord, which serves as the chest of the Megazord.
The Blue Ranger gets the Gemini Zord, which serves as the lower legs of the Megazord.
The Green Ranger gets the Pisces Zord, which serves as the arms of the Megazord.
The Pink Ranger gets the Virgo Zord, which serves as the head/helmet of the Megezord.
The Black Ranger gets the Taurus Zord, which serves as the upper legs and lower back of the Megazord.
What weapons the players use for their Power Ranger is up to them.
The Power Ranger communicator looks like an everyday watch but can act as a communicator with other Power Rangers and with the Overlook.
The Power Rangers' Base in Grey Vale is called the Overlook, as it is set and built into one of the mountains near Grey Vale. It is concealed from outside sight but offers a good view of the city and the surrounding landscape from its position. Which contains the Power Rangers' assistant and Outlook AI, Io. While she is mainly a AI that manages the base and gives the Power Rangers information. She does have a physical robot body that she uses from time to time.
Grey Vale
Grey Vale is located in Western Oregon, and in a valley through which the Grey River flows and splits the city in half. Flanked by mountains on two sides, and there is a ski resort on one. Despite the growth of the city over the years, the valley is still forested outside of the city limits, and there is a good amount of wildlife that lives in the valley.
Velcon Empire
The evil Velcon Empire was ruled by Emperor Qyi Nos, the third emperor of the empire. Starting from the planet of Iru which serves of the capital of the empire. The Velcon Empire has conquered many worlds and, to many, seemed like an unstoppable force as they continued to spread across the galaxy. However, it has not stopped several groups from rising up in an attempt at rebellion in the past. All were crushed, but there is still lingering defiance in the empire.
Currently, the empire, though spread thin, is still conquering planets at the behest of the emperor and has set its sights on Earth. While they know that they have lost their recon team to the Rangers and the leader of the Imperial Force sent to conquer Earth, Marshal Von Tero is furious at their defection. They are still unaware of the fate of the last Power Rangers and how the recon team are the New Power Rangers. However, they are eager to conquer Earth and bring down the Power Rangers either way.
Imperial Soldiers - the standard foot soldiers that make up most of the Imperial army and focus on attacking in groups and overwhelming a foe by numbers than individual attacks. But are still skilled fighters that tend to use melee weapons over range weapons.

Tatsui Enatsu
His first mission and he nearly dies at the start. Tatsui realizes this as he was too slow to dodge the hardened web, and Aya had to push him out of the way just in time. Though she would get hit, she seemed unfazed. Tatsui does not like it when people get hurt for his failures but it is not the time to reflect. It is time for action as he gripped his blade.
Yuto and Asami went out to attack first, with Yuto looking like he would win his physical duel, but, for some reason, that baffled Tatsui was Yuto dropping his Zanpakuto. What is he doing? Tatsui thought before He snapped himself straight and focused on the fight before him. He watched Asami go for her Hollow. Leaving him to go for the Hollow in front of him.
Not wasting any more time, Tatsui tighten his grip on his Zanpakuto and spoke, "Stand defiant Ishi." His blade split into two, and in each hand, he now held a blade. I will not be slow, he with vigor thought, and without saying more, Tatsui said softly, faster. The wind, now powering his movement and Tatsui blasted towards the Hollow near him with both swords ready to strike or defend. Time to see how he can handle himself in a fight on his first mission.
@Mao Mao Just curious, but what are the odds of Batman intervening with a quest mission that Slades has in Gotham?

