Matthew grabbed his deck from off the floor and slid it pack into his pocket. His hand lingered there for a while before he tapped his finger against the deck and slid his hand out, taking a deep breath before exhaling. The stall door opened slowly as the curly haired boy looked about meekly. It made sense that Colby hadnt walked in, after all Matthew shouldnt even be here. His hand found it's way onto his bicep, rubbing it slightly as he spoke with a shy voice. "Thanks. I know it's hard to believe, trust me I'm not so sure I do myself, but if there's even a chance this could be real...well. I'm gonna take it. I never got adopted out, no one wants the weird kid with anxiety, it's too much work; so, meeting my parents, that's a dream come true." Maddy extended his hand out for Layla to shake "Names Matthew Madigan, friends call me Maddy for short. My friends kinda waiting for me out that door and I'd greatly appreciate it if you didn't mention how I ran..."

Every few moments he had to remind himself to breathe out. Constantly holding in his breath in anticipation that something horrific would occur. When it didn't, he began to slowly make his way towards the bathroom door as he turned to face Layla "I'm going to head out before someone walks in on a boy being here with a lady and a fork. Doesn't look too great, that and I'm kinda starving. Feel free to join us at the table if youd like." As Maddy stepped out of the bathroom he saw Colby standing there and he immediately began to blush. He hoped he hadnt heard any of it as he began to Fiddle with his fingers. "Hey, everything's alright, wanna head back and eat?"

He was flustered? Why was Zeke so flustered? Wasnt he always smooth with the ladies and raring to go? This was definitely a different side of him that Demetri didn't know. This was all ofcourse interrupted by Rosie and Chiron. Chiron speaking about the mission and a vision Zeke had had, and Rosie pointing out Demetri's failing shift. Idiot ofcourse he couldn't hold it up. Demetri tried to re-up his form but it ended up failing, his hair now shortening and other features becoming more vvisible. "Thanks Rosie, I owe ya one" Still in his female form, Demetri sprung and began to force tears to well up in her eyes. A large droplet cascading down one cheek as she turned to away from the group and covered her face into the palms of her hands. "Thanks Rosie! It was a curse placed upon me! I just...I" She continued to sob as she ran as far away from them as possible. Weaving between buildings so that it didnt appear that she was heading toward the Zeus Cabin.

Once there Demetri looked around and noticed there was no one there. Good. He quickly threw the clothes off as his form began to shift back and he stood there in his small clothes with dear old dad watching over him. "Oh my god I'm turning into my father...no. No, this was for his protection that is all." The outfit was stuffed at the bottom of the trunk, new fresh male clothes pulled out that expressed how he currently felt. No one would know of this, and anyone who dared to speak of it would be swiftly kicked by a horses hind legs. Demetri laid against the cold marble wall as he thought about what Zeke said in relation to Jupiter. His mind shifting every once in a while to the look in his eyes and the warmth of his legs before finally get back on track. He had to warn the campers but...he doesnt really know, she does.

As Georgina told him about the events that had unfurled in their absence, he couldn't help but recall his divination. One thing stuck inside his mind on loop, her stating that shed been practicing magic to take on Death Eaters. He understood where she was coming from, knew what that meant to her, what being an Auror meant to her. But her statement coupled with his final draw sent chills down his spine as he wondered if she would be the one to fall. "Blimie. I hadn't heard of yet...these followers are no joke then huh? Quite frankly I'd say they're all just ponce's stirring up trouble that don't need be." Better words were never spoken than when the Trolley Witch came by. Apollo quickly rummaged through his pockets as he pulled out a few coins. "One pumpkin pasties please." He knew one of those frogs were for him so he didn't bother grabbing another, getting his treat as he awaited for the wench to move along closing the compartment door once the goodies were handed out.

