As soon as the orders were given, Samael turned to face Abaddon then back at The Supreme being that is Lord Volaris. He must have his reasons for keeping Abaddon away from missions at this moment. Perhaps he is needed here in the Cathedral as a safe guard against intruders...yes, that must be the reasoning behind Volaris' actions. Samael stood up from his kneeling bow, his cape slightly billowing in the motion. Without a single word, Samael took his hat off by the brim and gave a flourished bow with it towards Volaris. A portal of inky darkness appeared behind Samael as he stepped backwards into it then vanished. He looked around the outside, south of the Cathedral. A cursory glance told him that Volaris' words rang true, and they truly were not in their swampland anymore. "I suppose if stealth and discretion is the aim of this mission then I shant be seen." Samael's eyes glowed a menacing yellow as his skin seemed to strip away, flecks of flesh flying off and disintegrating as a shadowy form awaited beneath. Once the transformation was done all that was left was a shadow of Samael's former self, literally. The being of pure darkness, no longer bound by the worlds laws, melted down onto the ground and slithered through like the shadow of a bird flying high above. He lurked from shadow to shadow, attempting to further conceal himself so that anyone around couldn't notice him, keeping an eye out for strangers in his quadrant that he may observe, and if need be, take captive.

Having received no instruction from Lord Volaris, Abaddon knelt silently for a moment. One hand grasping his weapon as the other lay across his knee, awaiting his orders. Soon it would appear that none were going to come, Abaddon took that to mean he was free to do what he seemed fit within the confines of the Cathedral. He stood up and turned to face the Sanctums door, the turn billowing his feathered cape as they rippled and became four large angelic wings. Having the blessing of a Seraphim granted Abaddon great speed, which he utilized to fly out the sanctum and towards the Cathedrals exit. All one could hear within the sanctum was the flap of four large wings, a thunderous boom that was localized to only the sanctum, and then silence. Abaddon could hear the wind rushing past them, howling in his ears as he sped through the air in great speed. Their robes flapped about from the force and then suddenly, silence. He had reached his destination, the top of the cathedral, hovering above it so that he may look onto the North, South, East, and West simultaneously, once his hood was drawn back to reveal the four faces, each looking at their respective cardinal directions.

Rivers hesitation would have to be put away for this fight. His eyes focused on his allies all taking hits simultaneously it seemed. Dirk's build seemed well enough equipped to take the hits, giving River a huge sigh of relief. Alisea's encounter with the Boar seemed to scare River, watching her hit points drop drastically as she was thrown across and knocked unconscious. His healing beam struck and healed well over her health total allowing her to get back into the fight. A stray boar ran towards Steven, Rivers held dug into the ground, getting ready to charge at it when suddenly Darkness seemed to take the beast, allowing Steven to slug in a few shots as Uchaka beat it with her staff.
"Alright! Nice cover Uchaka! Hows about we try to turn the tables on them a bit."

River lashed out his whip, cracking it on boar one to help with the onslaught of damage now barrageing Boar 1. Hoping his action to disobey Reylans orders wouldnt grant him too much of a scolding. River reached onto the small of his back and pulled out a small blank totem, swapping his whip for it. Holding it outstretched before him, he cast Tame. The familiar green, wispy tendrils flew out of the totem as it ensnared the Boar, dragging it into the totem.
"Alrighty, new friend coming to help in the fray!"

Rivers eyes scanned across the teams health bars. His fingers curled and tightened around his wand as he watched all the Boars slam against Dirk and he watched in anticipation of his inevitable health drop. "It barely dropped. Ok good." Alisea seamed the most damaged from the group, Rivers hand reacting with a flick of his wrist. A green wind danced around his feet as it gathered up towards his wands tip and then shoot out a green beam towards her.

At Reylans command River quickly grabs the whip the hung to his side and cracks it before him. His eyes shift from a soft childlike wonder into a glare of determination. Noticing the member that wasn't in their party River quickly selects Kyo's name and sets her to Auto Focus, keeping her health bar constantly to the top left for him to keep an eye on. "Alright now that I can keep a close watch on her hopefully no one will die. You got this River, you can do this." With a quick flick of his wrist River cracked the whip at the 5th Boar. A loud thwap could be heard and he only hoped it made contact. River gripped his wand in his left hand as he gave cursory glances to everyones health bars.

The following day River walked in silence as they trecked on towards the dungeon. His hands began to fidget with his wand, tapping it against his leg occasionally. His emerald eyes looked down at the green grass as they made their way to the Savage Fields. The name alone worried River as he quickly began to feel anxious towards being the guilds sole healer. Once they arrived there Reylan gave his speech and handed everyone some rations of food for the next few days. "Alright, I have Botany and gathering skills as well, so...if need be I can forage for more food I just cant cook any so it'll mainly be berries and the like."

River placed a fist towards his mouth and gave a soft cough as though he was clearing his throat. Once Dirk and Xenos had said their pieces he decided it was his turn. "It would be foolish of us to think we could take them out immediately. As You have said, there is a high probability that we will lose around half our members. I don't know about all of you but I don't plan on dying, not on the first floor nor the last. Xenos, can your brilliant mind create a small portable contraption that when activated may expand into a formidable cage? something these players couldn't break out of, or at least not easily. I ask the mage's of this group, can we create a new spell using Nether Push and Nether Pull together in order to make a sort of gravitational cell to temporarily hold our captures while Xenos tosses his at them? I feel as though if we can paralyze them with this new spell then it will afford us the time it would take for Xenos to go around capturing each one with this new contraption. Ofcourse all of this means we would need the levels from grinding, though we shouldn't be reckless with the grinding either. Once all the members have been captured, maybe we can find a way to do a mass teleportation to bring them straight into the city and delivered in the hands of the Council. Aside from that don't forget...they're choice to hide inside the floor dungeon was for a good reason. We will have more than just them attacking us...and we aren't aware how many of them may be trainers who control monsters in that dungeon as well. I vote we grind with caution which will afford us the time to create and innovate to our advantage."