SLADE JOSEPH WILSON ♦ MERCENARY/BOUNTY HUNTER ♦ UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
O R I G I N S:
Slade Wilson had a rough life growing up, abused by his father and abandoned by his mother. Slade, rather than endure this abuse any longer and having worked up the courage, he would run away from home and never look back. He would eventually end up in the care of an old couple who took him in after they discovered him near their home. There, rather than abuse him, they would treat him like their own child and would raise him well, and Slade vowed never to like his father. When he came of age, Slade decided to join the military.
Slade did very well in the army, proving to be a capable soldier, and would meet others and befriend other soldiers and even marry a fellow soldier, Adeline Kane. They would later have a son together named Grant. Slade would later be assigned to a covert team named Team 7, where they would first take the name Deathstroke from himself. However, the team would fail and be later disbanded after a mission gone wrong. Later, Slade would volunteer for an experimental procedure that the US hoped would make a supersoldier. Only he survived, and he would, after recovery, test his newfound limits and deal with criminals. When he was arrested a month later, Adeline gave him an ultimatum, continue this new behavior or his family, and Slade would choose his family. However, when he was approached by a member of his old team, William Walsh came to him about a job dealing with a scientist who if allowed to testify to Congress about the supersoldier experiment. It would place his family in the crosshairs, and he would be offered a million dollars for the job. He accepted and lied to Adeline about the true nature of his leaving. Slade would be given what would be his signature suit.
The job would succeed, and when Slade returned home, a suspicious Adeline questioned him about where he was. Which grew into an argument, and he would give in and tell Adeline the truth. This truth ended their marriage, which devastated Slade. This was made worse when he found out that William lied to him and that he and his family would have been fine despite the scientist's testimony. Now filled with guilt and remorse over his actions. Slade, after a long time of thinking, decided on a new path for himself. While he would support himself as a bounty hunter and mercenary. However, he would be selective and only choose jobs that aligned with his morals. Slade is committed to getting revenge on William and finding out who he was really working for. As Slade would discover, finding William and who he really works for is just the beginning.

It has been a long day for Slade as he entered to his hideout, one of several. It was a dark and rainy night, and Slade could hear the rain fall on the old roof of his hideout. An old abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of the city, which Slade made sure was safe enough for him to operate from and out of view.
Another bounty, another job done. He thought to himself as he walked over to bed and sat down on it. Even if this bounty was a piece of trash and seemed like an easy jig. This bounty, Micheal Cole, was more of a problem than he thought. But, at the end of the day, Michael is behind bars, and he gets his payday. Still, at least now he can rest a bit and relax after a hard day's work.
As Slade slowly took off his armor and weapons, starting with his helmet. When his hand reached for his belt, Slade, for a moment, as if by instinct, reached for the hidden compartment in his armor and took out the photo of him with his family. At that moment, everything seemed to slow, and small tears started to form on his face. He messed up, that is clear, and he trusted the wrong person, and now the thing he cared for the most hates him. Slade's saddened voice spoke that single name, "Adeline," and then another, "Grant." Though he felt like crying, he knew he should not right now and calmed himself. However, his feelings remain the same. Slade does not know if he can reconcile with Adeline and be a family again, but that is something he will think about once he is done with William.
Anger slowly replaced sadness as Slade thought of that name. The man he thought he would trust ended up lying to him, and it cost him his family. Slade is not one to kill civilians or innocents, and he did so on a lie. He put the photo back in its hidden compartment and put his gear away. However, he kept his pistol and knife on his. Now in his civilian clothes, Slade walked over to his desk and accessed it in short order. Checking his bank account, and now, with his new funds, it is time to continue his mission. Find William Walsh and find out who he works for, and get revenge.
As Slade started his research, his encrypted phone rang, and it was someone he could trust. Someone who was also tricked by Walsh. Slade answered in a calm tone, "What is it, Wintergreen?"
Hearing that familiar British accent, "Slade, I have good news. I got a lead on Walsh."
Slade smiled in a way he had not done in a long time, "Wintergreen, tell me everything."

Just to be clear, we aren't accepting explicitly villainous characters. If someone applies for one, the expectation is that they're being molded to a more heroic or anti-heroic alignment, IE. Wolverine and The Punisher. A strictly amoral character would have to be reserved as an NPC. So if you want to play Slade with that condition, we can agree to letting him in.
I agree to that and that was the plan. I tried to make Slade into more of a hero or at least an anti-hero based on the changes I made to him. So he still kills people, but only bad guys or people that mess with his family. But yeah, I agree to Slade not being a villain or strictly amoral character.
