Max clenched his fist as silence filled the air for a moment before Leighton had Leighton to talk. He was certain his connection went through but there was no indication from Veils end that it had succeeded. He had many choice words that he wanted to say to her, how she failed as a leader, how her blatant favoritism and constant ability to push people away with more than just her sheilds were going to be the downfall of the Mutant Underground. He wanted to call her a hypocrite and yet Leightons words stopped him from doing that. Anything now said out of spite, malice, or hatred, would only cement him as the bad guy they all viewed him as. It was as she said long ago He was better than that, and they were going to prove it. "Veil, if you can hear me I'm going to be sending you a letter. A gesture of good faith to prove I'm not attempting to meddle into your mind. If you can't hear me...well...sorry for thr surprise." Max sat on his bed and closed his eyes, breaking the connection between Veil and them and focusing on conjuring the letter. An envelope would appear before her, sealed and with a parchment written letter inside. It read

"Veil, I am writing this to you in good faith. You once told us that if we ever needed help that we could come to you. I sincerely hope that that is still the case. A mutant has come across us that is currently wanted by the Hellfire Club. Their intentions with them is unknown, and its wished to give them to you guys, so they have a choice on if they wish to join or not. Please, meet us at the old Underground. We'll be waiting with her, oh and bring Casper will you?"

With that finished Max stood up and grabbed his signature yellow coat. Stepping out of his room for the first time today, he noticed Reeva on the phone and just waved her goodbye as he made his way downstairs to the garage. There was a pensive look about him, as if none of the vehicles met to his liking and he conjured up a Teal Vespa in front of him, taking a seat and setting off towards the location of the old Underground.

Jinx noticed the names of the two now attending him. His heart ached and stomach wretched as he wondered just how cruel the universe could be. He gladly took the pills from Wanda, swallowing them dry and then taking the water to merely drink. The card on the other hand he simply stared at for a moment before taking it. There was a pleasant smile on his face as he pocketed the card and stood up from his seat. "Thank you both. I'll be sure to give a call if I remember anything later on. Toodles." he gave the pair a three fingered wave as he exited the room, Jinxing the guard and hearing him begin to choke on his spit as he walked away. There was a bit of satisfaction to it, knowing he alone couldnt storm Xaviers school and thus getting petty revenge on the closest thing this universe had to Pietro.

As Jinx stepped out of the Macys and into the mall, he pulled out his cellphone and dialed up Reeva. As soon as she picked up he began to talk in a low voice so others couldnt hear him. "R. Baby, so there was a but of an issue with the package you wanted me to pick up. Turns out it was heavier than anticipated and I got hurt in the process, so I had the other agent grab it for you. She has a better face for these things anyways and I'm sure that itll be better received. Anyways I'm gonna head for a bite to eat but rest assured your package is in good hands." Jinx was now waiting in lime at the Cinnabon, wanting something sweet to wash away the taste of bitterness today was handing him.

Matthew sat in the car once it was finally unlocked. He waited for Colby to enter and then took the leftovers from him as he handed them over. He'd heard his comment before entering in, waiting for Colby to buckle up before initiating some conversation. "You mentioned amateurs...who are amateur? The Hood girls?" Matthew hadnt noticed the markings that his friend had. The scent of the leftovers chinese food quickly began to fill the car. Matthew wanted to open it up and take a few more bites, hunger striking again even if they had just eaten. "What is it about Chinese food that fills you up and then makes you hungry in a matter of minutes. I'm sure I'll get a chance to finish this off once we're st Merlins place and meeting Merlins beard only knows who."

His fingers rapped on the top of the take out boxes, thinking about what it is that lay in store for them and how he could best help the group when they did make the cross for Arcadia. He wondered if perhaps he would gain some new abilities as soon as he entered the land of magic. Perhaps hed have the chance to slow or halt time like his father supposedly had. Or maybe he would be capable of doing things that literature never dared to even mention. The ideas ofcourse ran wild in his mind as they drove.

Demetri gave Rebecca a bit of a wink as she commented on him turning into Hades next. The thought had crossed his mind, but given the kindness his uncle had shown him earlier, he thought it best not to do something that might upset the Lord of the Dead or tarnish their working reputation. Andy's outburst of her knowledge of Hercules brought a smile to his facez turning to see her and help but be happy that there was some semblance of normality in her life, though perhaps theyd have to watch some other Disney classics together. This ofcourse was all cut short as the kid of Ares had an outburst of his own, pushing Demetri to the ground and causing him to fall on his arse.