"Thanks for the chocolate frog. Any road listen, Georgina...I know what this all means to you but...anyone would be off their trolley to go against these Death Eaters alone, let alone a student. This spread wasn't exactly a bright one and I'd be down right upset if something happened to you. I'm not saying you aren't bright or strong but all it takes is to throw a spanner in the works and then next you know it you could become another victim of their disgusting tirade. Please...if you see one, dont go at it alone, call for us." Apollo sat there for a moment, fiddling with his treat before finally taking a bite of his pastie before finally unwrapping his chocolate frog looking at his card. Cyprian Youdle - 1312–1357. Max turned up to look at Leighton as she rushed to his side. It was clear her concerns were the same as his own, but unlike her his voice wouldnt carry much weight here. His actions however, his display of power and x-gene, it could offer leverage if they found him useful, thus giving them a foothold in this stalemate. The telekinetic witch spoke up, tossing accusations towards Max as he just rolled his eyes towards her. "I'm ok Leighton, thanks. I'm sorry blondie, I wasn't aware that a training room was a poor place to train ones abilities. I do believe Mrs. Frost called this a training exercise and told you theee I'd be joining and thus I took the initiative to make myself airborne in an attempt to stun and attack him when my initial blast to knock him down didn't work. But to answer your question no, no one else will be coming in behind me nor do I condone the actions that happened that day. I made that very clear to them as well."

Max could feel his body being lifted and helped to stand upright. "Thanks." He looked over at Leighton as he heard what Emma had to say. It didn't matter that there were telepaths in his vicinity he still felt the need to lower his voice as he spoke to Leighton. "They're not entirely wrong. Just look at the news reports from the day my powers went haywire. They made it seem as if it was a radical attack, like I planned to kill innocent lives when it was just...it was just a failure on my part in using my powers under pressure. I'm not saying what he's done is excusable, but there is a slim chance that we aren't getting the whole story."

Max took a few steps back, eyes glowing as his powers began to swirl around him. At first nothing happened and he grimaced trying again. The next time he tried an ornate partition began to form and take shape around him so that his lower half couldnt be seen. "If you'll excuse me I've got some flaming pants to change out." He removed his pants, tossing them over the partition and away from him as he began to summon another article of clothing. It wasnt exactly what he was expecting, but he would be lying if he said it wasnt cool. His powers swelled and formed around him as the New Outfit was created. "Not what I intended but honestly, I love it."

Jinx clenched his fist tight as the Three in One dared to speak on what they knew of him and Wanda. They were wrong, she was stressed and emotional but that didn't make him a burden to her. As he watched their powers return a sickening smile grew. He walked over to his cell door, attempting to open it only to have his mood dampened by the fact that it was locked. Well this wasn't his first rodeo. He quickly jinxed the locked causing it to malfunction as sparks flew and then finally it unlocked. He took a few steps back and them rammed the door with his shoulder, popping it loose and allowing him to escape. It seemed that Wanda and the triplets from hell had these guards handled, so PJ would make his way further in and try to helps with any further security.

As he made his way past the guards Jinx snatched up one of their keys and IDs to help get his way through other security doors. "Thanks Bozo's. Maybe next time you'll give me a damned knife when I ask for one." Jinx skipped his way down to a hallway with ten guards that lead to an underwater hangar. He made quick work of half their weapons, jamming them with his Jinx and worrying about the other five. He wasnt bulletproof after all. "Woah you would not believe what just happened. Apparently I'm getting let out for good behavior! I mean it's hard to condemn a guy that was being mind controlled am I right?" He slowly began to make his way back, walking backwards never letting his eyes fall off of the guards.

Apollo wrung his hands around his wand for a moment as he heard Madalyne call out how rusty he was. "Yeah, it's totally bogus that I'm not allowed to practice magic on break. Such a disadvantage" Just as quickly as her cheeky comment had come so to did she already leave, off to the prefect cabin it seemed. It's true though, his casting was off, both spells so far either barely worked or just failed all together. He needed to practice more and perhaps the fall of you-know-who along with the incarceration of Death Eaters made him a bit lazy. His thoughts were disrupted by the loud and familiar voice of his brother worrying too much about nothing. Really, did Artemis actually think he would attempt a spell with a living creature? He ignored his twins jab at him as he listened to Mary talk about their holiday while he picked up his luggage. "Sounds like a real delight, we'll have a proper chin wag later when you've been briefed about your duties."