The sounds of a somber melody played in the background of Samaels dimly lit room. He lay lounging on a chaise, wine glass filled with blood, swirled around the way most humans do before taking a sip of their sweet red nectar. Only candlelight was allowed into the room, dark black flames burning on red candlesticks that were peppered around the room. His master had seemed...off the last time they spoke, as if the Angel of Death himself, would need to reap his own soul. It was an impossible thought, not a single soul, or soulless creature has ever defeated Azazel.

Samael turned to face a black mirror on his wall. The obsidian slate reflected only one thing, and that was The Fallen Kingdom. Indeed even his masters intellect was outstanding, he had devised a trick so wicked that had anyone been able to defeat the fearsome trio, they still wouldnt get to the next level of the castle. The mirror showed the fields of flowers, all the marigolds blooming their golden hue, the small building in which trespassers would enter, and Abaddon. Dutifully waiting for the next victim to enter. Samael took another sip as he sat up on the chaise, gazing into the mirror.

A message suddenly appeared, breaking Samaels concentration on the mirror in order to better listen. It was the Barons' voice, calling for heightened security as the guards stepped away and met in the Scrying Chamber. "Now what could they want? Surely without Azazel here I cannot erect the dead, nor am I capable of commanding them." Samael tapped his fingers against his chin, the sound of leather smacking soft flesh. Finally he stood and faced the mirror once more. "Pardom for the intrusion but it will appear we are needed." Samael stepped into a shadow and appeared directly behind Abaddon, within his shadow. Samael quickly ducked as the creature swung their great axe at him. "Calm yourself Abaddon it is only me. We are needed and for that I must set up defenses." Samael called upon his vampire familia to stand and guard the area should anything besides them enter. The shadowy figures nodded as the spread amongst the fields and surrounded the small building. With that Samael threw up a large shadow with the wave of his hands, stepping one foot in and holding his hand our for Abaddon to grab. "Come now, we are needed, and it is rude to leave others waiting."

The fields music continued to play as it had every day since its creation. There was something to he said about Azazel and his taste in...anything really. Though this house of horrors was sure to give anyone a fright, this room was quite different. The music was whimsical and uplifting, which Azazel would argue was the perfect music to be had when dancing with death and his army of undead. Abaddon did quite enjoy the song as it gave a serene atmosphere to them and their master. To any intruders however, well the flowers made sure it would be a different tale all together. They made others fears come to life, the undead seemed more terrifying than ever, the field decayed and unholy, the sky appeared cracked and bleeding, and the music slowed down to an eerie melody that would only serve to haunt any intruders dreams. Abaddon stood there dutifully, hands crossed atop the pommel of the great axe, of which he used for support when standing still.

The peace was soon disturbed by the Barons message, to which Abaddon stood up straight, getting a grip onto his axes handle, when suddenly a figure appeared behind him. With great swiftness Abaddon swung his axe at Samael nearly missing him. You're getting faster there old friend. Or is it I have become too predictable?" the mouths all spoke at once, giving Abaddons deep voice a thunderous boom each time he spoke. Samael said his piece as abaddon nodded. "So it would appear. I trust in our commanders scheme and that it will keep any intruders safetly at bay in this room. Now then comrade, shall we go see what it is they have called us for?"

The pair drifted into the darkness only to appear in a shadow of the Scrying Room behind the others. First Samel came out with soft, unheard steps. Behind him appeared Abaddon as the dark portal closed, showing the giant brute whose eyes glowed as his hood remained on. In unison they both took a knee before Volaris, keeping their heads bowed until spoken to. Samael with one arm crossed over his stomach to signify a bow as well while Abaddon held one hand gripped onto his axe while he knelt. Neither spoke until spoken to.

River noticed a notification in the bottom left corner of his H.U.D. It was a message in the guild chat from Reylan. How exciting! Just a day in and already there may be fun to be had, perhaps a group day at the festival? Maybe some group training? Rivers eyes began to tear the message and as he did his expression changed completely. What was once a face of wonder and excitement for a new group activity was more contorted into one of horror as he realized the group activity would be avenging a former member.

"Legion of the Wolf. It pains me to say this but...Karma was murdered. I am not sure when, but this bastard named Valentine is responsible. His name tag is red, possibly black now, and if you see it anywhere...bring him in. We will find him and he WILL answer for his crime."

Quickly the chat filled up with River and the rest of the guild discussing the issue. Some seemed so unhinged they were willing to risk their life for this, but that wouldn't make the situation any better. River stood ther contemplating what the best course of action was, and what could be done to help in the future. If Valentine did become a black player then thst would exile him from ther city this would force anyone looking for him to go outside the cities safe zone. We need to inform the new coalition... but wouldn't they just pardon him as it's a past crime? No, this was in the hands of the Legion, we are the only ones who might do something about this.

"Legion, if there are any guild funds we should attempt to get a teleportation ring for each member, that way if we are faced with him we can try to get to safety. Xenos, can you whip up some contraption that can feed the guild members with exact coordinates to each? Thst way we can know where the closest ally is at all times. Aside from that boots of travel may be handy as well, though made for traveling, the extra walking speed can help when running away."