His eyes grew watery as he looked at Jason's. Casting them down as he stood up and dusted himself off silently before speaking. "I'd almost forgotten, child of ares, that such behavior was prone to happen. I just wanted to liven up what was otherwise tense situations by answering your question in a way that wasnt so damn bleak. But I can see now that you can't take a joke. If you need me, well don't. I'll be in my room asking Daddy dearest not to strike us out of the sky for your assault on his son. Kiera, keep up the good work on that healing. It's pretty cool. Oh and Rebecca...I wouldnt dare impersonate a god. I feel both Leda and whomever I impersonate might strike me down." His back had stayed turned to Jason, ignoring him after his initial comment and insuring their eyes never crossed again.

Divination

Apollo held the vision in his mind. Even as he fell into a bewitched sleep, he stayed focus on the nightmarish thought. Replaying the dream over and over in his sleep, doing all he could to help them capture the memory. Slowly the vision began to fade however. It started later and later into the sequence of things until finally all that was left was the plunge of the dagger and then nothing. Perhaps someone outside of his mind was capable of taking the thoughts, freeing his mind of this nightmare. There was silence, darkness, nary a thought left as Apollo slumbered. Slowly he began to hear a sound, roaring waters in the distance growing louder and louder.

The sound grew to a booming roar as Apollo was thrust into a river. Its waters now threatening to overflow the banks as he was bashed left and right through the flow of the river. Apollo struggled for breath until the rush of water threw him onto a nearby bank. It was dark with no source of light, though he was able to see clearly. There was a pack of wolves before him, attacking something. He feared to get closer as he worried if it would only show him again. His curiosity grew larger and he inched forward, the visage getting clearer and clearer as he noticed the pack was attacking The Grimm. In a display of strength the wolves killed The Grimm and then suddenly the dream ends.

"Wait...what does Waverly believe? Actually, that may be a topic for another day if shes right in front of you. I know...I know we didnt exactly have a chance to talk after we all had our missions. I'm sorry that yours may not have gone smoothly, I don't know what happened with you guys but perhaps you could tell me tomorrow? We need to find neutral ground, some place crowded and public so that the telepaths have a hard time combing for us and the techno-geeks cant spy as easily. It wouldnt do to have me meeting you with whose over me right now, and I doubt the underground has the resources to spy on you if you left for a while. Meet me at the mall tomorrow morning, its sure to be packed with all this holiday shopping going on making it easier for us and harder for them."

He waited a moment for a response, making sure James would agree to meeting up before ending their connection. There was a sharp vibration against his thigh, the sudden sensation coupled with no sound startled Max as his hand quickly reached for the spot. It'd been so long since he actually had a cellphone, and his mind now preoccupied with this thoughts on WandaWorld that he'd forgotten the Hellfire Club purchased him one. He would need to make sure he left it behind before meeting up tomorrow. As Max opened up his phone he read what Leighton had sent, wondering if she knew about this other reality. And if she didnt, would she believe him? He didn't want to message back, he was afraid that Sage would read the message and rat them out. Afraid of what might happen if the Hellfire Club found out about Leightons betrayal. He let out another soundless sigh as he concentrated on Leighton and Veil. Managing to connect all three of them together so that they may speak freely to each other without interference.

"This is Max, don't worry it's not telepathy and I can not enter your thoughts or mind. You're safe. I've opened up communication between Leighton, Veil, and I so that you two may speak freely without the use of technology. Don't need any hackers or mutants to get a hold of the information about to be shared in here. Before you start Leighton, I have a question for the both of you. I just need a simple yes or no answer and we can move past it to the more pressing matter. Do either of you two recall a reality that took place in which the world was reshaped by Wanda Maximoff?"

Jinx tilted his head back as he allowed the blood to pool backwards so it wouldn't spill onto the floor. It wasn't so much considerate so much that he didn't believe Reeva or Emma would appreciate the spillage of mutant blood in a mall. If they could gather wolverine's healing factor, imagine what they could do with his blood...if anything at all. He gave the two girls a death glare as they made their way out, the new mutant seemingly having chosen a side which in Leightons best interests, better be the same side he was offering. He was about to leave the mall, head home to get fixed up, until a guard stopped him. Apparently they needed to escort him to first aid, help patch him up, as well as ask a few questions about the assailant. "Oh, thank you so much. Please lead the way." Jinx gestured with his free hand for them to lead so he could follow.