As Georgina lead the way into their cabin, he began to set his cases above the seats, allowing Scamander to roam the floor of the cabin freely. Georginas excitement was contagious, really everyones was. He watched in delight as she began to produce a Patronous, sure it wasn't perfect but it was a right bit better than most others could do. Her question clung to him however, what was he most excited for this year. As he thought about it he opened up his leather pouch pulling out his tarot covered in a black silk cloth with silver sun motifs embroidered across. The question continued to look in his mind as he asked the cards about the year ahead, shuffling them before finally holding the deck in his right hand and drawing with his left. "Well that's easy, being with you guys and learning as much as I can. That and hopefully beating Slytherin for house cup this year."

As he spoke he had laid out three cards face down. His left hand flipped the first card as he spoke, his eyes glancing at the image that was revealed. A man sitting upright in bed with nine silver swords strewn on the wall behind him, his hands clasped before his face as if sobbing. This card represented the past, and it did so so accurately. Even now he was letting his mind think about the previous reign and this card reminded him that there was one before that too. His hand glided over towards the next card and he revealed the image of a sunny day with a moon hidden inside. Two dogs barked up at the moon with an expansive field behind them. This showed him having to make a choice with potentially blind consequences, something loomed over his present that he couldnt see and it worried him slightly. His final card was upside down, though its meaning remained virtually the same. A skeletal man clad in black armor riding a white horse. A corpse lay at his feet as someone appeared to be begging at him. A drastic change was about to appear this year, and it would be one that he wouldn't handle well. Someone close to him may be in peril, but why?

Apollo held onto that hard, staring at it as if its meaning might change. His eyes peered above it and met Georginas with trepidation lining his voice. "Georgina, did something happen while we were gone? Artie and I don't get the prophet when we leave for the muggle word so I'm a bit behind on news I'm embarrassed to say." Apollo wrapped his cards back up and placed them inside the holster once more as he awaited an answer.

Matthew could hardly hear anything over the sound of his own sniffling. The sound of his cards being picked up or her walking towards him getting lost in his own mind as he panicked on what to do next. Eyes darting about like a wild animal cornered and looking for escape. He found a metallic box at the same height and began to wonder if he could use it to climb up and over the wall. That thought lasted for about a second as he immediately began to wonder about this metallic box seemingly placed upon the wall. Did girls not flush their toilet paper? Were men not supposed to either? He'd heard about how some things could clog up the pipes and were bad for plumbing, could this be one of them? If not, what other purpose could this possibly serve? His mind began to rattle off ideas as his anxiety lessened and lessened and before he realized it the breathe he had been holding was finally released.

Maddy heard the girl speak, asking what he knew about her parents and reminding him of where he was. "Sadly I dont know much. The woman out there, her name is Tink. She says we're all from some other land where time moves differently and that we are the descendants of fairytale people. My father was...is the Mad Hatter, she's Tinkerbell, and I narrowed your parents down to be either Rapunzel and Flynn Rider, or Robin Hood. It's hard to tell based solely on appearances but I do have a knack for this sort of thing." He stood up and moved towards the stall door, hearing Colby calling from the outside. "Please, could I have my deck back? And if you could avoid stabbing me that'd be great too...I'd like to live out this adventure with someone I like..." his voice was low enough for her to hear but hopefully not Colby. Hearing his voice gave him back some courage he didnt have before, it gave him something to live for.

The raven haired girl took a half step forward, clutching the white hem of her shirt as she looked away from the golden haired demi-god. They were opposites, no reason in the world as to why they should be attracted, and yet, here she was...he was... heart fluttering as Demetri worried about what to say. He didn't expect an audience, and that made speaking that much harder. No, they were already here so there was no backing down now. She took several more steps forward, standing before Zeke unsure of what to do next. Why did they choose to wear a short skirt today? "I...I...I hope I'm not interrupting anything. It's just." Her gaze slowly moved down, away from Zekes eyes and towards the ground. She back off another half step as she pulled one of the lawn chairs from the deck and moved it in front of Zeke, sitting down before it and crossing her fair skinned legs nearly forgetting the length of the skirt chosen for today.