Once inside the room they began to ask about the attacker, what she looked like. They wanted as much of a description as he could loan them. "Sorry if it's all a bit hazy man. Honestly I'm feeling a little woo-woo-woozy. She hit me real hard, I think she broke my damn nose! Do you have any ibuprofen, or something for the pain? Anyways, the description of her..." He didn't want to blame the mutie in case she did noin them, so he thought back on some of the attackers from the Mutant Underground. Ice bitch was too blonde to be either Leighton or the newbie but the invisible force field lady had the same hair as her so perhaps he could use that to his advantage. "She was about ye tall. 5 ft 5 or so? She had densely thick curly dark brown hair, fairly pale skin, and her eyes were like this blueish color? It was a bit hard to see past the hair and hood. I'm not even sure what she wanted because luckily you guys showed up in the nick of time."

Interacting with:@ReusableSword

"Right. Before me is also a woman. She bears a remarkable resemblance to Lilie but I can assure you it's not her. She has pale skin, blue eyes and appears to be...sad. Theres a photo of her, a younger girl but held by chains and she seems to be beneath a family crest that I dont recognize." They had to guess their names, that's what the voice had said before this challenge appeared in front of them. Salem sat and thought on the puzzle, if they were to give the other clues in order to find the person's name, then it only made sense for them to know of the people who sat before them. He thought of woman in his life, dark skinned, curly brown hair to their shoulders with brown eyes. If Salem had to hazard a guess it could be any number of people. There was the detail however the tea cup and poison. That eliminated quite a few others from his life, narrowing the choices. It appeared that everything in these images before them would be crucial into figuring out who they were.

His family on his mothers side shared similar traits to him. Dark skin, brown hair, many of which had curls. But each family member developed their own profession. Each utilizing their skills for a different path. His aunt dealt in perfumes and fragrances, his grandmother was an herbalist and helped with homeopathic medicines. His mother ran a tea company...suddenly there was a wave of emotion flowing through him. Thoughts he tried to push away of when they were poisoned. This is how they were to face sorrow. The timing of the image would make his mother younger, fitting the description that was now given to him. "Try...try Alice Spellman. Oh, and since every detail matters, the pale one before me seems to be holding a full moon in her other hand."

Matthew sighed at Colbys comment. This was an adventure of a lifetime and all he could do is worry. He knew he shouldn't, that seldomly those who worry are the ones who dont survive in the movies. It was their incessant fear that kept them from acting and caused them their life. He needed to be better, he needed to do better. He couldn't help but laugh at Colnys remark about the rock, knowing full well that wasn't at all how Maleficent had been destroyed. The hood sisters did however remind him of her draconic form, the lime green flames that symbolized evil in many a film. "You're right. This'll be fine. This'll be fun. " He said as his hand gripped the armrest on the door.

"Maybe we can meet others along the way. Aladdin, Magic Carpet, the Genie of the lamp, Alice, Our parents, and Peter Pan. Hopefully it's more like the Disney rendition for him, always had a bit of a crush on him." His face immediately reddened as he realized what hed said, hands clasped over his mouth as they slowly dropped so that he may speak and change the subject. "We'll meet you there. No sense doubling back to know? Ready Colbs?" He didn't really wait for a response, opening the door and clambering out so he could leave the embarrassment behind as his face still felt hot.

Apollo gripped his head tightly as he could only focus on the imagery that was thrust upon him. His vision was a blur as his focus remained on the scene, half of him wanting to expunge it from his mind while the other fought to keep it present. He could hear Mary speaking to him, asking him what was wrong though her voice was echoed and distant as his shattered brain continued its battle. He tried to push the scene out, failing to do so and having it flood back like a wave. Engulfing him as he watched the dagger plunge towards him once more. He wanted to hex the person responsible, no...he wanted to curse them. Torment them the way they did to him and the Auror before. Their screams of agony filling the scene that looped in on him. Another push as he felt the waves of his mentality working until the dam broke and caused it all to flood back once more.

It was becoming frighteningly clear to him that this would be no simple task. There was no therapist who could sort this out no matter how many memories Artemis shared with him. They held a light in the tunnel that was slowly swallowing that happiness in dark ichor. Apollo tried to reach out to an Auror, share the memories with them so that his brother could wipe them clean from his head. His mind latched on to Callum and he immediately pulled back, not wishing to show the potential traitor what knowledge he now held. Tears swelled down his face as his eyes grew red from pain. Apollo looked pleadlingly to the group before him. "P-p-please. Take my memories o-out. Store them in my glass s-sherbert jar. D-dont obliviate me. They need to know. The Aurors need to know". With his final breath he was placed under a charm and sent into a magical sleep.