She leaned forward, clasping Zekes hands in hers, they were warmer than hers as the blood rushed up to her cheeks and they began to turn pink. "Listen it's not like I like you or anything ok? Its just...well, this mission sounds real dangerous and you're a great healer and all but..." her grip tightened against his hands as she looked into his eyes before continuing. "Please be safe, and promise me you'll make it back ok? I don't think I could handle another night like yesterday." Demetri's hand found it's way into her shirt as she pulled out a black braided bracelet with a few evil eye beads woven into it. Why did female clothes never have pockets? It was embarrassing to have to hold things there. She placed the band around his wrist and began to tie it into place as he sat there with a look of stupor. "Its an evil eye, its said to protect the wearer from misfortune or reflect back any ill givings someone may try and place upon you. Please wear it while you're on your mission...for me?"

The White King? Erik? Who could that be? Whoever he was it appeared he was a harsh instructor when it came to training, most likely using more force than necessary when fighting back. Good. That just meant that Max had to hold back even less than he did usually. He was glad that for the moment the tension had been halted, moving forward towards a new subject so that they could potentially prove their worth and get offered even more information. Hopefully. As they entered the training room Max could hear some distant voices, something about a father and aerial portion? It was difficult to say until the doors opened up to reveal two familiar faces and one new one. Magneto; Max clenched his jaw for a moment as he saw the master of magnetism hovering in the air. That must be the White King. How she could displace herself away from Shaw and yet still work alongside a known criminal was beyond him. This didn't bode well for their little club and he hoped Leighton felt the same. The other was the white haired mutant who so kindly tossed him out the window. There didnt seem to be a single burn on her...what were these people?

"I heard you like to play rough, suppose I can let loose a little then, but dont worry I wont be going for fatal wounds." Max's eyes began to glow as he whispered sutiperc and a cacophony of explosions began to flash and take over the sky above, resonating within the training walls. Max began to search the ground for any sign of Magneto, but saw nothing. He quickly looked up and noticed that Magento had expertly dodged his attack unharmed. He truly was a force to be reckoned with. Max continued his assault, running towards the airborne mutant and jumping up in the air as he caused small explosions to form at the soles of his feet. The blasts propelled him upwards but also caught his pants on fire. Using this momentum he swung his right leg towards his enemy as hard as he could, missing and allowing for his opponent to have an opening. Stupid. Magneto seized this opportunity and landed a strong kick into Max, knocking him down towards the ground.

Jinx tightened his fist as he could hear Wanda sinking deeper into her emotions. That was never good, and that's coming from a chaotic force himself. Wanda-clone 2000 was still ranting about whatever, he hardly cared and hoped she rotted away. Sure she may of been a mutant, but she was a cheap knock off added with glitter up her ass and a edgelord complex to make her seem relatable. So she could stay. The Three in One continued to prove useless and Doom actually helped. Though if he was being honest, Jinx couldnt make heads or tails on if the good Doctor actually wanted to stay aboard this insufferable place. So he'd leave him here for now as well. "I'm not trying to give you orders you three, I'm just trying to make sure Emma doesnt start feeling like you're a burden if all you do is wait around for her to fix your messes. Honestly I'd get fed up with it too, it's why I try to fix mine."

Was there any use in talking to Wanda? He wasnt sure but for now he would remain silent so as to not stoke the flames. "Thanks Doom, and no worries I wont set you free then, no sense in mucking up your plans." Just as Doom had said the crew came in to drop off their lunches. As soon as Jinx was handed his, he expertly slid away the knife, hiding it from the guards view and having him never of noticed. Ofcourse him not knowing was an issue because then they would ask for it back later on. So Jinx needed his silver tongue to help out. "Hey aren't you forgetting something? I need a knife to eat." The guard gave him an off look as he simply said "make do with your spork" Once the charade was all over he sat against his wall, thinking about Doom and what he had said. The man had pride so he could've been lying to save face, that's something to consider. But he was also extremely intelligent and may have actually wanted to be there. The more he tried to think on it the more his head hurt and at a certain point they both looked like viable options.

It was finally here! They're fifth year at Hogwarts was rapidly approaching and Apollo couldn't help but be excited. As much as he loved his brother, and he did love him ever so dearly, he couldn't wait for the time alone. Being pent up with him all summer, his energy practically vibrating through him, made Apollo all the more happy he learned how to controll that gift of his; his legilimency. If he had to listen to Artemis in both real time and the thought process then chances were he'd have lost the plot earlier on. His twin could hardly ever contain his energy for anything, and it was a wonder how he managed to focus long enough in classes. Then again, Apollo would get to enraptured in lessons that it was as if no time had passed at all and he was sure that's what had happened to Artemis.

Their summer together as a family was amazing, and theyd gotten so many more vinyls to take back to school this year so that he could share with Mary and the others. It was already looking to be a start to a great year! Before going off Apollo check to make sure he had everything, patting himself down as he recited the items on his person ending with his tarot deck that was nestled inside a leather pouch strapped to him. As he felt the cards shift slightly, he too began to radiate with excitement thinking of all the new spells that he would learn and all the other divination techniques that he could acquire this year. Apollo didn't care that the other students thought it was a joke, he full heartedly believed in the art and had spent all break researching more ways to utilize it via muggle means.

Just as Apollo was about to wave his parents goodbye, Artemis began to pull the pair towards the platform leaving Apollo only able to shrug and wave at them as he made his way with his brother. Every year he would make it through that column and every year he winced as he passed through, never knowing if it might fail and have him go careening down like a buffoon. This year was no different and they passed with ease as Arty immediately began to search for their friends, Apollo using his right hand to check his pocket watch and note the time. If they dallied any longer theyd miss the train. Just as he was about to place his watch back he felt Arty leave his arm and watched in horror as he abandoned his cart too. He swiftly pulled out his wand and cast a spell towards the runaway cart, leaving his watch to dangle by the chain. "Locomotor" the charm clung onto it as he used the spell to help direct the cart and find his way back to his twin.

Apollo motioned for the cart to stop at Arties side as he placed his wanted hand on his hip and gave the twin a knowing glare. "Maybe you could call bagsy on your trolly before you pop off eh?" The tone was teasing enough, but really, he should be more careful. "Mary, Georgina, it's so rad to see you again. How was the holiday?" His tone had shifted slightly to a more polite and excited one. "I'm sure you can give me the 411 on the ride there but for now its probably best that we book it before the train does. Besides we don't wanna get stuck in a cart with you-know-who." With that Apollo had removed Nonnie from atop the luggage and motioned for Scamander to stand by his side as he gave a flick of his wand. The luggage began to levitate and move just before they trembled and fell to the floor in a clatter. "Heh, perhaps it best if we just carry these in ourselves I suppose."

The funeral service was nice. Not in a happy kind of way, but in the cathartic sense that many funerary services tended to be. Demetri clung outside in the shadows, away from groups or people, not wanting to be seen or spoken to. There was so much going through his mind that he wasnt sure how to process any of it. Was now her time? Was she greeted by Thanatos and her father with open arms as she was given a seat next to Hades? Was this Echidnas doing, controlling a creature of hers to reap Ashs life sooner than expected? Or could this have all been prevented had he only stayed behind with her to help protect her. He wasnt sure of any of this, but he was aware that she was happy and for now that would be enough.

The next morning Demetri arose earlier than Arthur and Andy. His face in a cold sweat as he was plagued by nightmares of Zeke dying due to arrogance in his mission. This wasnt some B-rate monster they were chasing, and that made him more than nervous for the group. Demetri got up, grabbed some female clothes from his trunk and quietly changed. He shifted into a bird and made his way towards the Apollo cabin, peering into the window where a crack lay and noting that Zeke had already left for the morning. He began to circle the air, his raven eyes searching for any sign of the golden boy until he heard his voice calling out to Mr. D, and Chrion. Demetri plummeted down towards the ground and shifted into a Raven haired girl, looking around for the source of the voice. With no luck she began to call out to him. "Zeke! Ezekiel! Where are you?"
